Juliana the reception girl was really friendly and helpful

The Hostel is located on the main road and it is professionally managed. Their kitchen is well maintained and well equipped for self cooking.

It may not be the fault of hostel but my Bank Credit Cards were theft from the room.

Clean, lots of common rooms, staff helpful.

The location was really good and the staff was really nice. The cleaning service was also nice

The hostel is a bit expensive for commodities itself. The room was small and the noise isolation was poor, you could listen doors closing and people talking in the hall.

Beautiful building on a busy junction. The rooms, windows, common rooms, terrace were lovely. The sound proofing seemed to be good as I slept all night. Breakfast was OK with a few options. Nice to be able to breakfast on the terrace.

I was there on a Sunday evening and the terrace was in darkness at 9pm and locked by 11pm. The common room was closed in the evening but opened as I was leaving after breakfast. There wasn't really storage for a suitcase. The storage was more for mid size rucksacks or small suitcases. Padlocks weren't provided.

Visited Barcelona for the first time and had a great experience. The hostel has a really nice atmosphere, with a spacious and welcoming common area. My room was clean and comfortable, and the balcony was a lovely bonus. The staff were all very friendly and helpful — a big thank you to the gentleman who assisted with both my check-in and check-out. I didn’t catch his name, unfortunately, but you have an amazing memory!

Casa Gracia has exceeded my expectations. The architecture and design of the place are beautiful. The location is spectacular. I would like to highlight the impeccable performance of the staff, especially Ivonne and Noelia, who have been very attentive, professional, and resourceful. Thank you very much to all of you. We will be back soon!

The room we got had an indoor window, therefore it was a little noisy when opened.

Lots of space, both in the room and elsewhere in the hostel. Lots of places to sit and relax or work or whatever. It was clean and the staff weee friendly and helpful.

The bed was a little uncomfortable. A better mattress would be nice.

Very nice place , extremely clean and well located , the decoration is really amazing , the staffs are so nice and friendly , however for me the bed isn’t so comfortable , the access key sometimes blocked ( which mean each time I need to go back to reception in order to solve the issue ) , but it wasn’t a big thing , otherwise I really like the place , very charming , I would recommend it for sur ))). PS : please bring a locker with you , they didn’t have one .

The staff. I made a last minute booking in order to have a place as soon as we landed because we couldn’t check in yet to our main property. Even though we arrived way past our check in, we were provided a single room to freshen up, didn’t have to pay any city taxes and were provided with all the extra amenities because there were 3 of us.

The room was basic and does the job. It is ideal for young travelers.

Noisy other guests that came back late and did not feel the need to be quiet in the hallways.

It has what you need to cook and so on.

The shower does not close entirely, try to explain why there is a lake in your room to the other people sharing with 🤣

The staffs Chris, Ivonne and Dona at the front desk were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. They made our check-in process quick and easy, and even after check-out, they kindly assisted us with storing our luggage. Their genuine hospitality really stood out. The hotel’s location is also perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and major attractions. A great stay overall!

Lift was old and slow. Allot time with lift as well if you are in hurry.

I had a great solo stay at Casa Gracia. The location is excellent, the team was friendly and helpful, and the overall vibe of the place was very cozy and welcoming. My room was clean and comfortable, and I really enjoyed the design of the common areas. The only downside was that there were ongoing renovations during my stay. There was a noticeable smell from paint and chemicals in some areas, which was a bit uncomfortable at times. However, it didn’t ruin the experience, and I’m sure once the work is done, it’ll be even better.

Large rooms but lack of amenities like bigger mirrors, coat hangers or additional duvet otherwise it's basic but clean . Nice to meet people.

The location was great, and the room, although small, was clean and comfortable. But the highlight of my stay was the staff - very helpful and friendly people. Also, the restaurant was great, with prices comparable to other restaurants in the area. The breakfast was good enough. Overall, I have positive memories of my stay.

