My room was mixed and I had no privacy in changing my clothes after a shower

The place was extremely beautiful and very organized, and it was very centric from everything.

The "shared" bathroom is open for everyone in the room to see, it just had a tinted glass door.

The best hostel in madrid , location is literally in the center of the center 1 minute walkink from the metro station and there’s a lot of restaurants nearby. price was very good 😊 . the staff are really friendly and the BF was nice too . i would certainly never hesitate to recommend this hostel for anyone

The location of this hostel is superb right in the heart of old city centre

Shower area was not clean . While taking shower, every time water got stuck due to blockage in drainage system . Inspite of the complaint no body attended it

Perfect location, very nice staff, great breakfast, i liked having wall pouch for cell phone, vallet and power outlet right next to a bed. Front desk staff super suportive, they changed my booking on the spot, while other hostels refused even talk about it

The service in general is excellent. Breakfast is diverse and tasty. The property in general is always in good condition and clean. Also friendly staff. The use of fingerprints to open doors is helpful so you don’t need to carry any key or card when going sightseeing.

The only negative is that commun room opens at 8am so if you travelling with other people and you dont want wake them up, there is no place from where you can work and make a calls early morning due to different timezone.

The location is very good, and you can walk to various scenic spots.

There are many students in the corridor who are too noisy.

I wish there were curtains for each sleep.Area to have a little more privacy. Also, if they can come clean every day.Because the bathroom floor would get wet and dirty, often, and the garbage wasn't taken out regularly. The staff was okay. They may be a little over worked, but they were cold. And sometimes rude the only one that was super good nice was Alexander.. She always took the time to talk to me. And give me some great recommendations.

The hotel is clean, calm, quiet and very central. The wifi is good. They accepted me before the check-in time. Thank you for that.

I made 2 different reservations in a row. They couldnt combine the two. Because it was very difficult to explain this situation via messages. They were very slow to respond to messages. Also although I chose mixed room in 2 different reservations, both of them were full male. That is fine but lots of snoring males was not nice. What is the point of mixed? I dont think this is a coincidence. It was difficult to sleep because of people making noise and snoring at night and early in the day. The beds were not very comfortable.

Best location! Almost all must-see sites in Madrid are within 10 min walking distance. Also, very accessible to the metro, if needed.

Shower space is cramped, and door is translucent. Our bunk is located on the 1st floor, with no elevator access. Finger-print access is sometimes cranky.

Staff was friendly and everything was tidy and clean. Location is very convenient. Will definitely book again.

Great hostel right in the city centre. Really good bar and eating areas. Very smooth entry and exit.

Toilets by rooms could have been a little cleaner.

The location was perfect, very close to Gran Via and Sol metro. Elegantly decorated, the staff are polite, caring and efficient.

The property was beyond expectations. The dorm was spacious and also it was a comfortable stay with excellent location. The staff are just wonderful.

Could use more hanging racks/hooks and maybe a bit more privacy in the shower (like the option to lock the shower/ toilets) Also the higher lockers are a bit uncomfortable to use if you're a short person and I ended up leaving my bags outside the lockers Not the most social hostel but was perfect for me

Well, we needed breakfast at 8 am and a whole group 20+ youth were staying there. They wiped out the chocolate croissants in 5 min as they each took 3 or 4. I think someone should mention to groups to be aware of other single guests. Perhaps the leaders of the group should inform the teenagers about taking quantities of food at one sitting.
