Great experience in the center of Cairo City
Location on the Nile was great. The rooms were luxurious and had everything we needed. Breakfast was extraordinary. Staff in the Asian restaurant was attentive to our needs.

A very pleasant stay.
The breakfast buffet is extraordinary. The location is good and the staff are very attentive. The pool was a real bonus.

Wonderful stay in a great, spacious and clean room with great staff!
The room was spacious, had a great view, clean and the bed was extremely comfortable!
The room was a bit dark, specially the bathroom.

High quality place in Cairo
Staff and service was incredible. Had a friends birthday and they arranged a cake free of charge. We bought the cake to one of their restaurants and they even arranged a celebration for him.
One small complaint is that upon check in I was told that breakfast was complimentary but ended up having to pay.

Expensive but good location. Friendly and helpful hotel staff.
Prices are extortionate, you could pay 4 x the price of a drink at a neighbouring hotel. And service charge is applied to everything, even if you take a drink out of the mini-bar you get charged service. And the cleaners for the rooms often left the room door open while they went away to get provisions and cleaning materials. This meant that the door to your room would be left wide open for several minutes with no one inside it. And I know this because I came back to the room twice to find it like this.

Lively hotel though location a bit iffy
Beautiful property w black marble tiles floor and walks, high end glam decor. Bedrooms very comfortable. Bed excellent , sheets and towels lovely and super luxurious. Bathroom very nice. Pool at the top of the hotel. Staff excellent especially Youssef ( reception) & Christen & Sarah ( concierge ). The pool area , though nice could be windy, smallish and definitely not enough sun umbrellas and those they had were crochet so though looked good didn’t protect you from the sun. There was no outdoor dining or bar ( other than pool area ) in use so everything was indoors. No casual dining area though the hotel had a new mall attached and there is a nice bistro there. Though the hotel is opposite the Nile ( across a busy road ) there is nothing really walkable so had to catch taxis everywhere.
