Loved the level of service you received at this hotel. It never disappoints

Noisy cant sleep early , you shall stay awake until 3am sometimes due to music outside and its Not suitable for families

Prices are extortionate, you could pay 4 x the price of a drink at a neighbouring hotel. And service charge is applied to everything, even if you take a drink out of the mini-bar you get charged service. And the cleaners for the rooms often left the room door open while they went away to get provisions and cleaning materials. This meant that the door to your room would be left wide open for several minutes with no one inside it. And I know this because I came back to the room twice to find it like this.

Excellent breakfast (quality & choice), a few restaurants and bars to choose from (our favorite was saigon's cuisine and bar. Beautiful and comfy room /beds, stunning bathroom! We absolutely loved the staff, the concierge team is beyond amazing and genuinely care about helping you (Ahmed, Sarah and hussein?). The spa area is great, and the gym is a proper highly equipped and maintained gym. The swimming pool area and food is excellent and the staff there is really lovely 🙏🏼 thank you for everything

Beautiful property w black marble tiles floor and walks, high end glam decor. Bedrooms very comfortable. Bed excellent , sheets and towels lovely and super luxurious. Bathroom very nice. Pool at the top of the hotel. Staff excellent especially Youssef ( reception) & Christen & Sarah ( concierge ). The pool area , though nice could be windy, smallish and definitely not enough sun umbrellas and those they had were crochet so though looked good didn’t protect you from the sun. There was no outdoor dining or bar ( other than pool area ) in use so everything was indoors. No casual dining area though the hotel had a new mall attached and there is a nice bistro there. Though the hotel is opposite the Nile ( across a busy road ) there is nothing really walkable so had to catch taxis everywhere.

The room is super tidy and clean, and the location is really convenient. And the breakfast is pretty decent compared to other hotels.

Hot water is very unstable, fluctuating between hot and cold. Moreover, the shower head faucet is too tight and difficult to operate.

The swimming pool and the kindness of employee. If you walk around there are typical places. Don t forget to walk on the Nile and to take a boat. You just have to cross the street.

I didn't like the smell of cigarettes everywhere Even we had a non smoking room the entire floor was smell of cigarettes Also the food into the restaurants was mediocre

I booked this hotel to celebrate a special day for my children. We booked a dinner to Celebrate the Same in the Bab El Nil Restaurant. But it was a mistake, the staff in the restaurant were not interested at all, although 10 plus staff were present and only 2-3 table were occupied ….felt like being ignored … Had to call for the Manager , who apologised and offered free drinks ..

Too noisy from 10 pm to 1 am. Wedding party music was excessive every night during our stay. We couldn’t sleep.

I asked for late check out upon arriving, which was confirmed. I was then locked out of my room at normal check out time until a security staff let me in. 20 minutes later I had an unpleasant reception staff come to my room asking me to leave despite me explaining the late check out was granted. He was rude and impolite.

Ramit at front desk was very patient and understanding of all our concerns especially with the noise we experienced on a daily from a nightclub to which we could not sleep. - 2 nights in a row. Yulia was very attentive as well as we met her on the axle one last day. They provided us with a little gesture to compensate our bad experience by sending over a cake on my birthday and our wedding anniversary…that was considerate.

Some of the staff at the main door& a manager at reception whom I can remember by face and not by name was so extremely rude and obnoxious. They need to undergo training on how to deal with a guest complaint and learn to listen to what is being said…comprehend it and then fix the situation.

It was cleaned and has many restaurants sites so you can choose the tasted foods you like
