Loved this hotel, a great location in Geneva old town, plenty of good restaurants nearby The hotel was perfect, rooms were small but for 1 night this wasn't an issue.

I was driving and finding the hotel was tricky ! Although this isn't the fault of the hotel :)

Extremely friendly service. When arriving by car the car has to be parked by a valet (due to the hotel being in the old city) which was very well and reliably organized. The hotel is very dog friendly. And, something really to mention: the mattresses were excellent. The shopping area is in walking distance.

The staff were incredibly helpful! The breakfast buffet was one of the best that I have ever experienced. Fresh fruits, delicious juices and a large selection of fresh eggs. Great experience overall.

The experience overall was good, however the pillows were very soft which had a negative impact on the quality of sleep. Nothing else to mention.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautiful - we wished we could have stayed longer!

A very warm welcome greeted us by the attentive staff. The hotel was superbly appointed with an extremely comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom. The location was great situated in the heart of the old town. We could have happily stayed longer than our short flying visit permitted. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices available all presented beautifully. I would highly recommend this charming characterful hotel to anyone.

Location was amazing, just next to Geneve cathedral. Hotel staff has been also very kind and helpful.

No airconditioning. We were very cold on our first night but they gave us a heater that made a huge difference. By day 2 the radiator had warmed up.

Excellent stay in Geneva. The room was very cozy and comfortable. Perfect location for exploring the old town, plus arriving from the train station (a bit uphill, but manageable). Highly recommend.

Professional, friendly staff - clean, pleasant ambiance- lots of ammenities- historic location

Restaurant in the building was a noise nuisance - near midnight, workers kept dragging furniture, maybe tables and chairs, when closing up. Also, restaurant customers came out in groups below my window, to smoke and chat loudly for a long time, twice near midnight. It totally disrupted my sleep and ruined my one night stay.

my only criticism was that it was a little too over heated: we had to keep our window open to cool down the room despite it being December!…..

We loved this boutique gem! As a bonus, the restaurant is on several lists of best traditional Swiss food in Geneva, and our hotel staff kindly helped us make reservations, even at the last minute. Staying on the hill in a walking part of the Old City was a truly unique experience.

Nothing in Switzerland can be considered a value, and this upscale boutique property is no exception. We thought it worth the splurge, though.

This hotel had a lot of Swiss charm. The rooms were comfortable. Location was great!

Location is absolutely perfect. Bed is very comfortable, towels are extra fluffy. You cannot miss their wildly popular restaurant, the fondue is amazing!

I would have preferred the toilet had a sink with it. I didn't want to go across the room to wash my hands.

The hotel is elegant. The staff was top notch, especially appreciative that they arranged a taxi for us for a very early morning departure to the airport. The location is breath taking.

The coffee in the lobby was great, but there were dirty dishes left behind the bar. Not a deal breaker at all.

Perfect location, friendly staff, good housekeeping services. We requested extra heater when we were leaving the room and when we return it was alteady plugged in & on and was heating our room. they also helped us the with the hotel’s restaurant reservation on a busy friday night

We were staying at room 410 and in the middle of the night (at 02.30) room 408 called us by mistake to request water to their and woke us up… it’s not the hotel’s fault however next night we had the unplug the phone to prevent such an accident again!

The breakfast staff, Catarina, was a delight! We enjoyed talking with her every morning! She made everything in the morning run extremely smooth and joy every morning.

We really enjoyed our staff with the exception of the restaurant staff. We had made a reservation a month earlier to make sure we were able to get in. When we arrive, the host, wanted to seat us next to the street, and we asked for a different table. He proceeded to show us two tables and gave us a choice on the stipulation we were out by 8:15PM. Not the best experience to start off the evening, our reservation was for 6:30PM and no one came to our table until 6:50PM. We ordered starters and entrees and were never given the opportunity to order dessert - no menu or offer was made. We were rushed out the door at 8:15PM. This was some of the worse customer service we've ever experienced at a restaurant. We shared this with the wonderful hotel staff, who didn't seem too surprised, but said they would speak to the manager. They comped our bar bill from the night before which was nice, but doesn't erase the poor service or rude treatment we received. The restaurant staff should take customer service lessons from the hotel staff, who were excellent - every single one of them!

Everything second time here and will continue.

The internal spaces are luxurious, welcoming and exceptionally quiet. The staff were engaging and helpful. I highly recommend this property.
