location on the Nile is exceptional, the room was complete in terms of comfort and amenities, although the bathtub could not hold water as the drain cover needs fixing. Breakfast choice of food was overwhelming

had dinner at Vivo, they offer only 2 types of salads (rather odd) but the food was very tasty, worth mentioning the entertainer who was nit feeling good that night and everybody felt sorry for him

The Club Lounge was like a litte Oasis that you could retire to at any time and the staff their were first class run by Remy the Manager, Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast options were excellent. My thanks to all of them

The breakfast was amazing, the place is very nice with beautiful classic furniture, and the hotel is close to the university.

Room rates are constantly increasing and you have no regard for regular customers. you are the only place i booked.

I stay with access to Club lounge Asma and Nancy where the sweetest offering meals throughout the day amazing experience loved it

I wish the pool was in working order Too noisy on weekends

Beds were awful, extremely soft with big trenches in the middle. Not good for anybody's anatomy. Suggest to have some harder mattresses to replace for those who need it.

The location, the staff, the hotel design, the food and the service.

The hotel seems to be training new staff members who are lovely, but it can mean slower service from time to time.

My boyfriend got a bit of traveler's stomach the night we checked in and the staff did not hesitate to offer us an (extremely) late checkout the next day so he could stay in the room all day and depart directly to the airport that evening, without having to loiter while ill in the city. Forever grateful for this!

This is a fabulous hotel on the banks of the Nile. Comfortable, convenient excellent facilities. The staff are amazing and very helpful. If you want a special treat stay here. The Old Cairo Museum is just around the corner.

The furniture and the carpet need to be renewed. They are very old. The pillows are over used, and they need to be changed.

everything was exceptional from the reception who offer me the room before the check-in time though I know the hotel was fully occupied, the fast response from housekeeping & their dedication specially Mr. Nooreldeen & Mr. Tariq who both were assigned in 3rd floor during my stay. overall safety in the hotel and it was not my first time & definitely not the last.

Kindest and most helpful staff members ever from reception, dining, housekeeping etc, couldn’t praise them enough. Massive breakfast selection which was great.

Decor of the room was very dated for what you’re paying for. Was very noisy late at night due to a wedding reception I think happening down stairs and I just was unfortunate to have a group of girls in the room next door that were very loud and drunk.

The food was amazing, the service was awesome, and so was the staff. The location and view were perfect—literally right next to the National Museum. I would stay there again.

I had a wonderful stay! The staff were welcoming, the amenities were top-notch, and the view from the room was breathtaking. Highly recommend!

The only downside was that the "balcony" was just a door opening with no space to step outside. It would have been nice to enjoy the view from an actual balcony, but overall, it didn’t take away from a fantastic experience.

It was beautiful, great service and thank you for giving me the lounge upgrade at a special price that was the worth the whole trip by the way. Service and attention was amazing and the team staff on our floor Abdullah and abdulrahman were exceptional cleaning service and the food is spectacular with amazing show and reception was fantastic!

The fact that the shows are only on Thursday and Friday and that means you have to book on these days !

It was great. The hotel allowed late checkout. Great location. Just walk right into the museum. The description on the suite is misleading. The suite doesn’t come with club lounge access and but it’s showing on the booking site. See the photo.

The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly specially Yasser Omar in the reception and Ismail from housekeeping. The hotel is big and clean and they have a very good security system.

Bed seemed like it had a divot in it and needed to be replaced

Mr Mohamad Saad who took care of my room we so helpful. Also his friend Mr Noor Al Deen Ali was so nice too. Generally most working people were extremely nice. I should tell you that the furniture were too large in side the room and prevented us from using office. Best regards
