Bad hotel
Only good thing is location.
Way overpriced. Seems no investement on maintenance. Quality of things in general in pretty bad shape - example: bathroom towels very very old - harsh touch, not nice at all. Food in general really bad - breakfast was terrible - cold coffee and the scrambled egg plate looked like and tasted like a cheap dinner. Plenty plenty room to improve. Service was also very bad - at the bar where you can eat, nobody came over to talk to us (hotel people stayed at the bat talking to each other) - worts servoce I have seen in a long time. Decadent hotel. No idea on how to service clients on the food side. Will certainly not return and not recommend.

Great Location and Wonderful Customer Service
We stayed here for a Stars game. The stadium is literally across the street. Staff was pleasant, the room was amazing, and everything was sparkly and clean. Exactly what you would expect from a place like the W.
Honestly, it was great. Pricey, but worth it, especially for the convenience to the stadium.

Absolutely Memorable
I loved the staff! They made me feel very welcomed from the moment I arrived. I had the pleasure of being checked in by Damion who took the time to speak to me and explain everything in detail. He introduced me to the staff that was working with him at the front desk who were equally as pleasant. At breakfast I was greeted by Jeremy who was amazing. My boyfriend and I really enjoy the service and conversation with him each morning. We had an all around great stay!

Amazing, not one complaint.
The location is superior right across from American Airlines, all restaurants and bars and valet were open at all times, the staff went above and BEYOND! Amazing, we will be back.

Awesome Hotel
Location was awesome for the Dallas Stars game. The room was clean. The breakfast was delicious and the service outstanding.
That the restaurants around close early. When there is an event they should consider staying open later.

it’s in a central location
it’s tired. lots of things aren’t quite right. mold in the shower, holes in the curtain, a close up mirror you can’t bend over the sink to reach, lights with too much blue at night, bulbs that need replacing, dull food menu…

The stay was very enjoyable. My Wife and I had a great experience.
The location was the reason we picked this hotel.
The Wet Bar Pool closed at 7pm & the Pool closed at 8pm. I would have loved more activities at the Pool after dark. That would have made the stay more enjoyable. I would stay more often if that was to happen.

A very nice hotel, but not as nice as other that you would pay 500 a night for! I would have to say if you’re not going to an event at American Airlines center that the hotel would not be worth the price point

First visit to this hotel. Give it a 3 star not 4.
Massage excellent at the Spa. Pool was cool and the staff that works there. Also, the valet people were very professional.
Male gentleman at front desk for check-in (early afternoon 4/28) was super rude. Perhaps he was having a bad day. Room was definitely not "5 star hotel". Temperature
In room was warm and humid. Room looked out at apartments . Not a big room. Nothing special. Definitely overpriced for what little you get. You are also automatically charged gratuity at the Spa and restaurants. I was charged $60 for internet for one night.

The ice machine was broken on our floor, the handles on the bathtub.....fell off, the room was hot, not even summer yet and the thermostat only goes to 66. Thankful they had a fan, because I forgot mine. I thought my total was 505.99 after tax when I booked. It ended being over 614.00 and we did not have any extra charges.
