Excellent location for exploring all the important sights on foot, but also the hotel is just one minute away from Karlsplatz U4 metro station. Breakfast is a wonderful array of organic produce, plus good to see a selection of non-dairy milk for the lactose intolerant. There could have been more fresh fruit

No minibar in the rooms. The layout of the corridors is a labyrinth, a bit more signage would help

Modern, clean hotel – pleasant and bright entrance and lobby. We got a room on the 4th floor, facing the street towards Karlsplatz. The room was perfectly fine and bright. Excellent, tasty breakfast. Great location close to the city center, right next to the metro. Excellent value for money!

The pillows in the room were personally too high for us.

Good location. The reception area was nice and bright with a lovely bar area. I stayed in the Single room which was small but had everything I needed.

This is a nice hotel with an exceptional position in the vicinity of several city sights. Most of the beautiful spots are within walking distance. The breakfast is varied, and the coffee is excellent. Rooms are clean.

Perfect location for exploring Vienna’s Innere Stadt, trains, restaurants, and museums. The staff is first rate from check-in to check-out. The room was operating room clean with high-end linens and fixtures, A/C, opening windows, and tons of outlets/USB ports. The bar was open late, with a wonderful staff and reasonable prices. We loved this!

We loved it all!

It’s a period Viennese palace, renovated inside to Motel One’s modern design; a combination that worked well. It’s one block from the Ringstrasse & opera house, & close to the major museums & cafes. Perfect location. My room, at the back, had a view of Karlsplatz, with the secession building & St Charles church in the distance.

The property is at the center of the Innerestadt 1 (city center). You can reach all of the historical facilities and shopping malls by walk.

Breakfast options is presented as a optional in booking page. I could lead to misunderstanding. They stated their breakfast option “pay at the property”. In addition their rooms are small. They are not suitable couple who come with two middle size luggages. In the room there is not refrigerator and hotel slippers.

The hotel was amazing, it's in a great location close to the city centre and to the MuseumsQuartier. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the view was great. The room was also ready well before check in, so we could check in a lot earlier (at around 11), which was great.

The only thing I would add to the rooms are fridges/ minibars, but everything else is great.

Good location, close to public transportation & many of Vienna‘s important sites. Beautiful lobby, nice quiet room overlooking the courtyard. Appreciated the name of the hotel on the roof as we could spot it as we were making our way around.

Although the ceilings were nice and high, the overall room was a bit small, not however unusual for a European hotel.

It's the second time I'm in this hotel. The location is just perfect, within walking distance of the city center with many bars and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and clean and very practical. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Breakfast had a nice variety and was very tasty.

Location is superb, near the opera. My room was small, but very "efficient". Breakfast was good, like in a 4-star hotel. Everything looked clean and fresh. For a short stay it's ideal. And very convenient cancellation time...

We love Motel One hotels. Room was comfortable and breakfast was super tasty. We are really appreciate that hotel exchange our room in front of the elevater to another one. Hotel is close to the center.

What I feel as paint point of most of this hotels is absence of any wardrobe and fact that all our clothes must be somewhere in the room or stay in the bag.

I especially appreciated the warm atmosphere and genuine hospitality that was felt from the moment I arrived. The location is perfect – peaceful yet close to everything you need. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

I regularly used to stay there because of the central location and the reasonable prices. Very standard modern hotel with a very nice lobby and efficient management.

Prices have become higher and the service in the rooms is minimal (no boiler, coffee or tea in the 200€/night rooms for instance).

Everything was fine

The room was very nice. The position is excellent, very close to city center and to the subway. The staff is helpful and very nice as well.

The sink had some hair in it when we arrived. Also, there was no switch to control the main light by the bed so we had to get up and go to the main door whenever we wanted to turn it off. Lastly, it would have been nice to have a phone in the room to reach the reception.

Very close to all main locations! Belvedere 15 min, Opera 2 min, historical center 10 min by foot. Modern, clean hotel. Breakfast is OK, but very limited. Overall if you do not need anything luxury / extra, this is a very convenient option for a short stay.

Soundproofing between room and hallway is average, but it did not disturb us much (generally it’s very quiet during the night). Breakfast is very crowded.
