I liked nearly everything about this hotel. It is located in koreatown which I feel like is a very good location to go everywhere without driving too long. The facility is very new and everything is super clean. Staff is very caring and I felt very safe in the hotel as a solo traveller. Would book again for sure

The gym was very small there is like 5 things to do.

The automatic blinds started going off by themselves. It was very scary. I didn't know if it was paranormal. Engineer just unplugged it. Also why was the room so dark?

Very comfortable location and the breakfast was a little pricey but very good. Staff at the restaurant were super kind!

Parking

Great, comfortable room, and loved the restaurant and pool area. Coffee shop in the lobby is brilliant.

The sheets were a bit dirty but the maid changed them straight away.

The beds were incredibly comfortable and it was very cosy.

The parking was expensive - $60 dollars a night

Loved the interiors in the rooms. The coffee in the lobby is amazing.

Bedrooms a quite small, the valet parking is $60 a day for guests, felt very expensive if you stay 2 nights, you have to factor in an extra $180. Communal areas could do with a bit of TLC.

Good value overall.

We found a grey claylike substance all over the shower curtain and bathroom door. Front desk staff seemed very indifferent when we brought the issue up. We were not informed about breakfast hours or any other amenities or facilities. The vibe was that of an upscale hostel.

Staff members were very attentive.

The blind automatically closing and opening on its own and the late night “testing” alarm going off.

The staff was great - they made my trip, as well as the coffee and food!

The pool needed updates, lack of vibe at the pool u less I asked the restaurant to turn up music to drown out the traffic. Intial room was gross and smelly.

The location and service

Is not that I dislike it but the price for the parking is insane. I think it could be more reasonable mainly if you are stay for more than 2 days.

Good location and good value for K-town.

The breakfast made us both sick. Also, the rooms need better maintenance. The power outlets on the desk literally fell through the tabletop when plugging in my phone. Several other USB outlets were also not working. Room decor best described as prison cell chic.

Zeer modern hotel! Ligging was perfect!

The location was great—super convenient for exploring Koreatown and getting around the city. The overall vibe and design of the hotel were really cool, with a stylish, creative feel that made it stand out from a typical chain. The staff were all friendly and helpful, which made the stay feel easy and welcoming.

The bathroom fixtures were quite old and didn’t look the cleanest (even though they were). The lighting in the bathroom was also really poor, which made getting ready a bit of a challenge. With a few updates, it could easily match the rest of the hotel’s stylish vibe.

We received outstanding service from every member of staff. This included the drop-off team, who thoughtfully carried our luggage without prompting, and the receptionists, who were thorough and clear in explaining all necessary details.

Desk staff are super. --- Food & service were fine in the restaurant. -- Like the design of the room.

Room 1206 --- the shower head in the slippery, unsafe shower stall needs to be replaced! SO outdated. Same thing I said on two previous stays. There will not be another.

$52 valet parking. FYI a couple blocks down is a $6 church lot on the same side as the hotel

I loved the ambiance and everyone was super nice and helpful. The room aesthetic is cool and the best part is the ceiling to floor window which is so pretty at night… also the live music at night was the cherry on top. All in all it’s a great place and has everything you need in close proximity

The downside is hearing all the traffic from your room, can be noisy all night with ambulance and cars & expensive valet

There was a large concrete art structure that was in the room, it served no purpose and would have been better replaced with a coffee table, something you could actually use The fridge was fully stocked with overpriced drinks, it gave no room to put my bottles of water in No complimentary water supplied

Great location. On Wilshire in Korea Town. Fantastic restaurant in a greenhouse on the 2nd floor. Pleasant and very helpful desk staff. Good breakfast.

Modern but dated guest room. Room door needed battery change, requiring two trips to the front desk. Room faced noisy Wilshire Blvd. Lack of double paned windows made for a noisy night and fitful sleep. Noisy room ac as well. Shower needs upgrade. Electronic shades malfunctioned.

I really liked how they had an Alfreds coffee in the lobby. I went there every morning the coffee is great. I appreciated the efficient pick up area in front of the hotel. The shower had great water pressure. Great location with Hmart nearby. I ate at Openaire one night and the food and ambiance was great.

I don’t love the interior design with the cement walls and the bed facing the window. I wish the window had a shade option instead of just two black out curtains because I wanted to be able to have some daylight with privacy. Some of the outlets in my room didn’t work. One morning my shower only made cold water which was a bit annoying.

Nice lobby ambience and pool area, also enjoyed the restaurant Open Aire and the bar staff were great up there. Easy to get a rideshare, very comfy bed and pillows.

The lighting in my room was not good, the bathroom lighting was impossible to put makeup on, and the overhead light in the main room didn’t work. No luggage rack provided to put your bags. The bartender at the lobby bar had zero people skills, he shouldn’t be in a public facing position, it felt like he thought he was doing us a favor making us a drink both times we were there.

The automatic shades are nice. The bed was pretty comfortable. The shower was AMAZING! Best shower I've had in a long time - incredible water pressure!

My first night, I got up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, and the room was pitch dark. I tripped on the coffee table and fell against the corner of a metal chair. Pretty sure I cracked a rib. I did not tell the front desk, as there was nothing they could do about it after the fact. I do think motion sensor lighting is important. Hotel rooms are always unfamiliar at first. Also, my room was freezing cold - couldn't get above 64 degrees which is fine for sleeping but miserable when you are awake. I got someone to come look at it, and they explained my only option was to shut off the HVAC during the day. Seemed like not an intuitive solution and would have liked a better option. There was also a set of ports on the desk for USB etc that were not attached to anything which seemed jankety. And the desk chair seemed to be missing the back or else was super uncomfortable.

I liked the hotel location in K Town, close to innumerable Korean restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and we took advantage of the outdoor pool & the gym. We drank coffee in the seating area in the lobby.

It's a personal preference but I didn't Iike the unfinished concrete walls. I know the designer was going for a particular vibe but it gave me the impression the hotel was in the middle of a remodel (which it is not).

Good location, felt safe even late at night. Room was small but enough space to move around and store our stuff. They give you cozy slippers if you ask for them :)

Unnecessary valet parking fee when there is enough space to park your car on your own. We ended up parking our car in a garage a couple of blocks away for less than $20/night

The bed and the view from the room was superb. We stayed because we were attending an event at the hotel so it was very convenient.

The bathroom was a little dated and there was no fridge space we could use. Only allowed valet parking which was pricey.

They had someone enter my room without my knowledge because I had a “do not disturb” sign for more than 3 days. I caught them as I was walking in the hallway and I saw someone coming out of my room. They claim it was a wellness check but no phone call or anything was conducted, and they essentially had a stranger enter my room. That kinda ruined the experience, so just fyi.

Property is well located, clean, fun, good food at restaurant, there is also a bar with fun vibes. We’ve stayed here twice in the last 8 months.

A central location in the heart of LA.

The additional 60 dollars per night for parking.

I have stayed in the Line before so I enjoy the location and the service. A great gym with Technogym machines and water machines to refill on much needed water. They were kind enough to combine my two bookings into one and allowed me to check in early as I arrived on a very early long haul flight.

My room had some issues with the curtain controls as they were affixed to the bed. They were inconsistent in their function and at one point when I was trying to catch up on sleep, it suddenly rose without warning, waking me up. I had to wake very early that morning so my sleep was interrupted. Also for some reason my room had some humidity...

Floor to ceiling window and drapes/blackout curtains. dimmable lights in bathroom, Everything very clean. bed and linens remarkably comfortable.
