Great location comfortable hotel situated in a vibrant local area of the city across the road from the museum

The breakfast choices are buffet or see breakfasts all options involved a lot of food. Too much for us there is no a la carte menu if you just want some fruit and an omelette. Our room on the 6th floor was not sound proof there was a lot of noise from the streets pretty much all night. Don’t stay in 6018 and ask for a quiet room

Every staff was devoted to your happiness. We enjoyed everything about our stay. The taste of breakfast was divine and our room was spacious.

If you have difficulty in sleeping, you may need earplugs. The hotel is located right in the Tahrir square. We heard most of the noises from outside which was distracting sometimes.

A truly wonderful experience. The customer service was outstanding – guests are accompanied throughout their stay with great care and attention to detail. Nothing is left to chance. Many thanks to the entire team, especially Farida and her staff, and to Christine and her colleagues at the restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel. Attentive, thoughtful, and always with a smile. The staff are well-trained, discreet, and genuinely dedicated to guest satisfaction.

The hotel is conveniently located near downtown, within walking distance of many shops and attractions. When we first arrived, the area felt a bit chaotic—but that’s just Cairo. The city has its own rhythm and energy, which we quickly came to understand. While it’s common for people on the street to approach you asking for money, we never felt unsafe or at risk of being robbed. In fact, we felt comfortable walking around at any time of day, even late in the evening. Overall, it’s a great location, and the combination of price and service is excellent. One of the highlights of the hotel is definitely the breakfass The hotel’s breakfast buffet offers an impressive variety of options—everything from made-to-order omelets and fried eggs to a surprisingly wide selection of sushi, which I didn’t expect to see at breakfast. There’s also a generous assortment of cheeses, breads with different flavors, desserts, juices, and a range of coffee choices. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive, always checking in to see if you need anything. I especially want to recognize two waitresses, Ayat and Donia, who were incredibly helpful—constantly offering coffee, water, and making sure everything was perfect. The breakfast service is very well organized, and I highly recommend it.

All the staff were perfect and the hotel was so clean and luxurious. Everything was amazing and a great place to stay whole exploring Cairo Massages with Aya and Wallaa were amazing, guest relations through Farida, and Yusuf and Raymond at the front desk were all amazing. Recommend to everyone

As mentioned in the tens of thousands of reviews, everything from the location to the breakfast and cleanliness. Thanks to Abdoo from reception for the sweets and colouring book to my child. The latter went to see the pyramids in giza and saqara but the little gifts were the hightlight of her trip :) Sometimes its the little things in life that make a difference especially for a child.

Nothing to complain about. Farida asked for.feedback and what they could do to improve but we couldnt think of anything.

Comfortable beds, AC worked perfectly, clean room and the breakfast had plenty of options. Nice food at the pool bar as well. Gym was good for maintenance.

The room was a bit small and some light got through the curtains.

It is a very central location and not too far from cafes & restaurants. Most of the local tours would come by and pick you up right at the hotel entrance. Very convenience and you feel safe and that is very important for us to stay here with this hotel!!! The bonus would be the daily buffet breakfast :) Definitely will stay here again!

I've been here multiple times, the hotel is right beside the historical Egyptian museum and in a very convenient location in downtown. The personnel of the hotel is always extremely polite and in general the hotel is very good. In general is quite comfortable and not too expensive.

The only downsides of the hotel are the fact that it's a bit old so it would need a refresh and the restaurant is not very good if you need to eat in the hotel.

Everything was great, the location was excellent, and the entire team was very nice and friendly.

It was very clean very nice. The staff were very friendly. Great bang for the buck. Very conveniently located.

They quote you a limousine ride from the airport for $ 57.00 us dollars but you actually get a small 4 door sedan. The breakfast and dinner buffets are not worth the money at $ 17.00 / $ 25.00 each and on the dinner buffet you do not even get a drink. You have to purchase water.

The fact that you can’t open the windows

It all about the staff hospitality and kindness, food especially breakfast really delicious and varied. Reception staff and guest relationship (farida) are very good and have the ability to handle such large hotel. Never ever forget Mr Hamza and his kindness.
