Expected better. I was charged a £650 deposit for 4 rooms, yet in my one room, the entrance was barred due to a fallen plank that was not sorted out until the following morning though it was mentioned to concierge. Nor did they contact us to update. Additionally, with this room, there was a huge limescale build-up on the shower head Secondly the room I stayed in the headboard had a lot of wear and tear and marks. I expected better, especially from an international chain hotel.

Staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. The meals were great and the facilities too! Nothing was too much for the staff. I have lodged in 5 star hotels in the past. This hotel was at par with the other hotels.

The selection of meat meals was limited. They could be more generous with the Bottled water since the weather is quite warm.

Convenient location to all: carrefour, train station. 10min taxi away from Medina, manageable.

Bright and clean. Most of the staff are helpful and welcoming. Breakfast starts early, convenient for those with early flight or train to catch.

The staff were very friendly and professional. The WiFi was reliable. The room was comfortable. The pool area and quality of sun beds were excellent. Service around the pool was efficient. The room upgrade was much appreciated. Good value for money.

Cleanliness could have been more thorough throughout the property. Breakfast was average - the fresh fruit was past its best, albeit the choice of foodstuffs was good. Coffee was fine but the hot food didn’t look very appetising.

The gym was well equipped, the room was very spacious and the breakfast was adequate (not many free-from options)

Separate toilet and bathroom. The wash basin was in the common area, which made the room decor but out of place

The hotel staff was extremely accommodating, we got given better rooms in order to get communicating rooms. Everyone at the hotel was kind, very welcoming and helpful. We will be back! Heated pool was definitely a plus!

The location , the team , clean , confortable . We can say that most of the team from front desk to room service are just amasing . A special thanks to Bouchra and Mohamed a premium service , also the availability of the manager Mr Adil , the night team and our friend Sine for the wonderdul songs . Breakfast was good , a mix of everything.... It was the first time but not the last Had a room with pool ,Nice view , Hamam team was great too

No much to say , only one point was about the smell in the room coming from the toilettes. Try to improve with the food .

The location is perfect, in the new town next to a mall and several shops and not too far from the Medina. The pool was really nice, my kids loved it. Even though you are near a busy street once inside the hotel, it is nice and calm. Special mention to all the staff right from receptipn to room service to concierge they were all amazing. There was one particular waiter who was extremely nice, I think his name was taha reda. Our room was a bit delayed during check in and they offered us a free tea time platter, that was really delicious. The room was very spacious and clean. Wonderful stay. Amazing staff. The spa was so nice, the treatments and Hamam was amazing. Special mention to the lady who did the hamam scrub she was really good. They had a singer performing every night which made the evenings so lively.

Ayoub at the reception was very friendly. He made our check in experience enjoyable. He was very professional too and handled us as important guests.

The bathroom!!! It is hard to enter the bathtub. The whole bathroom looks like an afterthought. It looks like it was once a shower than was converted into a bath tub. I was not excited to take a bath at all.The bathroom did not match the money I paid for the room

Very nice hotel, clean, very good location, excellent breakfast and very helpful staff.

Limited lifts. There’s is only one lift between the accommodation floors and the ground floor and it will always stop at level two (lobby level).
