Facility is near to train station

Very convenient location a short walk from the north entrance of HBF station, and a few tram routes even closer than that. Sauna available 24/7. Breakfast had a very good range of options. And we were offered a welcome drink on arrival. We'd definitely stay here again.

There was a window between the shower and the main room. This meant that you illuminated the bedroom when using the bathroom in the middle of the night. There was some modesty frosting, but only halfway up and it didn't really go high enough to cover the chest area. We were in a twin room, but the beds were right next to each other (like a typical Dutch double bed). So I think with this and the visibility of the shower user, it's a bit more of an intimate twin room than we were expecting. We're close enough that it was fine, but it would have been weird if we were just acquaintances.

The bed was quite comfortable and the single beds had a nice "one and a half" size. The breakfast had great quality and variety. The complimentary drink on arrival is also a very nice detail.

The photos provide an over-expectation comparing to the actual standard rooms, the wi-fi connection is weak and unstable, the lift is very slow.

Location is extremely convenient, rooms are comfortable, exceptionally clean, and very quiet. The staff are very friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere for travelers. Highly traveler-friendly.

Best: Complimentary drink on arrival, sauna and fitness room, quality of the matress. Location is close to the train station, which is good for transport but it is a slightly sketchy station, so beware.

Room furnishings were a bit outdated, but serviceable.

Only gripe if I had one is No kettle for a cup of tea or milk for a normal cuppa. Location is convenient but a little noisy being close to Police station there were lots of sirens throughout the night.

Its an unreal place... in about 5 min walking from busy and crowded Frankfurt hbf. you appear nearly in paradise. This is a small hotel not having lines in reception, loud visitors in the lobby, having people willing to help you, and finally proposing a great breakfast. Not to forget late check out possibility (noon or so) as well as early breakfast time, starting from 6:30 am.

The breakfast buffet area is small, but so special and sweetly presented with all you need for a boutique breakfast. It is not overly crowded, and adjacent to a very lovely outdoor rear garden courtyard, which you can use to sit with a drink, snacks or coffee. The location to Frankfurt train station is excellent, walking distance. The reception/check-in area doubles as a bar which is a quirky and welcoming suggestion! The Hotel Team are excellent, I felt really welcomed and they are so helpful for a new person to the city, they will do as much as they can for you. The property is clean, freshly decorated with a lot of white and cool design.

I couldn't score 100% for the facilities as the mention of a 'gym' is a little ambiguous when they have a bench, a set of dumbbells and a few cardio machines in a corner, in an area too small to work out in really. This section of the property needs developing. Secondly, it is true what some folk are saying about the area, around the hotel it can be extremely seedy if you go down the wrong street/s. There are one or two streets you should just avoid, for your experience of Frankfurt. There are people openly doing drugs in the street and calling out to you, or staring, as a solo female traveler. I would suggest coming to the hotel if you like it for location to the train station, but plan your activities in central Frankfurt away from the hotel, and get a taxi around.

Location is a few minutes from the central station, so ideal if you are travelling by train. Large room, with nice high ceiling. Good, firm bed. Excellent bathroom with good shower pressure and good hair products. Friendly staff that offered a welcome drink at arrival!

Warm staff at reception at all times. Cosy sauna downstairs. Apples and candies at reception with welcome drink. Fine mattresses. Handy fridge. Shampoo was of good quality. No noise from other rooms. Proximity to supermarket and shops. Luggage was kept before and after check-in. All fine apart from the 2 bathroom issues we faced and the missing chair or stool in the room.

Bathroom had issues with flooding sink and leakage from showerhead. One more seating item was missing as only chair wasnt enough for the two of us. We both disliked seating on the fine beds.

The complimentary drink on arrival was great. The bed was comfortable and the decor was quite attractive. The reception area was attractive and modern.

The shower was potentially older and a little cramped, but everything else was great.

I was allowed to check in earlier and check out later than the standard time. The receptionist was very friendly. The speaker was a great addition.

The design of the hotel didn't really correspond to the pictures online. The WiFi connection was incredibly slow. The hotel is extremely close to the station, which is convenient, but that area is just not nice.

In a seedy area and difficult to find until you are right on their front door step. We walked with our luggage in the dark from the main train station.

Christian, the reception staff, was especially friendly and welcoming when i checked in. He was helpful with providing a kettle when i asked for one. The location is pretty convenient, being near the main train station.

While being near the train station is a positive, the area is quite seedy and there are guys who hung around Niddastrase. It is advisable to walk to the hotel via Poststrase and Ottostrase

Dedicated Parking is in another building 150m away, but it's safe and good. Some minor soundproofing issues and just 1 slow elevator, but also okay for an old 5 story building. Thanks for a great stay.

Staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful with everything we needed. Breakfast was very good and complete, Gym is well equipped, the location is very good.

There is no laundry service anymore, but the staff helps you with info about nearby laundries.
