A wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of Milan. I found the staff to be friendly and engaging and at all times helpful. The hotel is very clean and chic. The rooms are comfortable and spacious with attention to detail and more importantly the bed was incredibly comfortable. I enjoyed my stay so much and it will be my choice of stays anytime I am in Milan.

Excellent location & very efficient staffs.
Location is excellent. It’s right at Gallerie Emmanuel by Piazza del Duomo. Staffs are very friendly esp Sara at Concierge who is very efficient and helpful. Have stayed there for 3 times and will return.
Price in certain season can be a bit high which you can expect given the fabulous location.

Comfortable Luxury
We were in a triple, the room was very spacious by Italian standard. Good lighting, clean, modern chic vibe. lots of free large water bottles which was very nice since the weather was hot during our entire stay. Turndown service was nice with chocolates and water.

The staff were very helpful and nice. Both Andreas were great and very helpful with all our requests. The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel felt safe and I enjoyed my stay.
