No cleaning of our room at all

More of a motel than a hotel

Room condition was kind of run down although the bed was clean, the rest the furnishing is a bit old and not well maintained. No bottled water given and need to pay WIFI for the 2nd device connection ( laptop).

Quite good location even though in Zone 3, you just have to pay a bit more for the airport transfer USD 29 flat rate. Only rain shower head available and water flow is slow

Location, value, staff friendliness/helpfulness, availability of surrounding food/entertainment options, self check in and check out, bell desk service.

Decor outdated, dark hallways, loud A/C, rooms not soundproof, no microwave in room (need to pay extra).

The location is great.

We had problems with our bathroom. The toilet kept running. Also, the pool area is very small. With the resort fee you should be able to use any of the beds around the pool.

Location was excellent for exploring Las Vegas. Great bars and restaurants near by and activities at the hotel where also excellent. We did the Linq Zipline, tried to do the High Roller but it cancelled the 3 days we booked our tickets for, twice due to weather and the third time due to unforeseen emergency maintenance.

Having to complain on 2 separate days about our room not being cleaned and towels changed and beds made etc. Second time complaining, room service said it was due to a shortage of staff, this isn't an excuse a guest paying good money is looking for. Lady on the VIP desk was very nice, understanding and helpful, and she comped us a late check out for the hassle and as compensation.

The price and location

The shower was WAY TOO SMALL and beds too hard, and the Nook, that sold food and water, at the hotel, charges way too much for what they offer. I got 2 bottles of water and a bag of chips and paid $28. That is criminal. Also; the DJ at the pool was way too loud, my room was shaking everyday from 11-5.

Bed was comfortable and pool side was nice and quiet.

Living room counter space was super tiny, I could see through other people's windows, the parking lot is obnoxious, and pool closes at 6p 😞

No storage for clothes in room. Nowhere to swim. Pool great as a loud bar for drinking and socializing if that’s what you came for.

Great location. The hotel is centered on the strip and bordered by the LinQ outdoor promenade which is filled with shops, restaurants, live music, and other fun activities-- including the "High Roller" Ferris-wheel. On the north side is the Carnival Pavillion with nightly live rock n roll bands. And you can enjoy the live music from the open patio at Guy Fieri's burger restaurant.

The LinQ is a 2nd tier resort overall, but it's priced accordingly.

Great location,easy access to the next Flamingo hotel and main attractions . The complex is really spacious and busy with a lot of restaurants and shops around. Smooth check in/out . Perfect stay for 2 nights.

The room was big enough, however the shower wasn't working properly .

this hotel is in a good location, central to the strip, nearby shops, restaurants, bars of all types, casino is good. it's not high-end but its not terrible. It is clean, tidy, safe, and its pretty good value if you prefer convenience over luxury.

check-in line was long, staff worked hard and were helpful but seemed a bit short on resource, maybe i was just unlucky with timing. Taxi drop off area got flooded due to a storm which was a minor inconvenience but not end of the world (went to neighboring hotel to get a taxi)

Pool was nice :)

It had a strong smell that I did like and the staff was not that friendly and you couldn't talk to staff much because they kept saying to use the digital check in and check out:( Also was disappointed they didn't have a fridge in the room.

Located in the middle of the strip you’re not far from amazing places to eat and touristy attractions. It’s big and spacious and the rooms were really nice as well. It has excellent amenities and feels like there’s a lot of options to choose from when it comes to food, spa and pool areas (staying at the LINQ means you can use the pool at Caesar’s and Flamingo) Lots of machines that can do a lot for you so you’re not stuck in queues by check in e.g. tickets to shows, applying for Caesar’s card, checking in and checking out. Some staff members are nice. Casinos always busy which was nice as it adds to the vibes. The beds and pillows are comfy, and there’s plenty of outlets for plugs and usb charging. The view we had wasn’t great but we weren’t in the hotel much. The bathrooms are lovely, clean and comfortable to use. Plenty of space to unpack your stuff into.

