They were welcoming and allowed us to check in house before the actual time, no other hotel will do so in the world. Staff are so friendly and amazing. The Location is next to tram number 2 and bus 2A So from there you can explore all of Vienna

The complementary water was sparkling and I had to buy still water to make coffee and tea. Also, the room are smaller than what you think

Room was lovely and modern, location was perfect and breakfast was delicious.

Loved the location. When you walked into the hotel it felt expensive. Staff were happy to help. Bed was very comfortable.

Our room was not cleaned two days in a row. That was sad because we were out from 10 to 15 and really hoped someone would bring new towels in between but sadly no.

Location is excellent, walking distance to many attractions downtown. The restaurant of the hotel is a must go for schnitzel and tafelspitz. Rooms very clean, nice decor, rooms are spacious. A tip for the guests who would like to try the schnitzel but can not book Meisl&Schadn, the main restaurant, which was very crowded when we visited: the smaller restaurant, Gulasch & Sohne, has a shared kitchen with the main restaurant and will serve you the same schnitzel. This restaurant also provides good option for breakfast.

The electricity switches did not allow the night lamp to be lit by itself. But this is a small thing, really.

We loved the room which was on a high floor and this was very well sound proofed. The view from breakfast was beautiful.

We understand the high cost for breakfast because of the view and surroundings. Nonetheless, I had to ask staff for our poached eggs on smashed avocado which arrived cold. moreover, I had to constantly prompt staff for assistance which is poor considering the cost of breakfast and our experience of other hotels around the world !

Very good service and perfect breakfasts. Very good location near all main sightseeing and the centre. Cozy and clean room. If you want authentic Austrian hospitality it is for you!

The ceiling a bit depressive, in discordance with room design, didnt like the shower to be outside the bathroom, lacked privacy, a bit dusty and the cups spoons not cleaned after use( found the cup dirty upon arrival)

The Hotel location is great. The rooms are "contemporary" Viennese style, well appointed and overall comfortable. Shower and bathrooms are great. Amenities are good.

Unfortunatelly the cleaning wasn't the best, probably the hotel was too busy at the time and daily maid service was rushed. We noticed a lot of dust accumulating during our 5 nights stay. A modern Smart TV to watch Netflix, better Wi-fi and better lighting (either all lights ON or all lights OFF ?) would have been a plus. The hotel restaurant should be separated from the lobby as the frying smell after a while becomes overwhelming, despite we love the Wiener Schnitzel!

Location, cleanliness and pricing

Great location. Very pretty hotel and room. Front desk staff were friendly. Both restaurant and cocktail bar are good.

I traveled over the holiday and even by European standards, the room was uncomfortable for two people with even minimal luggage (though we had more than minimal) and a bit overpriced. I asked three times to have a clean coffee cup for our room (after the first day), and I never got one. Housekeeping was just okay.

Lovely comfortable, spotlessly clean room in great location. Also a lovely restaurant.

Staff were ok but quite brusk and didn’t really make an effort to be friendly. Just ‘efficient’. The restaurant was lovely but again the staff were not that attentive. There were lots of free tables just before 9pm supper time and we were told we couldn’t sit in the restaurant and told to carry out plates of soup up to our room. Then a waitress said we could perch in the hall/bar area despite many free tables. Not the best.

Smooth check-in, close parking possibility. We could stay in the same room after we booked a second night. Cleaning of the room was good and the fitness as well.

Sometimes there was a strong smell from the kitchen. Also the pop corn machine in the lobby was a little bit smelly, nice idea but the smell. Check in process could be faster.

Room was a good size but the location of the shower was not what we expected.

Interior design is gorgeous, just as the view from the rooftop restaurant. It is an institution to educate the senses.

In the room we got first the sound of the meat hammer from the restaurant could be heared all the time. But the staff kindly changed our room when we mentioned the problem at the reception.

Generally a good quality house. Service and staff very good. clean and welcoming.

no place for clothes to rest..no cupboards or draws . only hangers available. A change of room gave us a shelve to use.

BUT I leaved my blouse in the room and I told the hotel about it directly after a day. And I ask to find it in the lost and found and est. And I wrote an email to the hotel. But after several email. (after 10 daya and more) They answered me that nothing found in the. So this is really disappointed. And I have been in the hotel 2 times. So I guess this one was last one. I had an experience like this when I forgot my Gucci scarf in another hotel in Vienna and the Staff found it and Sand my by DHL. So This is the difference between The service of this both 5 stars hotels

Location, the food, the bed, the shower.

The room was very small and the shutters didn’t quite shut so I let some light in.

Very good location! Lots I’d great bars and restaurants around. The hotel has a very cool rooftop bar. The room was very tastefully done.

The shower was kind of in the middle of the room. There was mildew in the shower and didn’t smell very good. Also the room was very warm even the thermostat set to cool.

My 2nd time stay. The first time, I remember that room was spacious and very modern. This time the room was tiny. We could hardly be able to move with two people in room.

We decided to pay as you go with breakfast unfortunately they have. Fixed price of 38 Euros per person and there is no option of just having coffee and toast. Also no room service. Also you have a TV in your room but only news channel for Uk and you could change the language setting.

The staff was very kind, and check-in and check-out were quick. When a light bulb burned out, we got a new one in a few minutes. The beds were comfortable, and the location was also perfect.

Maybe the showers shouldn't be directly opposite the bed.

The bathroom in the middle of the room and no sink by the toilet. The pancakes at the breakfast should only be optional if it’s fresh from kitchen not reheated.

Great hotel, location is perfect, really close to all sights (15-20min walk from most things). The rooftop terrace is amazing in the morning. The staff were very kind and helpful.

The food was excellent.

The air conditioning system was not adequate. I can nit sleep in a warm room, so had to open the window whuch meant there was a lot of noise from the traffic (whuch us to be expected given the location). It would also have been good to have the mini bar restocked.

We liked the location staff and quiet and comfortable room.

The optional breakfast was very but very expensive at 42 Euro per person.
