Close to metro and in the centrale

Hope you put a sort of stopper in the door entrance If you are staying in a double bed at first floor. Most of the guest tend to slam the door which hits the thin walls of the room. If you are a light sleeper this will be a complete bugger. Plus the wifi doesn't reach the room that much.

Location

The old building it’s located in is amazing: carved wood everywhere and ceiling murals. Perfect location: couldn’t be more central but quiet at the same time. Modern rooms and bathrooms and great common area.

I would suggest curtains in the dorm beds.

It is a great location for sights in Madrid and has such friendly and helpful staff!

I loved that this hostel was right in the center. We had many stores and restaurants near us. We had the corte ingles right next to us, which helped us out when we needed to buy stuff. I loved the room we received. Our room had a balcony, and our room was very clean. When we arrived early, they provided storage for our luggage. Which helped us out a lot. Reception explained everything well, such as: the area, how to open the door with your fingerprint, and breakfast. We loved breakfast, and the coffee was delicious. On our last day, we had to leave early, and we wouldn't make it to breakfast. Reception explained that they had a picnic available. They gave us a bag with a sandwhich, donuts, and fruit. I appreciated this picinic bag do much. We were able to eat before going on our flight, and I loved this picnic idea. The place feels very welcoming and amazing service.We will surely recommend and come back to this beautiful hostel.

The best breakfast and the location is right at the centre of activities. Special mention to the new intern receptionist named Hye Ji who was my roommate. I also like the hostel having a working elevator.

The hostel is too busy and there is limited space allocated for common area for so many guests.

Rooms were very clean and bathrooms too. The rooms have enough space to storage the belongings and close them with the padlock. The structure has a shared space with biliardo and sofas to stay there with others if you want.

The only negative thing was that the bed sheet were too small for the bed so during the night 2 angles were off. I think they should find a better fit because there are lots of people coming and going and I don’t want to sleep where others did.

It’s literally in the heart of the city. Good value for money.

The toilet is not well maintained unfortunately.

They required me to give them a fingerprint to open the door. They didn't offer me another option.

Cool location in the city centre. Very professional and polite service. Clean, modern, comfortable. I liked pass method: they just scan your finger, and you can open everything with your finger. Highly recommend

The location is great!

The beds don’t have curtains so light can bother other beds, but the thing I’d say you need to have in mind when booking is that the showers have glass doors (like why?), so it can be uncomfortable.

The location is very good. It is within walking distance to the scenic spots. The facilities are complete and very clean.

Because it is in the city center, there are some cars outside at night, which can be a bit noisy. The room would be a bit small for four people

They were taking your fingerprints as your access to the hotel which I don't like giving my biometric data to feed into some system

The location was amazing, right in city center. Because of the holiday season it was extremely busy. Other than that no issues with the location. Entry to metro is a 2min walk. The room was amazing. I have stayed in a few different hostels and this room by far had the best layout and so spacious. Absolutely loved it.

The location is phenomenal, just round the corner from Sol. I loved the architecture, the flooring, and the frescoes on the ceiling in the bar and dining area. The buffet breakfast was also definitely worth it and the bed was super comfy. Staff was also so nice. Definitely recommend it!

I would add a full-length mirror in the female dorm 😅