Understandably due to location the parking can be a nightmare, especially when taking a cab in and out the hotel, there’s always traffic trying to get onto the main road. Also due to location if you book any tours they will not pick you up from the hotel directly. When checking in I opted in for room service, but the room didn’t get serviced until the last two days of our stay. We had to stop cleaners in the corridor and ask for towels and cups. No kettles in the room which meant having to pay for hotel water in the cafe’s downstairs, one cafe charges $4 a cup and the other $1 a cup which was weird. I feel as though tap water should be free? We had problems with the internet and was shrugged off by staff at check in several times, it was only when we became firmer they finally gave us the number to call IT to fix the problem.

Rooms are small. Beds are very small and uncomfortable. Sheets had holes in them and bed not made properly when room made up. Bathroom water flow not great.

Great location and value for money.

The house keeping wasn’t great. We had called for our room to be cleaned and fresh towels for when we were out for the day and got back and it hadn’t been done. Although when we called again they quickly got fresh towels sent to us.

The location was perfectly nestled between other hotels which made it fun to go explore without having to walk too far,and casino slot machines were top notch,along with all the good choices of restaurants.

More pillows on the beds and I recommend getting firmer pillows, the pillows that being used are too soft which hurt my neck every night I was there

The location

The fact that there was no fridge, no coffee machine, no coffee or tea available, no cups. They charged my cousin $2 for a paper cup of HOT WATER and she is just after a heart attack... Tea cost $8 for a cup!! Come on, that is a bit steep! Also I paid for a strip view and got back of the hotel facing other windows... Bathroom doors were sliding doors and there was NO PRIVACY... The stay was poor...

Room was typical but comfy! Pool was fun! Right on the strip close to everything :)

We were having some trouble checking in using the kiosk and one of the staff members assisted us. Our reservation was under our last name first and my first name last. So, I pulled up the reservation on my phone and she was able to locate us. I don't recall her name, but she was working at 3:30 PM. She was very friendly and courteous and we appreciated her assistance.

Very expensive drinks at the pool! Rediculous expensive.

The locación of the hotel was great. Breakfast was not included.

The safe box of our room was out of order, and it was too complicated to set a time to repair it. So we couldn’t use it.

Convenient location.

Not clean at all. Constant smell of vomit. Really dim and no amenities short of standard casino fare. The bar.was really cool but pricey for the vibe.

It was plenty stores to shop around at and it was live entertainment on every corner… Just don’t stop and take no pictures with cartoon characters or show girls lthey gone try to charge you like $50…Strip was definitely right there with all the nice hotels to go check out and they also give out free stuff just gotta be a good talker like myself. THE HIGH ROLLER I LOVED IT

The staff were all really nice and helpful, the amenities were decent, the atmosphere was nice.

The safety features and fire emergent features are dirty and falling apart, the pool was small and dirty, the spa prices were outrageous. The beds were uncomfortable.

Great location on the strip, tons to do in the area. No provided airport shuttle but they do have a pickup site with a third party company I believe. The room was spacious and comfortable. Very quiet as our room was facing away from the strip.

There was a strong unpleasant chemical smell everywhere in the halls, probably from cleaning.

It did have so many places to eat and do.

The accessibility to the rooms was a bit of a hike. I also put had mobility issues and didn’t get a room close to an elevator. The AC made horrible noises. Also the pool closing so early was a pain since you’d want to come back to hotel and get in pool and couldn’t. The whole where fridge once was would have been nice to be there. 1 of 3 rooms in our party had one. The parking had spots the car scraped each time.

Location and price were great. Self parking easy. Great place to stay if you are going to concerts at Caesar’s Forum because it’s right across the street .

The hotel didn’t provide a lot of information at the express check in sites. Didn’t know how to go about the car in and out privileges until we ask the desk staff. Also internet limited to 2 devices per room. Internet router would constantly “forget” which devices had free wi-fi and start charging again to get back on. The front desk was sympathetic and removed all extra charges. Their excuse was that the hotel had too many routers so it sometimes didn’t recognize registered devices. No problem getting charges removed. Also there was no housekeeping unless you put in a request so no trash collection or replacement of towels unless you requested them. Not sure this information was anywhere on website.

I loved how the property was on the strip and close to a lot of stuff.

The hotel room was nice but sometimes I wish it was a little brighter in the room.
