Radisson Blu Hotel Carré Eden, Marrakech

Good location, comfortable rooms, courteous but some of the staff is clueless.

The lift taking the guest to the room is by far the worst I have ever been to.

If you want to be in the CBD, it is right in the middle of the Main Street. I also really loved the linen and bed, super clean and very comfortable. The staff is really friendly as well. One of the few establishments where you can find an alcoholic beverage if you want one. They have a wide variety of foodstuffs to select for breakfast. The food, also is very fresh. The food at the Lila restaurant was also great.

It’s a very big hotel, about 166 rooms per floor (over 3 floors) but but the service is relatively good for such a big hotel. Some of the cocktails on the menu were not available due to some ingredient or the other not being available… but this is also the case in most of the restaurants even for shakes, virgin cocktails and ice teas (most places in Marrakesh) but you can survive this as there are many other options that are available.

I thought that the price was a little high compared to other properties of the same or higher quality in the city.

The room was very big with a great shower. Very big balcony space too. The spa was amazing one of the highlights of my stay. The manager in the spa took time to explain all the options and ensured we had a good experience.

The balcony smelled really bad of drains so didn’t enjoy going onto it. Room service was poor, we informed them we didn’t have a TV remote took reminding them several times and a day later to get one. The same happened when asked for food trays to be taken from the room I had to call several times in the end I put outside myself. The door to toilet wouldn’t lock which was a little annoying and they were stingy on toiletries. The breakfast was also a little boring.

Definitely recommend this hotel, close to local amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay.

Breakfast could have more variety, in terms of local moroccon cuisine.

Modern, clean and spacious room with an awesome balcony. The breakfast is amazing, you get a big selection of really tasty food. The pool space is great for relaxing. The staff is really kind and helpful.

Although it looks new and clean at first sight, the room has many cracks and falling plaster on the walls and ceiling. There is quiet some damage on the equipment already. The TV only has TV channels and not a single streaming service or AirPlay option.

We enjoyed our stay at the Radiason Blu in Marrakech. The staff was very friendly and made us feel very welcomed.

Very nice hotel, clean well appointed rooms. Breakfast was good, but coffee was very poor. Easily sorted by getting some decent coffee machines!!

I mostly liked the location. Most of the city attractions are close by.

I didn’t like the room type they are offering. Having the sink outside the bathroom is really annoying. Also to go outside, mostly the elevator stops at the reception and change to another elevator to go outside.

Loved the clean and modern room with a terrace. Very helpful staff. Good location with easy access to main roads and get to walk to the medina. Amazing gym.

Breakfast was over crowded and you easily got stressed.

The pool was heated and warm, very nice but its located in the shadow which make it very cold and during winter you cant sunbath because of that.

Be aware of the high deposit they require for each night. 1000DH per night.

Shower leaked under the bathroom door in our room making the floor wet.not enough information on menu re gluten free options, I ordered a chaser salad assuming it would be plain grilled chicken but it arrived breaded so I had to send it back and reorder I wasn’t sure if the frites I ordered were 100 % potato or were coated in flour/farine, clearer food labelling would be helpful. .

Special about the attention of the manager Marouane, he is about friendly and solved problem that had. He made about stay matter. Thank you very much Marouane for all!

Some conflicting information about transfers and trips booked involving the employees from the reception.

Good location, if you want to stay outside the medina, in a vibrant and cosmopolitan area. Close to the train station and Supratour bus station. We stayed here because we wanted to use the gym, which was reasonably equipped. The breakfast was great and very varied--there's something for everyone. The staff also allowed us to check in early when we arrived before check in time, which was appreciated.

The room was a bit tired, as others have written. The inside of the shower door was pretty dirty too. But my biggest gripe was the sexist behaviour of the staff (men and women). I'm a woman and I stayed with my male partner. I booked the room and paid for the room at reception, and did all the communicating with the staff, and yet the staff kept deferring to my male partner and also put him as the main guest on our invoice and paperwork (they only knew his name from photocopying his passport). I understand that when travelling in different parts of the world you have to accommodate different cultural norms, but we did not receive this kind of treatment in the riad we stayed at in the medina in Marrakech, and I certainly did not expect it in a Radisson Blu, which is a recognisable global brand. So it did annoy us both. It's also wildly overpriced by Marrakech standards.

This year also at the Radisson, location , facilities and the staff was as usually , spécial thanks to Bouchra , Mohamed , Faiçal during breakfast and Abdelilah during the night ... front desk also , surely will come again ....
