The bathroom faucet was broken, and parts of the fixtures were dusty.

Amazing location, beautiful view, and beautiful rooms with a lot of space. Very clean with very nice mini bar.

The only downside is that you get free pass to the rooftop only once, I think for guest should entrance be allowed as long as they stay at the hotel.

I like the hotel and the room size and location and friendly staff and I like also that guy have shataf (bidet sprayer) in the toilet that’s really nice

There is no spa or at least steam and sauna room

The hotel was very luxurious for a reasonable price. The breakfast was always very well stocked and staff very helpful. The hotel room was very clean.

The rooftop bar wasn’t very organised and staff appeared stressed when it was busy.

There was one staff member at the reception whose behavior was noticeably unprofessional. She repeatedly rolled her eyes and showed an attitude whenever we requested assistance. For example, when our key card did not work, my husband asked for it to be reprogrammed. Instead of assisting promptly, she rolled her eyes and questioned whether other family members were in the room. Only after confirming that they were waiting in the corridor did she reprogram the card, all while displaying clear displeasure. This was not an isolated incident; we experienced similar behavior from her on multiple occasions. In contrast, the rest of the hotel staff were consistently polite, helpful, and welcoming. Unfortunately, this particular employee does not reflect the hotel’s standards of hospitality and left a negative impression on our stay.

Beautiful hotel, friendly, helpful staff. Location was great.

Sky bar closed too early, would have been nice to relax in there and watch the views till late.

The bed was exceptional. The facilities were really nice. It had an unusual exterior design. We had the best breakfasts there of anywhere we have traveled in 2025--even champagne, fresh juice and delicious cheeses. Also the view from the restaurant was awesome.

I am really coming up empty on this one.

The hotel is very clean and our room was spacious. We loved the location because we could walk to everything we wanted to see.

The nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was very spacious, and the bathroom was the largest I’ve ever seen. The bed was super comfortable. Wonderful coffee provided as a complimentary treat for the guests, as well as tea. Apples on the table, candies. I am delighted. And I will always come back there.

Very elegant to stay there, beautiful room, access to rooftop bar and viewing terrace. Cleaned daily, water and fresh fruit available in room, every little desk in reception area and walkways had water, fruit and sweets. Got a free little gift at end of stay, very helpful staff. Plenty of toilet rolls, shower gel and clean towels daily.

Only two small improvements would have made it perfect was a smart TV and better drainage on shower cubicle.

The viewing platform on level 7. It’s a quirky building in a great location and super tram links.

The only fault i could find was that there's no lobby area to sit in reception.

We had a great stay with delicious breakfasts and dinner in the restaurant. The hotel is in a great location within walking distance of most major attractions and public transport. We had a room with a view and enjoyed the sky bar.

Wonderful area, walking distance to a lot of attractions. Clean, big room and big bathroom. You get a one time free entry to the rooftop (6.5 EUR)

The hotel sharing the same entrance and elevators with a rooftop that is visited by hundreds of tourists every day. Also the lift noise is not pleasant in the late or early hours when the guests want to rest. Unfortunately the entrance to the room and the bathroom had occasionally sewage smell. Not value for money if that continues to be a problem.

It’s uniqueness being an attraction by itself. Nice location and views are amazing at the restaurant where breakfast is served. Tram from the central train station stops across the property.

I booked a standard room overlooking the inner court yards of Prague buildings; not picturesque but rather authentic... and worth the bargain price I booked the my stay for.

i just had a basic plumbing problem but it was taken care of best as possible considering the problem.... otherwise it felt comfortable and safe especially since I was traveling solo for the first time in Prague.

Iconic design with rooftop river views!

Lack of ice machines.

The building is iconic, the rooms are clean and well appointed. Every room we saw was a little different. The restaurant and bar at the top has amazing views.

This is more of a business building than a hotel… Don’t expect anything in the way of lobby, bar, Bellmen, etc. There is no one to help with your bags, the hotel just has a few floors in a building that also contains offices.

Great location

The room was comfortable and had a view overlooking the river. It is within easy walking distance of old town and new town and public transport.

TV situated in bad position for viewing.

It is very centrally located very easy to get to buy train, tram or bolt. Just a few miles from the broadcast even closer to the old town… Rooms are very comfortable. The bathroom is a good size with two sinks, which is very appreciated in Europe.

There was a funny smell emanating from the bathroom, and we had to contain that by always making sure to close the door.

I was so relieved to find this amazing hotel after a bad experience elsewhere in Prague. It completely exceeded my expectations. The location is unbeatable — right in the center and just steps from Charles Bridge. I booked a city-view room, and it was exactly what I hoped for. They also have river-view rooms if you prefer that. The staff were extremely professional, friendly, and helpful — I felt genuinely welcomed. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was for the soundproofing, and it absolutely delivered. Even though my room was connected to another (which was occupied), I didn’t hear a single sound. The peace and quiet were impressive. The hotel also has a cozy café, a rooftop area, and a fantastic restaurant — all of which made the stay even better. Overall, an incredible value. I really hope their prices stay the same!

very good location, just 15 min of walk from main attractions and city center. On the other side of the road near the river there many locations to sit next to the water and to drink a beer or any other drink. Breakfast with a view from 7'th floor was really great
