Great location, very quiet in the rooms

Rooms quite small, although well kept and very clean. Breakfast was a nice addition but is very cramped, not easy to move around at busy times

The hotel location is excellent, a lovely, clean hotel and good staff.

Room accessible for the disabled. There was no chair in the shower.

Room was great breakfast was excellent. Loved that we could leave our bags safe on our last day. staff friendly.

The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the city center and close to everything. The overall level of cleanliness is very high, although there is room for improvement in the cleaning of the rooms. The breakfast is outstanding rich, generous, and very enjoyable. The heating system was excellent, both in the common areas and inside the rooms, which made the stay very comfortable. The service and attitude of the staff were very good friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist, including providing clear explanations and guidance. Highly recommended.

Cleaning was not good. From the second day the sheets werr dirty and the maid didn't change even ut was very dirty. Not good for your hotel.i stay at your hotel 6 nights and this is my second time i visit your hotel. The safe was not connected. Refrigirator not working

Towels are small, thin and like sandpaper!! Shower leaked to the extent it flooded the bathroom and out of the door onto the very very thin carpet. Even with the thermostat on the coldest setting I found the room hot and stuffy.

Location is amazing, we literally walked everywhere, to all sites.

Breakfast included in room price was excellent, as was the range of food provided. Staff very helpful with storing our mobility scooters downstairs. A couple of stairs to walk up to get to lift was manageable.

Room was cold, heater/air-conditioning didn’t seem to be working properly. We had to leave for a flight at 4am and had paid for breakfast so it would have been nice to have been provided with a packed breakfast.

Fantastic central location with everything within easy walking distance, including great restaurants and shops. Conveniently close to two bridges for exploring both sides of the city.

Room lighting could be improved, and the bed was slightly uncomfortable in the middle due to the joined singles.

There is no "inner courtyard". View is basically 4 external building walls and gravel roof littered with cigarette buts, hard to even see sky from 1st floor.

The high rating is for the location of the hotel, near the shops, the river and Elizabeth Bridge. The rooms were comfortable and the facilities basic but all we needed.

The breakfast pastries ran out very quickly, although the staff were very efficient at replenishing empty dishes

Location is great, breakfast was tasty and the staff nice. Bed was super large and comfortable.

The extra bed was not comfortable at all, I would say for a child it is OK, for an adult not so much. The room itself was not very clean, a carpet really stained.

Nice hotel in an ideal location next to the river. Rooms very clean and comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. Wasn't particularly expensive so really good value for money.

Friendly staff. Almost everything I needed.

After shower, almost entire floor wet. Would suggest having squeegee available to mo e water and dry it. Also, wash cloths would be good.

The location is very nice, convenient to travel without having to take the bus, next to it is parking (of course you have to pay for it yourself) very convenient to go into town or to the riverside. I will return to this hotel many times, oh I forgot the breakfast is very delicious and clean. Thank you for choosing the right place for the whole family to rest.

The location is very convenient. Although it’s within the Centre, there was not a lot of disruptive noises. You literally can walk everywhere. The breakfast team Jazmin, Zinder and Arnel are always there to help.
