The LINQ Hotel, Las Vegas

Location, the amenities were good and the ease to get help.

It was dirty in spaces that didn't make sense and our towels were very dirty the day we checked in

The bathroom lights went out the last night of my stay, and the hair dryer started smoking when I plugged it into the outlet.

the refrigerator was unusable the smell was so horrible we were not able to even open it after the first time. It wasn't reported because we just chose not to use it

Quiet room right in the center of the Stripe. Perfect location, I really like the automatic check-in check-out system. No waiting time.

There are no still water bottles in the room. A couple of them would help a lot. Intricate parking for those who came to Las Vegas for the first time. We've got to the proper parking just by chance.

They forgot to service our room each day and forgot to give us towels a few days. Some of the cafe were so over priced it was ridiculous.

Maintenance took long. Had a dead door battery. Prepaid for parking but had to pay out of pocket twice. Bathroom sink was slow to drain.

The hotel is in a great location on the strip and has access to the monorail so that you can get about without taxis.

The room was quite small and basic, not much room to put away your clothes and no tea/coffee making facilities.

I liked the service, staff were friendly and helpful.

I didn’t like that it wasn’t the cleanest and that there weren’t appliances available (i wanted hot water).

We have 2 rooms but our key cards were not working even in parking. It was a frustrating experience considering it was busy during that time.It’s good that our rooms were connected.

We didn’t realise we booked while the F1 was on. The road into the hotel was closed and when we called the hotel to find out how to drive in they were so unhelpful and told us they didn’t know themselves. Even though there were 3 guests, only 2 of us could connect to the WiFi, the 3rd phone would have cost an extra $15 per day. Restaurants within the building were pretty average.

Loved the location, the staff, convenience of restaurants and distance to attractions.

The beds only had a flat sheet on the mattress cover which exposed the mattress cover. The duvet was loose with only another flat sheet on it. Seemed like the bedding just fell off and was a mess. It was only me sleeping on the bed so it shouldn't have been so sloppy. The walls had splattered food or something on them. Rooms need better cleaning. At some point, the Cafe downstairs had water pouring through the ceiling onto the line where customers order.

It was close to stores and restaurants. The extra $20 for early check in was nice!

There was no microwave in our room. I paid extra to have view, but there was no good view.

Very clean and comfortable. Location was great easy access with monorail station. Staff was great! Overall great hotel to stay in. Plenty of food options inside.

I got my room pretty late even though I requested early check in. The self check in kept saying room not ready even an after standard check in time When I finally spoke to someone they said my room had been ready. So waited over two hours for no reason. Other than that great stay
