The location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient for exploring Cairo. The breakfast was diverse and enjoyable, the security standards were very good, and the gym was clean and well equipped.

The room size was smaller than expected, especially considering the price. Overall, the hotel felt a bit overpriced for the room experience.

the welcome snacks on the room table could have been covered with plastic membrane to avoid any contamination. we didn't touch them of course.

Being asked to rate everything. Every restaurant meal and the managers upon checking out. In the restaurant, two servers attempted to get a review, interrupting our meal.

I booked one night fir myself before joining my tour group, fir 2nights at the Steigenberger. On arrival noone was able to confirm that the 2 nights with the tour group were registered. They claimed not to know who I was, were not expecting me and had never heard of 'G adventures' -the tour group I was joining the followng night. This, despite the fact that G adventures use this hotel regularly. This was unsettling as my main reason for booking an extra night at this ( expensive) hotel rather than any other was to ensure a smooth and hassel free joining with the group tour. Reception having no record of my booking for the following 2 nights and my not being 'expected' was a cause for some concerned for a single person in a new city. I am disappointed that this was the case.

Nice location, super friendly staff. Excelent breakfast. They even alowed us for a non charged late check-out (2 Hours) what was great appreciated.

I would also like to express special appreciation to Mr. Magdy for his kindness, professionalism, and the way he handled everything with great care and respect. He was extremely helpful and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel location is perfect, the service quality is excellent, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. Very clean, nice rooms, reasonable prices and the staff very friendly and helpful

The hotel staff were brilliant: friendly, helpful and professional throughout, including reception, housekeeping, doormen and breakfast. The hotel was super clean. Great breakfast choices including gluten-free. The team were helpful throughout our stay, including returning a charger we had left in the room after we checked out and arranging a last minute taxi to the airport. A sincere thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable.

Perhaps the hotel lobby looks a tad dated.

I would HIGHLY recommend the hotel. People are super kind and helpful. Constantly checking on us, they gave us our bedroom earlier than check-in. Everybody was super nice, and breakfast was AMAZING.

Noisy aircondition, heavy mattress, very thick pillow. Too expensive for this period. We made the reservation before US IRAN warfare for almost 200 euros per night and now is at 120 euros. Meaning a very large profit percentage.
