excellent location, kind staff

breakfast buffet, the guests were noisy especially after 10 when we were trying to sleep.

It was clean, hotel has elevator which is comfy) Thanks to Erin, during my check in and check out, he was really caring, very helpful and polite. They have good location, many places are around, such as cafe, restaurants, art, culture spots..and really nice area for breakfast with own terrace.

The cleaning staff didn’t take the old towels from the people who checked out + there were some clothes of some people who was no longer there 🤔

Most of the staff were so friendly, The room was clean and locality wise excellent.

Simply that in dormitory bathroom was difficult to monitor for cleanliness and consideration of other dorm occupants

Lovely and helpful staff, they gave me an upgrade which I was very thankful for. In a perfect location to get everywhere easily and quickly. Very nice and clean room and bathroom with good air conditioning.

There was a constant noise in the room 24/7 which was very loud and the pipes smelt in the bathroom. It’s also very noisy with doors etc banging all night.

Very good location for shopping and seeing architecture. Beds were very comfortable and the hostel room had a proper bathroom which was nice.

The elevator in the property is very old and it would sometimes not come. This happened on my checkout day so I had to lug my suitcase down the staircase which was quite narrow.

Good location, big room for a party of 5 we had 6 beds in the room, comfortable beds. Metro only a few minutes walk.

Check-In took me close to 2 hours. There was only one person at the reception, we showed up around 3: 30 and a lot of people are waiting in line to check in. No supplies in the room like a kettle or glass, No chairs or table in the room to sit and eat.

The room was smaller than the images on the listing, and didn’t have a balcony, but still was still pleasant overall and comfortable.

Location was good. And the view as well. Staff at the reception was a bit rude. But we had a problem with electricity, i contacted the property in watsapp and they responded quickly and helped to solve the problem.

The elevator was out of service mostly. We had to go up to the 5th floor by stairs very often.

Casa Gracia was very clean and well organized.

İts better to match same gender more possible in the same room. İt could be more confortable…

I could not find water in all place. I tried to buy in two different machines inside the hotel and lost money.. then the receptionist said I need to call the machines’ owners and I needed to go outside to find the supermarket at 23 p.m

The location, different common spaces available to guests, the old elevator, the design of hallways and the design of the bonk beds.

The beds dint curtains or separators so that you have more privacy. The reception should mention at the check in or on the FAQ should mention that they do not have locks to rent and that hosts need to buy from a shop or have their own. The backyard garden closes too early.

I left cash in my wallet in the room. When i came back from a day of exploring the city some of that money was gone and my bag was moved (when the room was getting cleaned) i then wrote a complaint to the hotel but they never responded:(

The front desk were super friendly! The art deco design was really pretty and the drink vouchers were a really nice touch.

Room 315 air conditoner makes a very loud noise intermittently that is very startling and woke us up multiple times during the night sleeping. I'm sure the air con needs to be serviced and will soon fail because of this rattling noise. We were getting ready to leave at 10:45 10:50 to check out and the cleaning staff repeatedly knocked on the door despite the do not disturb sign which was frustrating because we felt pressured....

It was a very nice and beautiful hostel. The room was clean with its own bathroom for 4 people in the room. Mattress was comfortable. Staff was super helpful and nice.

Ahh, only that there were no hangers for cloths.

There was a problem in our booking and Yvonne solved it perfectly for us! She made us feel very welcome and safe :).

A great location with a lot of shops and bars/restaurants around. It offered a good breakfast option to start your day and 2 nice restaurants in the building. Its walking distance to Sagrada and a short taxi/Uber to Parc Gruel and the Barcelona Cathedral.

The beds could have been a bit better.

Clean, friendly staff, and great value for money.

As other reviews mention, our AC did break, but they provided us with fans and then sent someone who cleaned out the room unit the next day and it worked from then on out. I even came back a week later and happened to stay in the same room and the AC was still working.

Our room is quite large with beautiful finishes and comfortable beds. It is walking distance to Casa Batlló and very near to Metro Station

They need more security around the front and reception. My bag was stolen from in front of the reception desk.

The room was very dark, the mattresses moved on the bed frame and there was no room for chair or table

Lights were too bright.

The rooms were lovely, we had paid for a standard room and was given a balcony at no extra charge. The room still included everything we asked for and everything was clean, no concerns.

There is AC but it is VERY weak. Luckily it wasn’t so hot and we also kept the balcony door open at night to let cool air in. Also one day I was going down the elevator and this one guy worker for some odd reason was not happy about me going down the elevator and literally gave me a death stare the entire time. I was extremely uncomfortable.

The location is excellent (metro, restaurants, stores).

The view was towards very narrow (technical) backyard, the Windows was therefore covered with tape. Futhermore, Windows made a rattling sound.

Great location with amazing view! Great for families

It was really clean and the room was spacious. The bed had plugs, lights, a shelf and ample storage spaces. The location was really good.

The beds would be better with curtains and water fountains would be a bonus too.

Buffet breakfast wasn’t great

The design of the interior was splendid. Gives you a vintage warm welcome. The location is also very near to all the major tourist attractions. I had a 6-bed dorm and it had huge inside space, a table and clothes rack and also a window which have views of the open breakfast arena. The breakfast arena was also very lovely and everywhere you get that old rustic vintage feel. I would also mention the common kitchen which had all the required utensils and was kept quite clean.

The bathroom didn't seem to be cleaned daily. The hand soap was exhausted in between but not filled up, instead some soap bars were given, which is also fine but the hand soap was better.
