Rooms are small and hotel is quite dark.

Spacious and comfortable room. Lots of cafes, restaurants nearby the famous pedestrian shopping street, which is about 5 mins away from the hotel. River Danube is close by too. Great location to many of the wonderful sights in Budapest. Helpful and friendly staff always available to lend a helping hand.

Would appreciate having a kettle in the room.

We were very pleasantly surprised with the overall stay. Check-in was efficient and welcoming. Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was great with lots to choose from and the location was ideal for exploring Budapest. We were within walking distance of most tourist attractions and even though our room overlooked the street, there was very little noise.

The hotel was central to everything within walking distance (Zara 2 minutes from the hotel). The employees are nice and helpful, the room for a couple was the right size (not too small and not big) and clean. The breakfast was small, sufficient and had constant rotation (there was no feeling of lack). On the last day, they kept our luggage according to the flight.

Everything! The stuff was excellent and kind,the room and the whole hotel was clean,the breakfast was awesome and the location was top.

Didn’t like the fact that the shower had no door and water went everywhere.

Amazing location, walking distance to everywhere!! Very nice hotel and super clean. The breakfast was fabulous with lots of choices.

There is no shower cubicle, only one glass door that allows the water to spread all around the washroom and gets messy. But that's just a little thing.

- I was unlucky to have a noisy neighbor, so I could have hoped for more soundproof rooms. - The hotel is more 3 or 3.5 stars than 4. - Couldn't make hot water for tea.

The location was great, close to the river and restuarants. Room was clean and spacius. Breakfast had lots of food to select from and staff was helpful.

Situated very close to the Elisabeth Bridge, the hotel location is excellent as it's within 5 - 10 mins walking distance to shops, bars, public transport, restaurants and tourist attractions. The staff are helpful & very friendly. The rooms were cleaned daily. Very good breakfast selection provided.

Room was on the 5th floor but only had a small high walled terrace like area that acted as an alternative to a balcony. Due the height of the wall, there was no view on offer. No kettle available, only a coffee maker, so unable to make tea or other hot drinks.

Amazing spacious suite in great location

We couldn't use the bath because the metal plug had massive holes in it and wouldn't close properly, this was a shame as it was a jacuzzi bath.

Very centrally located. The rooms are spacious and warm, ventilated. All the major attractions in Pest are at a walking distance. Public transport stops are close. The river cruise stop is nearby. Also a lot of good restaurants and cafes nearby. Great breakfast with good vegetarian options as well.

There was a day when there was no hot water.