Clean and good location. I liked that there's a bathroom in the shared hostel rooms too! Someone also comes to clean everyday. Only a few minutes away from the metro and the front desk service was amazing!

They close the common room on the first floor at noon or just very strange times. I wish that area was open 24/7 because the downstairs lounge is shared with the restaurant area that's also public. If felt very busy and loud down there.

Location was great and all the staff really nice, Alfredo at the reception always had the best tips of places to go!

The overall experience was really good. We came in very late around 2 AM, and we were checked in without hassle. The stay was very comfortable for both me and my wife in the mixed dormitory of 6 beds with attached washroom. The location is perfect if you wish to explore the city either by walk or public transport. A special thanks to Ivonne and Cris for their support during our stay.

One minor concern which needs improvement was the wifi speed.

It was very clean and felt well managed. All of the facilities were new and up to date. There was a towel and extra blanket provided.

The noise from the doors of rooms next to ours was very loud. I'm not sure if people were just inconsiderate with slamming doors or if the doors need to be adjusted. It would be nice if there were curtains on the bed.

The room is very spacious with good facilities. All necessary bathroom products are prepared for you like shampoo and bath gel. The room gets cleaned everyday.

The room should have curtains for each bed, especially for mixed dorm to ensure the privacy.

Very nice staff, clean and pleasant throughout the building, quick check-in and check-out. Food and drinks available in the evening. Breakfast has everything you need, and you can drink coffee on the terrace.

The staff were quite friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nice. The location was perfect.

The location was perfect with good connectivity, The property in itself is well kept and managed. The check in and reception staff were excellent and they even recommended really cute and local cafes nearby. The property also arranges activities like walking tours and pub crawls, so its a great way to meet new people.

We had a rather disappointing experience from the Casa Grazia bar team. We did not book the table. So we were told we can only stay for an hour if its in a normal table, we sat at the bar (which was okay), but it felt like they ddnt want us there. Considering all the restaurants and pubs we visited on our 4 day trip, we had the worst experience at Casa Grazia bar. It could be because we ddnt book the table in advance, but thats not an excuse to be rude.

Location and value for money

Staff. Staff could’ve been little more friendlier and at least answer the basic questions without hesitation. They seems tired or stressed out all very dull.

Bath and entrance is bad

The room was large and had hanging space as well as some shelving for personal items. The windows and shutters can be opened to let in light and fresh air. The kitchen area is well equipped and the terrace offers lots of seating to enjoy yourselves while you eat and drink.

The terrace closed around 10pm and the lounge area closed at the same time (despite the sign saying it would close at midnight), so we didn’t have any space to relax before bed that evening.

My overall experience was so good ! Super friendly staff, comfy beds and all facilities provided! Highly recommended

Super great atmosphere and facilities. I loved the free coffee vending machine available 24/7. The room was spacious and cleaned everyday. Great value for money.

Beds were some of the comfiest I've slept in (not my own). Location was great. Newly decorated, but kept it's charm.

The cleaning service was a bit random. Some days some parts of the room were clean, some days not.

I liked the breakfast. A lot of variety. croissants, egg, bacon, sausage, cheeses, ham, bread, cereal, fruit, and coffee. Good location. Initially, I had booked a solo room for just myself but then my daughter decided to come with me. I got into contact with booking.com and residence whom I booked through and they stated they upgraded room for two people. However, when I arrived they Cada Gracia said they had no recollection of room upgrade. Doha, the receptionist at the front desk kindly helped me and reached out to the manager and was able to make arrangements for an upgraded room. Thank you Doha!!!!😉

Plumbing in the sink could be worked on.

The building and facilities are amazing. There is a nice restaurant, wide common relax and kitchen areas.

I was hoping I got an introduction to the facility of the hotel by the concierge.

Nice and clean house. Good stay. Comfort rooms.

Kitchen appliances like oven and stove could be better for the size of the house and expected number of people. No garage. Outside of house just not good.
