Hampton Inn & Suites Beale Street, Memphis

Bed was very firm making it hard to sleep. Parking should not be an extra charge when staying at the hotel.

Location great for Beale street entertainment and excursions.

You’ve got to pay to park the car £21/ day. Our plumbing was playing up on the last day. Muscle cars zoom around the area at night. If you’re a light sleeper the whole Beale street area may not be for you.

I didnt like that the Houskeeper on 6th floor enters rooms with a Do Don’t Disturb sign! Glad i was in there she was shocked acting like my door was open, all 3 other guests watched her enter.

We had a huge issue with the room next to us. I am waiting on your email to get my refund for the second night. I have the contact people for you to speak with to make this happen I didn't like the pillows at all. .

Location was perfect walking distance to Beale Street, business district, and the Peabody hotel to see the ducks. The staff were friendly and recommended placed NOT to eat (just as important) and places to eat. Easy walk to Beale Street and covered parking came in handy for the storms that came through during our stay. Breakfast was good, plenty of choices for our picky family and kids.

Room was a bit tiny, but clean and slept well for 3 adults and a child.

They only cleaned our room once out of five nights and we had to ask them to do it. We got an e-mail saying that parking would be $21 a day but they charged us $50

The location was fantastic. Stones throw from anything. Staff was superb!! Lauren, you are wonderful! Breakfast staff were extremely nice. Great assortment of food. Exceptional communication from staff to make sure stay was enjoyable. Very nice touch!

The hotel is old and comes with some dings… extremely clean despite the age of the building and the massive amount of people staying there regularly.

Why did you charge me $60 for any xtra charges and then add another $100 again for the same thing! My credit card showed $340 and then another $100 all pending but still $$$ The price was actually $240 ! ??? Strange Am I on a dangerous towel theft list or something? Strange

Location was everything since we attended a concert at the FedExForum. Comfort & convenience outweighed the fact that I didn’t think it was as clean or updated as I would have liked it to be.

Breakfast was ok need more hot whole food options. Building needs deep cleaning and updates then the price per night would be on point.

We had a suite which was a little more than we are used to. It was spacious and if we stayed for several days would have been great. Everything worked and the rooms were nicely furnished.

It was a cold night and Beale Street was empty.

Location is the best....Beale Street is just around the corner. Feels very safe to walk around, and parking for the hotel is immediately adjacent....breakfast was very good and well stocked...room was good sized and bed very comfortable....they had ear plugs on the bed stand, which thought might be a concern, but we never had any issues with noise even on a Friday night

We did enjoy using the two (of three....see below) rooms that we had booked.

I asked to cancel our third room because my daughter couldn't make it as she was dealing with problems from the hurricane. I haven't heard if the cancellation was granted or if we even got the second night reimbursed....which seemed to be the policy. We booked through booking.com which seemed to complicate the request.

I got there and booking.com was supposed to change my reservation from Sunday to Saturday, I had confirmation on my booking.com app but the hotel was not aware of the change. After waiting on the phone for 45 min I finally got ahold of someone, booking.com was not helpful however, the lady at the counter at the hotel was. The location was great right off Beale Street, it was noisy but that is to be expected, it was a great experience and I would stay there again.
