The location was perfect, just a short distance from all the major tourist hotspots. The staff were wonderfully hospitable and courteous, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the beautiful décor and the rotating displays of fresh flowers — such a charming touch.

Unfortunately, the breakfast was quite meagre and dry, and not to our taste. The allergen signage was limited and, at times, confusing, which sadly led to three episodes of nut allergy. As a result, we decided to cancel breakfast for the remainder of our stay.

The staffs warmness and welcome is what gives the hotel the 🌟 stars. Be it the willingness to assist or immaculate cleanliness the staff are amazing. Very centrally located which is convenient to reach all the places you wish to.

It’s a beautiful hotel in the middle of Cairo. Really close to the Egyptian museum. All hotel staff members were kind and helpful.

The lobby had a little strong smell of the flowers but that’s it.

The breakfast was quite a spread with so many options. The location was perfect, bang in Downtown Cairo with the Museum a short walk away. The rooms were impeccable. The staff were always so helpful and friendly too. When we told them it was our 10th wedding anniversary they gave us a wonderful surprise of a complimentary Anniversary cake!

The location was very good and convenient. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were excellent. The beds are very comfortable and they had interleading rooms for us as a family. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

First the location it’s perfect, by Tahrir square. The old egyptian museum is right around the corner, the opera house too, the Nile river it’s about half a mile. The facilities are very nice and clean. The room was comfortable . Breakfast buffet is top of the line , and dinner options include Western cuisine . The staff is very friendly and always willing to accommodate you. I highly recommend you this place to stay in Egypt.

Very good location and staff went out of their way to make the stay good for us. We stayed for 3 nights. Very easy to get an Uber to all the popular spots and you can also walk to the Egyptian museum and downtown Cairo.

I don't have much negative to say about this hotel and they are all trying their best, but the air condition in the room was set to 14 degrees. I tried many times to get help from reception to turn it up, as going from 42 degrees outside and sleeping in 14 degrees is not good. They came many times to the room and said it is fixed now, but it didn't work. I was sick with a cold for 5 days after staying here and it ruined the start of my holiday. When we checked out they said we should have said earlier and we could have had a new room, but we told them several times and they said they fixed it.. But yeah.. Also the second negative thing which was very annoying and almost made this review a lot worse was the fact that when we were eating breakfast, people who was working there came over and tried to force us to write a review of the breakfast and mention their name in the review.. WHILE EATING BREAKFAST. Disgusting behavior.

The location is outstanding, right across from the Egyptian Museum and just steps away from the Nile. The rooms are modern, quiet, spotless, with incredibly comfortable beds and a beautiful view of the city. The level of comfort is truly high, with every small detail carefully taken care of. The staff is wonderful – always helpful, smiling, and highly professional. From the moment you arrive until the moment you leave, you feel genuinely looked after. The pool is a peaceful oasis in the heart of bustling Cairo, and the security throughout the hotel is impeccable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience Cairo with style, comfort, and a touch of luxury, while still feeling completely at home.

Everything was well organized, comfortable room, friendly helpful staff, breakfast was very good lots of variation, walking distance to Egyptian museum and in central location easy get taxi and walking distance to shopping street. The staff very helpful and I really appreciate the quality of the service. The hotel is good value for money.

The internet connection there was no internet connection at the last days because of the fire in the central communication center in Cairo so no internet, I don’t know if the problem was solved.
