There was a big road works in front of the hotel. So entrance is hindered. Not very suitable for a family with elderly who has difficulty walking.

This hotel couldn’t be any closer to the heart of Milan. Take a few steps from the front door, turn left and the Duomo is right there! Modern and clean hotel, beautiful bathroom and excellent breakfast. Very helpful porter.

I booked this hotel because it was one of the few I could find that offered “twin share” as I was traveling with a friend. When we arrived we were reminded that twin share rooms were subject to availability and - bad luck - we missed out despite requesting this at the time of booking, which was several months in advance . We had to share a king sized bed but at least we had separate doonas! At around $680 per night this was disappointing. I only stayed one night and I suspect these rooms were preferentially given to people staying longer. I don’t know why more hotels don’t have king beds that split into two singles - how hard can it be?

I requested late check out from reservation through Booking and they were noted that, but they gave me only 15 minutes !!! It was disappointing.

The room was lovely, modern, convenient. The staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast was very good, albeit in a space with no outside view.

Very close to the Dumo and the famous mall and all the stores on the related streets We have chosen the rooms that are facing the yard so it was completely quiet and comfortable. The rooms are very lovely, clean and elegant Whenever you leave, you will find two pieces of chocolate waiting for you 😍 The breakfast was super delicious and contains The usual breakfast plus healthy local and vegetarian choices. It was €22.5 which I see an excellent deal compared to the various delicious choices there. The staff were very kind and helpful Thank you all 🙏🏼

Location and team were excellent.. hotel and room beautifully decorated and quite comfy. Breakfast was very good except for the coffee which was machine coffee. Orher wise selection and products fresh and tasty. All stuff members were friendly and happy to assist in all matters. Really loved them from bellboys to breakfast team and receptionists. Compliments!!

Room had a very high window which we could not approach so actually we did not have a view at all. Bathroom had no windows or any ventilation so it was a bit dense and smelly at times.... should have some ventilation option.

Beautiful decor throughout - clever design and colours were divine!

First, the staff is amasing. they are very competent, people oriented and motivated to create exceptional experience for guests. The location is perfect, the bed is very comfortable and wi -fi is realy perfect. Breackfast was also great. But what I loved about this hotel is the its people !

Our rooms were super nice and quiet overlooking the courtyard. They looked and felt new, clean and neat with great housekeeping service. You have direct access to the Duomo right after exiting the hotel (less than 1 minute of walking). Very close to other attractions, restaurants and coffeeshops. The customer service was truly top-tier. All team members exhibited exceptional level of professionalism and high hospitality standards. Special and sincere thanks to Bernardo, André, Erfan and the rest of the amazing front office team. Will come back again whenever I am in Milan.

The best thing about the hotel is the Location, in the duomo of Milan , the staff was friendly , welcoming & helpful specially the concierge man, and even the man called ERFAN, there were very friendly, I highly recommend this cozy hotel .

Honestly nothing

Everything was great but the best thing was the location! Right in the main square next to the cathedral and shopping mall! The rooms were lovely and modern and very quiet. Staff were lovely and we even got a free room upgrade.

Andrea was exceptional—knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly friendly. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and expertly helped us plan our four-day itinerary in Milan, including excursions to Florence and Lake Como. From train tickets to all necessary arrangements, he ensured everything was seamless. By the end of our stay, we truly felt like we had made a friend. Though our interaction with Sara was less frequent, she was equally helpful and welcoming. Their outstanding service alone would be reason enough for us to return. The location is unbeatable, right at the Galleria. During our stay, there was some road construction, which meant our taxi had to drop us off a block away. However, Jeffery and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to assist with our luggage whenever needed. The junior suite we stayed in was spacious for the location and thoughtfully designed with a well-planned layout. Lastly, the breakfast was fantastic. Don't be deceived by the small dining area—both the selection and quality were excellent.

Right outside Duomo Metro and Duomo attraction. Location was perfect! Room was spacious for two pax. Bkft was good! The valet and front desk service were awesome. They made us feel welcome!

The hotel's location was excellent—right next to the Duomo and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele. The room we stayed in wasn’t very big, but it was tastefully furnished—stylish and clean. The bathroom was spacious. We left very satisfied.

This is my fourth time staying at Room Mate Gulia and I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were warm and welcoming, making check-in quick and hassle-free. The room was beautifully maintained—quiet, clean, spacious, and furnished with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout the space. The hotel’s central location was another major plus. It made getting around the city incredibly easy, with top attractions, restaurants, and transport links all just a short walk away. I would especially like to thank Fabio, Alessandro and Rahman who were incredibly helpful and made our stay more enjoyable. Their professionalism and kindness truly stood out. All in all, Room Mate Guilia combines comfort, convenience, and excellent hospitality. I highly recommend it and look forward to staying again.

Excellent location. Warm welcome. All the staff were friendly. Nice decor throughout. One of the best showers I have ever had. Really good breakfast with lots of choices. Would certainly stay in a Room Mate hotel again.

The perfect location is all in walking distance.Very convenient beautiful clean number.The fifth floor with a view of the courtyard is the perfect silence and overlooking the spindle Duomo. It is worth taking breakfast it is very diverse and at the reception is cheaper. Very responsive and pleasant staff.

A little overshadow the impression of the repair of the street opposite the entrance to the hotel. This is not only their entire, center in repair and even at Duomo.

Sound insulation could've been better

This hotel has very comfortable and stylish rooms and is extremely well located near the Domo. Triple glazed windows made our room quiet for sleeping or just zoning out for a while.

Location was perfect, the room was clean and comfortable, the room was without breakfast so no idea about it. the hotel was quiet, very good option for shopping near by all the shopping area.

the check in was good and fast but not helpful especially the concierge service and front desk, in case if you ask for service or information they serve with the minimum or ask to come another time. there reaction makes you Regret that you asked
