The Serras Hotel, Barcelona

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They helped with restaurant recommendations and even calling to make a reservation for us. We loved our spacious room and bathroom. Overall, the hotel was beautifully decorated and had a boutique feel!

The location is on a very busy street.

We had the best experience !!!! The hotel and it's staff were top notch.the location was excellent. The food and drinks were superb. Nothing and no one personified this excellence more than sandra.She was the gem among gems.she made it her mission to get us tickets to sagrada familia on the same day which is near impossible. She works in the restaurant but was instrumental in taking care of all of our needs.she is the reason we will definitely come back

Time!! We were in nice for 5 days before spending the weekend in Barcelona.i should have spent more time in Barcelona.

The only issue we had was with house keeping, they were just doing a superficial cleaning didn’t really bother to do the room properly. The room was clean and was good the first day but daily housekeeping and turn down service was not that great

need mirror in lounge part with PowerPoint nearby so can dry hair and do makeup sitting down. Some people need to sit down to do these things .

We loved the location of the hotel and the ability to walk to the areas we wished to visit. What we were most impressed with was the high standard of service that we received. When we arrived we were greeted with a glass of cava and given a tour of the facilities. Our room was very clean and well stocked. The breakfast manager, Sandra, was very welcoming and took time to chat with the guests each morning. She offered her coat to my friend to use for a trip to Monserrat as my friend’s luggage had not arrived. The roof top terrace has loungers and seating areas where you get a view of the port and can have food and drinks. We highly recommend staying at the Serras Barcelona. Heather C.

Location of the hotel is super! its close to the port with its nice restaurants and to the main sightseeings as Barcelona Cathedral, Picasso Museum, La Rambla street

The staff were very welcoming. The room was very comfortable with a large shower room. It was wonderfully warm. The common areas were beautifully decorated and comfortable. I also had lunch in the restaurant, and it was delicious. The hotel is in a great location.

The staff were just amazing, so friendly and literally couldn't do enough to help us. Little things like a little cake at the side of your bed at night time, was magical. The hotel and room was lovely and in a great location - loved it and we just can't wait to return !!

From moment of booking until checkout - the experience was smooth, professional, extra-friendly. The property is small and very peaceful. Elegant design/layout. Room was quite large, with very comfortable bed/bedding, a full sofa, desk. Large bathroom area. Everything so clean. The staff make this an extra special place! SO helpful. Great food too. Wide variety of breakfast options. Lovely, romantic rooftop bar. And the Rooftop restaurant is a special place for an excellent, fine dining experience. Location: Gothic Quarter, fronting the marina. Walkability 100%. Close to so many Barcelona highlights. And just a gorgeous are to walk around. Would love to return to this spot. Highly recommend!

The last morning we didn’t have any cold water in the shower or faucets.

The hotel was botique-sized. Beautiful. Service and staff was above and beyond. Food was excellent. Ambience was fabulous. Location couldn't be better. Will return and recommend.

Rooms a little small.

The service is exquisite. We have traveled the world and this hotel staff ranks among the finest!

Some of the room options are a bit small for two travelers but the amenities make up for that limitation. It is a boutique hotel so small rooms are to be expected but good to know in advance so you can book a room size that fits your needs.
