Great hotel, the people managing the reservations have to improve

They ruined my Saturday planning as they called me in to change rooms.
I had a room on Friday and, out of the blue, they told me I had to be there at 12h to change rooms as they had made a mistake.
I had a train schedule which I had to cancel because of that. Very annoying

Spacious Standard Double Room, as well as bathroom. All very clean. Very friendly and very helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Good value for the price, if you consider other hotels in Frankfurt.
Poor Internet - it works but it is slow. Localization is not bad, but not great either.

This a great option for peaceful sleep in the downtown. Gorillas and Cars nearby is a nice option if you are looking for lunch options in the area
The stairs can be a bit of a challenge if you have too many bags.

It is old, need a refurb, no tea or coffee, no Aircon, price we paid during trade fair week was absolute robbery
