Breakfast was very limited. Was expecting more considering what we paid for the room

The breakfast was good. We liked the waffle bar and the coffee was good. The room was clean. The hotel was quiet even though it is in a noisier location. The location is excellent, a short walk to Beale Street.

The pool was closed for cleaning the first night, and we had chosen that hotel specifically because of the indoor pool. When it reopened the next day there were no guest towels available in the pool area, and the pool itself was very small. The staff was not friendly and acted like they expected us to break rules or misbehave… police watching us instead of being there to serve us.

1 elevator was out the entire time we were there & the pool was “temporarily closed” the day after we got there which disappointed my kids

Location was great. We were able to walk to the FedEx center, Beale street, and restaurants

Great secure parking. But the extra $21 charge is added to your bill at check in.

The location , a 5 minute walk to pretty much everything like FedEx forum, rendezvous, sugar grits and a skip and hop to Beale street!

A roach was found in our bathroom , that’s the only negative thing.

The hotel was very close to everything. The rooms were very spacious.

The breakfast was running out and it didn't seem like they had enough staff to be stalking everything. The price for the hotel did not match what we got. like I could have seen paying a good $150 less than what we paid for what we got.

It fitted our needs well, so we are happy to come back or recommend it too others.

No problems or issues at all, though the breakfast was not great it was adequate. It shut down a little early one day.

I was over charged over 400 dollars due to misleading check in information. I booked through booking so the hotel offered no kind of help or assistance to help me get my refund. Booking team could not get a response from hotel manager to approve the refund. I did leave a complaint with Hilton also but no one still has not returned my call. I will be reporting this to the BBB if I have not heard back by 3/04/24.

Our AC in the room wouldn’t cool ! Woke up at 1 am sweating bc it was 75 in room when AC was on 66 . Everything else was exceptional

The beds were so comfortable! Rooms were very clean. Location was wonderful

They only had one working elevator. And it was an extremely busy night since golden state warriors were playing at the fedex. No stairs. Or there were stairs but they only let you use them when they asked. When the elevator got stuck and we took the stairs the staff was very rude. You literally waited 10 minutes for an elevator that only had 6 floors.

Beale street is literally right outside the door, and the view from the room was great!

Building you could tell was old, none of the entrances worked/opened, just the one door we all had to use.

It made lots of snow and a bloke who looked like Jellyroll was there.

They kept locking me out.

We had very noisy neighbors (music and fighting for hours). However, we moved rooms the second night and it was much better!

The breakfast was excellent. The sweet lady who was in charge of it was so friendly and helpful.

The checkin staff was rude and let us stand at the elevator for 10 minutes right in front of them before they told us we had to swipe our key to get the elevator to work. Also the checking person gave me no instructions about anything just gave me the key and that was that. The walls in room 628 have blood or vomit all over them in the bathroom/hallway area.

Location and balcony

The pool was closed. The breakfast didn’t even have biscuits and gravy. It was pretty common fare. No soda offered at breakfast.

All of the hotel. It was clean and nice.

The breakfast buffet did not serve bacon. It would have been better if given a choose between two types of meats and two types of eggs. All the other offerings were good.

Location to Beale is perfect and the Grizzlies center. The staff is nice the parking is cheapest around and the breakfast a free added bonus. I would stay here again

I enjoyed the location being very close to the Fed x form. Which was the reason for our travel.

The elevators. One elevator broke during our stay which made it very hard to get on the non broken one. I had a stroller and two small kids during my stay and the elevator wait each time was 10-15 mins. My kids were not patient enough and at one time we took the stairs and they led us to the parking garage which we were not prepared to walk outdoors. The staff that were helping with breakfast seemed to be rushing us as it was 9:30 and breakfast ended at 10. This was our first visit and maybe our last.
