The breakfast was a little disappointing, not much selection for hot food. No kettle in the room to make tea.

The hotel was very nice with great personnel. Perfect location as well.

Only complaint: the lack of ventilation in the room’s toilet, leading to a constant uncomfortable smell.

Apart from the fact that I was promised a room with balcony some months ago, and upon arrival I got informed that there wasnt availability, everything else was great. The location was exceptional and the staff mostly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable while breakfast was also very good.

I liked everything about that hotel. Very good room, excellent location right in the centre of the shopping street. The breakfast very healthy and different. Staff are also very helpful and polite They are always greeting guests with smile.

There is nothing that I did not like. I will always use the same hotel any time I go to Budapest.

The hotel’s location was excellent. We went with our children and were able to walk everywhere. The hotel was clean. If I visit Budapest again, I would definitely stay at this hotel. Thank you for everything.

I'm not sure why the coffee capsules were not replaced; we were advised on arrival that this would be the case but it seems petty. 2 pods over a three night stay seems a little miserly (but didn't detract from the overall rating).

Excellent location near to the river and convenient for shops and restaurants.

View from room was internal roof so room was a bit dark. Other than that breakfast was good and the staff were pleasant and friendly.

Hotel provides only one bottle of drinking water during whole stays, additional must be purchased. I am not sure one bottle per day costs too much?

The shower situation was a bit odd. Very small. I am very small and I found it pretty tight and there is no shower head, only a hand held shower and so water would spray everywhere.

The location of the hotel was great - such a central location. It was really easy to get to from the airport (100E airport express bus). The staff were friendly. The room was clean and spacious - definitely bigger than most city hotels I've stayed in. My only niggle was that the curtains didn't fit the window properly which was slightly annoying - especially when wanting to get changed. Breakfast was slightly disappointing - I chose the hotel as many reviews said it was great but it wasn't. It had everything you needed - just not a lot of choice compared to other places I've been to. However, the hot food was never hot and the bread rolls and cake were never covered so the bread and cake that had been there since 7am had gone stale and it was difficult to find a fresh roll and I had to avoid the cake as it was always stale/hard. I'm not sure what happened to the strawberry jam - it just looked awful. Besides breakfast, everything was great. We never had to use public transport as the hotel was within walking distance to pretty much everything.

Our room had a double bed at 2nd floor. The window was interior to a wide skylight. The room was clean and quite comfortable. I would like addionally an arm chair instead of a chair. The breakfast was complete, nothing was missing and it was served until 10:30. Wi-Fi was good, we used TV streaming. The place is strategic. 2 minutes walk away from Danuby river. 5 minutes walk away from central plaza. In any case you can walk to all famous sights.

The hotel was in a good neighbourhood and breakfast was very good too. Room was clean. I am returning to that hotel soon.

Location, location, location.

The location of this hotel is the highlight. It is very well centered and close to everything even by walking only.

The room and hotel is mostly basic and therefore I could not recommend it as romantic. The breakfast felt to me as not as clean and fresh - I think it is due to the reason its a Buffet and therefore people ruin its look while service people are not dedicated to tidy its appearance 100% of the time - still, it is a good breakfast.

The staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. We asked for a twin room and this was fulfilled. Breakfast was lovely offering a large variety and there was a 10% discount for the restaurant next door.
