The staff was welcoming, we arrived after midnight. Terrace is stunning. Breakfast a la carte, with good choices. Sockets near the bed. Location - 20 min from the old Medina and 20 min from the new city area

The bathroom is a bit old, with a heavy door to the bathroom difficult to handle :). The room might benefit for more chairs or spaces to put the luggage.

Fantastic location and close to the airport. The hospitality was beyond expectations. Staff were so polite, friendly and helpful. They made our stay so special. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. Rooms spotless and modern. The indoor pool was so relaxing.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious, the hotel was beautiful and modern and the terrace and pool stunning. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms very clean. The spa and massage was excellent z

The only downside was that service was slow whenever ordering drinks to the terrace or rooms.

The location of the hotel is very clean, safe and quiet, and only about 20-30mins walk to Medina depending on your pace. There are nice restaurants (rooftop as well) and cafes nearby. The hotel staff are very friendly and attentive. The receptionists, room service, restaurant staff and security are courteus very hospitable.

Could vary the breakfast menu a little more. But the staff in the restaurant were amazing and nothing was a problem.

We loved staying at Jadali Hotel, it really pleasantly surprised us for its perfect location, stylish interiors and kind staff. The hotel is perfectly positioned in a high end neighborhood with excellent restaurants and venues, just a ten minute walk from the Medina. It’s fairly new and well designed, and it’s not too big so you feel very well taken care of by the staff. Everyone is very kind, and in particular Otmane and Oumaima in reception are always smiling and helping out. We stayed in a Junior Suite and the room is enormous, with a comfortable bed, and delicious breakfast. Their SPA area is amazing, with a spectacular heated pool adjacent to the large marble hammam, where you can have wonderful treatments all day long until 10pm, which is perfect after a day out in Marrakech!

It is stylish , clean and in a nice location

The only thing I would mention is that I think it should be made clearer in the publicity, for the benefit of European guests, that this is a dry hotel . It would not stop me staying there again as there are plenty of bars & hotels nearby that serve alcohol and the hotel is nice enough to compensate , but it comes as a big surprise to find there’s no bar in the hotel serving alcoholic drinks

Central location if you live dinning out, sightseeing and nights out. We saved so much on cabs. The airport is also very close yet still quiet. The staff were so kind and welcoming. Our room was cleaned to high standards and filled with free evening snacks and water! The breakfast was delicious but not very diverse (included in our booking). Breakfast times were very flexible (until midday) it was nice to slow down……
We made friends with taxi guys who helped with taking us to nice places on a budget but most places were only a walking distance. Most of our activities were pre booked via booking.com
Overall, we felt safe, at home and comfortable! We will definitely return

Room services are overpriced we were put off for ordering anything but so many nice restaurants around.

Location is great, very clean, lovely staff. Would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The general asthetics of the hotel and rooms were to a very high standard. The staff were always welcoming.
The breakfast was excellent and also to a high standard.
The comfort of the rooms and beds was excellent.
The location was very good and only a nice 20-25 walk to the main centre.
The room cleaning team were always working and late into the night.
The pool on the roof is excellent. There are no high buildings on any sides so you get an excellent 360 view of Marrakech.

The cleaning routine was puzzling. Sometimes, we had 3 face towels and no bath towels. Other days, we had bath towels but no face towels? Same with the water, we had to keep asking for water to put in the rooms. I even left a note for towels and waters one day for them to be replenished, but the next day, we had the same issue. I couldn't keep leaving notes every day, unfortunately.
One family member got a cut, asked reception for a plaster, and they didn't have any in the first aid kit?
One day we waited nearly 40 mins for a small breakfast in the end the family member left and the staff did try and go above and beyond and delivered it to the room.

Excellent breakfast - fresh and good quality. Nice strong tasty coffee and the fruit juice is the best I've tried!
Hotel is nice and clean and the staff are very friendly. Hotel manager greeted us and chatted with us in person also.
Location is ideal for getting around. Pool and spa are very relaxing. Hammam treatment was a real experience!

Restaurant service was quite slow in the evening, even when it wasn't busy.
Able to hear neighbours and there's quite a bit of noice in the hallways at night. It's also opposite a nightclub that keeps going until 5.30am. When we were there, there was construction which began at 8am. But overall it's a great city hotel.

Only because we’re two brits, this is a “dry” hotel. So no alcohol in the hotel but…..worked for us being a more chilled holiday

From start to finish, our stay was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. Rooftop pool and area was tranquil. Bed was very comfortable and balcony area looked out onto front of hotel, with view of the street below. Don't be afraid to ask staff for anything. Extremely accommodating.

The only downside to being at the front of the hotel is the nightclub across the road closes around 5am, so there's a lot of noise for about half an hour while people disperse in cars and motorbikes.

Property was very clean and the staff was professional and very helpful.

I had an amazing experience at Hotel Jadali & Spa! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with any request. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with modern amenities and a peaceful atmosphere that made me feel relaxed the entire time.
The highlight of my stay was the spa – I had a Hammam treatment, and it was absolutely fantastic. The therapists were professional and made sure I felt completely comfortable. The food was delicious, with fresh ingredients that showcased Moroccan flavors perfectly. Only breakfast was repetitive.
The location is also ideal, with easy access to local attractions in the Hivernage district. The rooftop pool was a lovely spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Marrakesh. It’s the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. I will definitely return next time I’m in the city!

From the moment we arrived, the level of care and attention from the staff was remarkable. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional, making us feel welcomed and truly pampered throughout our stay.

A special mention goes to Ahmed, who took exceptional care of us every morning at breakfast and during our afternoons by the pool. He even kindly provided us with sunscreen after ours was taken at the airport, a small gesture that meant a lot and perfectly exemplifies the level of thoughtful service at Jadali.

The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, the service consistently excellent, and the food absolutely delicious. The hotel’s central location makes it easy to explore the city, yet it still feels like a peaceful and exclusive retreat.

The entire property, from the elegant architecture to the relaxing spa, is beautiful and impeccably maintained.

We’re already dreaming of coming back. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a refined and serene experience in Marrakech.
