The staff were very friendly and made us feel so welcome. The linen was clean and fresh, and the room decor cheery and bright. The medialunas at breakfast were absolutely delicious.

It was noisy at night even with all doors shut. The door to the room wasn't sound proof and next to the lift so we could hear other guests coming and going directly outside our door. The jacuzzi was so furious and noisy, and it required so much water that I was worried it would fall through the floor! It wasn't exactly the romantic final night in BA that we imagined.

Good location, staff were friendly and tried hard to fix the problems with the property but they couldn’t, it really does need some money spent on it

We ended up reducing our time here as the hotel was a bit of a dump and the noise from the old busted AC compressors outside the windows made it too loud to sleep without earplugs. The shower door in 602 didn’t close so water went all over the floor, there’s mould on the shower ceilings and the overall standard wasn’t as clean as it should have been. The staff were good and tried to move us but the overwhelming smell of marijuana on level two and the significant noise from a more broken AC unit had us running back upstairs before eventually finding somewhere else to stay.

The location was perfect.

The breakfast was not included and was not to our liking. Our sauna was broken and the bath items were an extra charge. We also had to pay for a coffee pod in the room!

Everything functioned, sauna, jacuzzi, and shower, fridge, all good. The comforter bed sheet had a small stain but overall the room was well cleaned. A little noisy at night but there was some sound proofing for the room. Front desk staff were available 24/7 and were very friendly.

Had issues with some of the facilities but staff managed to address them. No massive issue apart from the shower glass door as not closing properly.

I absolutely recommend this smaller hotel in a great location in Buenos Aires! The staff were all lovely, helpful and friendly. Close to attractions, nice cafes and restaurants, but still surprisingly quiet.

The design is very thoughtful and detailed, minimalist. Cozy and pleasant for traveling with family or friends.

I would highlight the professional, attentive, and friendly service at the reception. They gave us excellent recommendations for lunch, such as the Croque Madame restaurant at the Palacio Paz. It is very well located for touring the city center.

We love this hotel! The rooms are large, clean and nicely decorated. The bathrooms are amazing with large bath tubs and very nice showers. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Personal service was outstanding. All requests were handled immediately very professionally. Location is excellent for our needs. The front desk personnel could not have done more to make our stay very pleasant.

It is a nice hotel with relaxing vibes in a central area, where you can find rest after a long day or, in my case, after weeks of intense travel. The staff is nice and helpfull, even with arranging transfers to the airport.

There were some minor problems with Wifi and the bathtub, which the staff tried to resolve asap, in a helpfull and friendy manner.

Very nice hotel at a good location. It is not a big hotel, which is nice. Extremely friendly and helpful staff; rooms are large and well equipped; breakfast was somewhat limited, but it had all that I need for breakfast.

I had an exceptional experience during my stay at the hotel. Its prime location right in the heart of the city, surrounded by important attractions and conveniently close to transportation hubs, made my trip even more enjoyable. One aspect that truly stood out was the hotel staff. Their level of service was nothing short of amazing. They were attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their wealth of suggestions for local activities and places to visit greatly enriched our stay, making it truly memorable. Their excellent communication skills made us feel valued and well taken care of. And let's not forget the breakfast! It was an absolute delight. The wide variety of options catered to every palate, and the quality of the food was top-notch. Starting the day with such a delicious meal was indeed a treat.
