I like the location, 7 minutes walk from the Duomo square The hotel is clean, limited options for breakfast but acceptable, many restaurants are nearby around you better book without breakfast.

The spa area should have a pool or hot tub, and the relaxation area is only for two people, the shower inside the spa only has hot water,

The hotel is very good, everything matches its description.

We had money taken from our 2 rooms, most probably by the housekeeping staff and the hotel management didn’t help at all, saying it is not their responsibility since the money was not put in the safe box. We thought that a locked room in a 5-star hotel would be enough to have our belongings safe. Apparently not.

This is my second time staying at this wonderful hotel and once again it exceed my expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful as always. Perfect location only a 5 minute walk to Duomo. Tasty breakfast. As a bonus I got upgraded to one of their suites which was out of this world. Will be coming back again

Everything was perfect. The distance of the hotel to Duomo was perfect, it was almost 10 minutes by walking. The neighborhood was safe. Everyone at the hotel was very polite. The rooms were very clean and well designed. Many thanks to kind and helpful front desk staff Flavio and Enrico who made our stay even better! Will definitely revisit on my next Milan trip :)

All was perfect

From the moment we checked in the staff were incredible! The property is a great location near many attractions, but in a quiet neighborhood. The hotel itself was a perfect balance of classic architecture with modern touches. We only stayed a night, but upon check in they upgraded us to the most gorgeous suite. I don’t think we’ll ever want to stay anywhere else in Milan!

Very elegant hotel in historical building. Service and attitude of staff was excellent. There was an issue which was immediately attended and solved in a very nice way. Would return again to this hotel when in Milan.

Parking price was high

Staff were excellent, room was spacious, bathroom clean and shower was hot and hard, towels fluffy room quit. All in all a great experience

I had the pleasure of staying at Radisson collection Palazzo Touring club ,and I must say, the service provided by Flavio and Yousef at the reception truly made our experience exceptional. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Flavio was professional and attentive, ensuring that all our check-in details were handled smoothly and efficiently. Yousef went above and beyond to offer help with our luggage and answered all our questions with a smile. Their wfriendly demeanor and willingness to assist made a big difference in our stay. Thanks to both of them, our time at the hotel was not only comfortable but memorable. Highly recommend!

The staff were brilliant and very kind ! We arrived very early in the morning and although our family room was not ready for occupation - the staff kindly offered us a room for us to shower and freshen up before our lunch appointment in the city. That was a real life-saver ! So kind of them and so thoughtful ! We truly appreciated the considerate and very kind actions of the reception.

The air-conditioner was spoilt and it was consistently at 24.6 degrees celcius but the staff was able to provide us a fan which help to cool the room well.

Lovely stay at Radisson! The building is beautiful, rooms were cozy and the staff were lovely very attentive and always helpful. They offered us gift cards as a treat for my mom’s birthday, which was very nice. Would definitely recommend.
