- It is A very Good Clean and well furnished Hotel - - Location Nearby All Attractions For Milan ( Walking Distance for Dummo , Galleria Mall and All Main restaurants ) - Valet available 24 Hours very very very Rare in Italy - amazing helpful staff specially Adel he was Very Supportive for All what we need - smell of the hotel every where is Very aromatic and shows clean

- i asked for connected Rooms even this is My 2nd Year with them ( Last Year i asked for connection room it wasn’t available ) and even this time wasn’t i booked the Two Rooms one month before and i mentioned that in my Booking ( How can i guarantee this ? And other clients they Took it ) - one day was another Guest was cooking and the food smell was Bad and i spoke to the receptionist she sort it out

Everything, the hospitality was great, staff very helpful and friendly. The location is convenient, walking distance to the cathedral and the galleria. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety to choose from. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable for a perfect night rest.

The building was beautiful with a lovely history. The staff was amazingly kind, both at the reception with Flavio being very kind and helpful but also the staff of the restaurant. Especially since I was confronted with other hotel guests who appeared to not respect the fact that staying at a hotel implicates having to respect general basic standards of silence in the middle of the night, the staff tried their best to find me a suitable solution so that I could actually sleep. Also when confronted with the need to make some changes to my stay they could not have been more helpful. Many thanks to the staff!

The staff were very friendly, they helped in arranging a delicious cake for my husband’s birthday. The room was good and very clean. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast was Top! The location was good and just outside the touristy area, making it easy to find a parking.

The gym facilities are very limited. No eleptical machine and only one treadmill.

There was dirty spoons in the room and it affected the general impression of the cleanness And also the hotel has just non-sence breakfast. It’s just too small, choice is too narrow, just no reason to eat there and not to find some good place for breakfast around

We were pleasantly surprised by how wonderful this hotel was in so many ways. The location was perfect. We could walk to the Duomo but it wasn't right next to it so it was also quiet. The staff at the hotel were wonderful. They were very welcoming upon our arrival, and were always helpful with restaurant reservations and making plans to see the city.

We found a makeup stain in the duvet cover when we came to the room. Asked reception to change it. Wasn’t handled. Tried again, wasn’t changed again. Not really acceptable for a hotel in this price range.

The reception staff Adel was so kind and professional, he assisted us during our stay and made our stay comfortable. Highly recommended as it’s next to downtown

The room is comfortable and modern style. The breakfast amd restaurants was very nice and have yummi and selection of food . The staff very friendly and helped us to book a taxi and offered to help us to book tours . The location is 10 min away from the Duomo and nice restaurants surrounding the hotel .

The electricty was disconnected for hours and it takes sometime to fix it . Also the lift was sometimes not working and had to take the stairs.

The service was phenomenal. Especially Ketiana, who was very kind and nice to us. She helped us with every inquiry we had. We recived some fruits and had a very nice welcome drink. The whole stay was very nice and the hotel was outstanding. We will definitely visit the hotel again, also because of Ketiana. Big thanks to everyone in the hotel. I would fully recommend this hotel!
