Spacious and modern rooms, very clean (stayed in two different rooms as I had multiple bookings and both were great). Deserving of all European standards. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great security measures in place (police parked outside the street, hotel security doing regular checks of all incoming vehicles and visitors…) - felt very comfortable and safe.

If the view is very important for you, then you should pick the room overlooking the old Egyptian museum. I didn’t since I do not travel to look outside my window bot to go directly to the attractions.

The room was a bit noisy at night due to street traffic. The Wi-Fi connection could have been more stable. Also, the breakfast area was quite crowded during peak hours.

It was my first time in Cairo with my family and we had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and very clean. The location is excellent, close to many cafés and within walking distance to the Egyptian Museum. The hotel also offers an international breakfast with a wide variety of food. There were many choices, and everything was fresh and delicious. I will definitely come back and stay here again on my next visit to Cairo. Highly recommended! 😊

However, I noticed that the sofa could use a deeper cleaning. I hope the hotel can improve this for future guests.I would also like to suggest ensuring that guests’ luggage and delicate items, such as papyrus paintings we purchased in Egypt, are not stored under direct sunlight. Prolonged exposure to heat may damage them. I believe this small attention to detail would further improve the guest experience. Lastly, my kids found that it was quite cold showering even with hot water as there was no shower curtain or door.

The location within Cairo is excellent. Very central, walking distance from the Egyptian Museum. The rooms are good It's nice to have a pool Good value for money overall. If I were visiting back Cairo I would choose this hotel again.

The whole stay was amazing, like that it was easy to get to the city center which was about half an hour and found quite a few attractions near by, easy to get to by uber / taxi

The friendly and warm staff at the hotel were amazing. Any problem that presented itself was immediately resolved. The breakfast provided was so wonderful with so many options available. The room was ok but it was the service of this hotel which made it remarkable.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. My room had a pool view, and it was super quiet. I slept so well and never heard any noise from the street. My friend stayed at a different hotel in Tahrir Square and told me that it was so noisy there, making it hard to sleep. I can't comment on the breakfast because I never tried it. However, I can say what I liked about the room: It was prepared for two people, even though I was alone. I appreciated having four pillows, two cups, a kettle (not a coffee machine), and plenty of towels. This made my stay comfortable and peaceful. When I travel for short business trips (I was here for only three days), I don’t like it when someone starts coming to my room because – let’s be honest – we don’t change towels every day at home, and we don’t change bed linens several times a week. So, I had a perfect stay at this hotel, with plenty of towels and pillows. What I also liked is that during check-out, a lady came out and introduced herself as being from the quality department. She asked for feedback, which I really appreciated. I had nothing but excellent experiences at this hotel. The location was great, too; I could travel to every part of Cairo easily by car. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which made it easy to get some work done during my short stay.

Good value for money, very clean and SPA access. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful and professional: very special thanks to Yousef for assisting on every single detail throughout my stay.

The SPA does have a sauna which was unfortunately cold, but is generally accessible. The restaurant was decent but certainly not incredible: there are plenty of other options around the city.

The staff and the service were above my expectations rabih at front desk was very helpful , the valet on both floors 8 th & 10th Ahmed and Mohamed were really nice but the best person I ever met was Mohamed the bartender in the lobby bar he knew how to make my experience completely unique with his professionalism, guest oriented , a wonderful smile on his face made the difference with all the people I met during my 3 weeks visit to Egypt !!! His warmth and genuine contact made all the value for this hotel ! I was every day having drinks there because I knew how Mohamed will be caring attentive to the small details !!! Great breakfast, clean room

Brand new hotel at the heart of the city, with the most attentive staff ever. One day I even found a letter at the door saying that they looked for me in the room to know if I needed anything. I had never seen such a thing. The food was always super delicious and the room very clean. I can't wait to go back to Cairo and to this hotel.

Noise outside

Very helpful professional staff, both in the reception and in the restaurant. We had issues with traffic noise due to not well insulated windows, and Ms. Monika from reception was so helpful and understanding, that she managed to change us room at once.

Unfortunately the hotel centrality has only 1 issue: the huge traffic, it's quite only between 2:00am and 6:00am. But that's general everywhere in central Csiro...Probsbly they fo not use gas-insulated windows.

Cairo is not made for walking it seems. Uber is recommended. Cairo is noisy, so you might hear cars honking all the time

The restaurant was a disappointment. No option for breakfast other than buffet. Dinner service was slow and food disappointing.
