Personal touch didn't feel like a big resort

Beautiful hotel that is in a fantastic spot. Breakfast was delish and staff exceptional in their service.

The bar fridge was smaller than usual and didn’t have a freezer component. it also didn’t feel very cool. But can’t fault it otherwise.

The room and toilet temperature and setting is very comfortable. 3 days 2 nights is insufficient. The staffs are efficient in their jobs. They are very respectful. If given another opportunity, Iwould definitely love to enjoy the experience again.

There’s no bidet to assist us in the toilet bowl area. We were caught unexpected by the drill sounds on our last day.

The room are spacious and eclectic decor is a vibe.. huge pool and endless loungers. Great friendly staff. Feast of a buffet for breakfast and excellent quality. Shuttle bus arrives every 15 mins to go to Sentosa monorail. Nearby boardwalk eateries to feast on. Great location and landscaped everything.

Had to leave! Pool music a little too loud if I was to be picky.

Stunning resort, outstanding staff. Definitely revisiting this hidden gem.

Our room was lovely and was cleaned daily. The room had UK plug points plus USB charging points too. The beds were comfortable and all required essentials were included - shampoo, conditioner etc. The room was a good size for our family of four. There are plenty of good restaurants within a 5min walk by the Marina. Staff were helpful and friendly. There is a huge swimming pool which is open 24hrs with a great water slide for kids (pool towels were provided). We much preferred staying on Sentosa as it felt less busy than the city centre and it was close to the kids amenities that we wanted to visit (Universal Studios, Aquarium). Tips: 1. If you go to Universal Studios, you need to buy the Express Pass. The ride queues are insane (we visited on a Thursday in August and even a tiny kids' ride had a 50min wait time). 2. Don't miss the Supertrees light show at Gardens by the Bay (each night at 7:45pm and 8:45pm). 3. Book the Marina Bay Sands viewing deck early if you plan to visit. 4. Download the Grab app as this is the best way to book a cab in Singapore (in our experience).

Breakfast felt chaotic. You had to queue for a table for breakfast each day which came as a bit of a shock. The food at breakfast was varied and of a high quality though.

Our family of 5 (3 teenagers) enjoyed a short stay to recharge before heading home to Australia after a big Europe trip. Great stopover destination.

Everything and the best thing that I did not find anywhere else is the 24 pool which is something that I wished for for a long time

The check in they let us wait until 3:00 pm exactly and we we arrived @11:00 am, note that I have contacted them before for our arrival time. Which made us so tired and upset.

Very friendly staff. Great pool with slide. Premier deluxe king beds interconnect together or can be side by side as arranged for us by the friendly staff. Breakfast was fantastic especially the egg station chef :) can’t wait to be back

Carpet smell on level 4 was odd! Food, Drinks & water are overpriced (coke S$10!) that’s dearer than Marina sands!

Can’t fault it.

Location and surrounding were excellent. Free shuttle bus around Sentosa made access to all attractions a breeze. Staff could not do enough for your, with everywhere clean and well kept. Room was spacious and comfortable for 4 of us it.

The bar at the pool seemed under staffed and at peak periods it took a while to get a drink. Sun beds were limited during peak periods.

We lost our son IPAD and the hotel found it and we collect it the next day, good job on this and much appreciated. My deposit was return in less than a week after check out, and this is outstanding.

So much to love - breakfast was amazing, staff so polite, property exceptionally clean, pool massive and so much fun.

I should have used the pillow menu. Travel to the city gets expensive but we knew that when we booked the location.

Clean, breakfast was exceptional. But it was the staff that really made our stay perfect.

We ordered the signature beef burger and it was so delicious. The prawn pasta as well. Food was awesome. Breakfast had alot of variety for everyone to enjoy. The staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. Always ready to offer help. We shall be back again for sure

It was stunning and very comfortable.

Slightly further from the monorail but staff were accommodating and happily booked us taxi’s.

The staff is remarkable! Everyone was so nice and caring. Although seems already quite a few years old, everything is in perfect shape. Sentosa Island is a bit away from the thrilling Singapore centre, but therefore a stay at W is the perfect retreat. Will not be my last time with W Sentosa Cove. :)

Sentosa is amazing, the hotel is in an area where you can walk. Breakfast options are quite good. The spa is very good.

The pool is not big and has got one small slide for kids.

The room we had had a condensation issue so everything kept getting wet. This wasn’t the case during previous visits. The choice of food at the restaurants didn’t offer many vegetarian options

Great facilities and staff. Free bus around sentosa makes everything on the island accessible. Kids loved the slide and made friends. Breakfast was great as was the rest of the food.

Beautiful and aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. Front office staff were great *shout out to Kieren & Chloe. Concierge staff were helpful and friendly *shout out to Syafiq, Irman, Afiq and Jaryl. Thank you guys! You were all Awesome!

The toilet needs a revamp. A bidet is necessary. Maybe consider providing Halal food.

The room was suitable for family with young kids. (If you choose twin room - It will be sufficient) Amenities in the room were superb. Fast Respond from the staff. Breakfast was decent (I have tried better from other marriot hotel this one just ok) Pools were amazingly clean and big - Kids super love them I can see the gym looked nice eventhough havent got chances to try this facility And they do have a great program to those who'd enjoy a direct short getaway to the hotel.

Not Significant, but the lighting button was a bit confusing and a bit strange. Off course the shower ( and they.do provide the guide directly) Should be great if Bidet available inside the toilet.
