I am pleased with the hotel's convenient location, cleanliness of the rooms, quality of the breakfast, and the friendly demeanor of the staff.

the room service food I ordered did not meet my expectations in terms of taste, presentation, and overall quality.

I wish I had more time there. Was absolutely beautiful. Wonder what their suite would look like.

Exceptional service and concierge and right across from Milano Centrale station . So convenient if traveling by train. Rooms and beds are perfect and staff is amazing. Surrounding area is very grungy and dirty though

The location of the breakfast room was fine. However the bacon was best described as raw. I spent 5 nights and the bacon issues never got better although I complained daily.

If you are looking to be in city centre then it’s a bit far via walking (40mins) but proximity to metro is close that it’s ok!

Terrible damaged decor in the room and worn bathroom. Swimming pool hours were very restrictive so we could not use it. Difficult to find facilities - confusing signage. The room too dark.

the staff were exceptional and despite being in a location away from the duomo they made up for it by offering a free shuttle service. this hotel is a 10 out of 10. the only downside is the furniture in the room was peeling but I didn’t mind as everything else exceeded my expectations. I would come back for sure!

I loved the design of the building and the spectacular outlook over the historic buildings and plaza. The in room dining was exquisite and each meal was prepared with authenticity and skill. The central location facilitates travel by public transport, uber or taxi while being central enough to historic places like Sforza Castle.

The electronics in the room controlling the lighting did not function correctly and the rooms were badly damaged

The hotel itself was beautiful and very modern. The amenities like the gym and spa top notch!

What I didn’t like was that for all that you see when it comes to the esthetics of the hotel the rooms do not match at all! I was appalled at how they are allowing the rooms to deteriorate! the furniture is peeling, the bathrooms are not properly cleaned and scrubbed efficiently. For that so called level of luxury, not to mention the price per night they have to do better when it comes to the care of the rooms themselves. would I go back? for sure, but only to dine in the restaurants not as a hotel guest until they updated and get those rooms properly cleaned…….and throw out the peeling furniture and replace it!!!!

The concierges, Alessandro and Mauricio, we’re above and beyond wonderful in their assisting me with a difficult problem I encountered when my flight was cancelled. They truly need to be recognized for their sincere efforts and treated it as if it were their own problem. And all the staff were also excellent!

The room lighting was difficult to get what I needed and annoying in some spots.

The first room we were given didn't have internet, which is very strange for a luxury hotel.

The property is stunning and the decor and interior areas are beautiful and clean. The staff are all happy and helpful. The location is directly next to central station so you can get around to lots of places. we visited Lane Como which was 30 mins. The rooftop restaurant was amazing with lovely staff.

The only downside for me was the spa area closing at 7pm. We were told at 6.45 that we are closing now, whilst in the steam room. after being out walking, shopping all day it’s nice to go in the spa before dinner but it was cut short. A little to early.

My requirements are simple - 5 stars and a swimming pool. The hotel came to six stars!! And a swimming pool was the cherry on top:) Breakfast is something! And try Rooftop restaurant !!!!

Top class hotel - everything was really good and as you would expect at this price level. A really comfortable bed. Room service welcomed us with a complimentary cocktail, which was nice.

No ramp for wheeling suitcases up to the front door, but there was a fleet of people to carry stuff, so perhaps this is a non-issue. Expensive breakfast not included in room rate. Very expensive all round, actually.

The location was excellent. The accommodations were lovely.

The lights in the room were so difficult to turn on and off. It was so annoying. The showerhead is at the wrong level and I couldn’t take a shower without being sprayed in the face.

Great hotel. Beautiful design, modern, clean aesthetic. Lovely decor and attentive staff. Definitely a luxury hotel. Wonderful full service restaurant with a lavish morning breakfast. Amazing rooftop bar drinks, view, service. The hotel rooms are a bit small but everything else was amazing!! N

We have been traveling for over a month and have stayed in may hotels. The bathroom in this hotel was the best by far. Great lighting, a magnified mirror, good bench space and an overall spacious room.

The bedroom was just big enough, but with the addition of a second chair and small table, it was very tight on one side to get around. Also, it was very difficult to find the bar and restaurant on the 7th floor and same with the gym and pool. There needs to be more information provided at check-in.
