JAM Hotel, Brussels

Cosy interiors, friendly staff, great location, overall worth the visit! Would come again.

Size of the room for 3 or even 2 people was extremely small. The hotel overall seemed quite narrow spaced.

Relaxed atmosphere, luxary conditions. The pool, the party, the room, service and the food top. Especially a cleaner professional lady called Serena was super helpful and professional, with excellent attitude and language skills.

Little bit unclear with booking. Com- breakfast not included, very difficult to make a reservation..but it's more to do with booking.com than the hotel.

Hotel was very modern with great facilities. Excellent staff & great value for money.

Location was a bit far from the city centre about a 25 minute walk

The hotel was so beautiful, clean and comfortable! The staff were nice. The place was perfect!

WiFi was not great.

The personnel at the reception was great, very kind and helpful. I enjoyed the overall atmosphere and interior design. Rooftop bar and heated outdoor swimming pool are a plus, I would definitely come back.

The food selection at breakfast was a bit limited (but we arrived half an hour before the closing time) and I didn’t manage to get a cappuccino with the automated coffee machine.

Staff in general are super friendly, facilities are great, rooftop bar and pool are too. The layout and design of the building and mainly the rooms are marvellous. Most hotels look exactly the same and fair play to Jam for daring to challenge it and make a different experience. It is a lovely hotel to stay mainly during summer when you can fully enjoy the pool and the view.

The only two disappointments are that the sound isolation is poor, you can hear people talk in their room, walk around the room, and even drop a coin on the floor (thanks neighbour upstairs), and the breakfast ends at 11am sharp if you havent finish they wont wait for you they ask you to leave the premises which I have never encountered before, I found it unnecessary and rude.

Modern hotel in a great location - really comfy bed and the room was perfect for a one night stay.

It was pay at the property but they charged my card 5 days before, not an issue but once we arrived, they wanted to see that card and I didn’t have it with me so caused a little issue at check in but managed to sort.

The location was perfect as it was quiet at night time but also very accessible to all the main attractions of Brussels. The young lady on reception was exceptional. Friendly, professional, helpful and very knowledgeable. Very stylish room and the coffee provided was very nice too. I would also highly recommend a visit to the rooftop bar, great views over the city.

The only reason I dropped one point from 10/10 was that I really wanted to include in swim during my stay. Although there is a roof-top pool, it really is just a dunking relaxing pool and even a short swim is not possible due to the layout of the stairs in the centre of the pool. It was very nice though for a sitting pool. The only other thing that did not please me was that the restaurant downstairs (Kaiju) came highly recommended for my evening meal. I did not book but at the time I arrived it was pretty empty. I stood at the bar for about 5 mins and no-one came near me to assist. It was a bit embarrassing to be honest so I left and went elsewhere.

Great hotel, lots of character, different from others but very well priced.

I could hear the music from the bar below, but I was prepared and didn't really mind. Both the hotel common areas and the room felt a bit dark.

We like the neighborhood - one of the nicest ones in Brussels. Good restaurants and bars nearby. Staff is friendly. Rooms are minimalistic but nice. Beds are comfy. Bathroom is great. Rooftop bar is cool.

More soundproofing so you don't hear neighbors (next to and above) and you don't hear loud people in the hallway. The wifi was not working when we were there. Staff claimed it was but it wasn't. Wifi is a necessity when traveling in 2024 and the staff should be able to reset it (the receptionist claimed he could not reset it). The elevators are a bit slow and this is not the first time we've stayed there and found it easier to walk up to the top floors than wait.

The hotel has a very nice vibe, and I like the decoration and the rooftop pool. I also really like the neighbourhood: it's not super touristy and a short walk away are cool shops, bars and restaurants.

I think the staff could've been a bit more friendly / helpful. The person behind the reception advised us to 'google' the questions we asked about the city. I think hotel staff needs to be able to recommend things such as places to eat / info about public transport. The person at the breakfast counter had a bit of a bad mood (or attitude). Apart from this, I really liked my second time stay in JAM. It's not very strategically located in terms of public transport / downtown, but if you like to walk, this shouldn't hold you back.

Really great location with many coffee shops around and walkable distance to the center. the rooftop bar is a nice place to have a drink at the end of the day.

Really dark in the room. My "view" promised on the reservation was faceing the outside staircases surrounded by a plastic curtain.

Nice pool, lengthy - yet a bit shallow, only for sitting, not swimming all the way. Awesome and comfy bed sheet.

Walls are a bit thin and not all rooms have the brick walls as displayed in the pictures. Room is lightly small, not ideal if need to sit with chairs

Modern yet eclectic hotel . Staff were very friendly and helpful. English was spoken . The room was roomy, clean and unique. Had a queen bed and bunkbeds. Coffee maker and condiments. The staffs response to a non working coffee maker was quick and pleasant . House keeping was efficient. Location was nice and close to things. Many attractions and brassiere . Walked at different hours and felt safe. Cool views from the roof top bar. Fun times! Oh we were very late in our check in time and they seemed not to mind.

Cannot say anything negative. 1st time in Europe and all was great!
