Hotel Indigo Downtown, Denver

Location was fantastic. It was clean and comfortable.

Expensive compared to other Denver hotels

Excellent value, wonderful room, shower. Bar/restaurant was nice. Very good location by Union Station.

Restaurant could have had more variety

It was quiet, clean and near the stadium.

It took hours to get the TV reconnected to the wifi. My room did not get attention on the first day.

They provided a box fan for me.

A/C was a little noisy, but I had to use ear plugs anyway because of the box fan.

Super clean, quiet, and comfortable. Rob the bartender was exceptional! Housekeeping was the best I've experienced at any hotel.

We paid for the room with the view and it was absolutely worth it! Room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Location was perfect for us. Daily Housekeeping did a good job. Popcorn in lobby was great

Curtain had a huge stain, requested cleaning or replacement, but no one responded. TV broke/ would not bring in signal, it took an hour for maintenance to come up and fix it. Bathroom was dark/dimly lit. Pocket door handle to bathroom needed cleaning.

Front Desk staff by far was the highlight. Oscar and Tashina were best part of out stay

Not having a free breakfast was a disappointment but would still stay there again. There are plenty of breakfast eateries in walking distance. Having to pay for parking at 45.00/day while staying at the hotel seemed unfair as the price of the room should be plenty of revenue.

The cleaning cloths were not replenished, and the bathroom cabinet was obviously once damp, causing it to swell. It is unfortunate that there was no way to open the windows, as with three people in the room, there was definitely not enough fresh air in the morning to breathe comfortably

Oscar was very pleasant and warming. My stay was comfortable and delightful.

Very clean. Restaurant/bar staff was superb - best customer service that I have seen in a long time - they were helpful, friendly and personable.

The bar could have been open a bit later for us, in order to eat. Once we got to the hotel, checked in and came downstairs for a meal and a drink the kitchen was closed. But a minor detail.

Really nice rooms, staff. Showers were hot and clean and the beds were comfortable. I heard the gym left a bit to be desired but was open really early. I also found the room a little dry, but perfect besides that. Love that it's so close to the train and whole foods. Had I known about the train on my way into town, I would have skipped the taxi from the airport to the hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised! Sometimes "boutique" hotels can miss the mark. Hotel Indigo was comparable to a 4 star Marriott or Hilton. The staff was exceptional.

The rooms were nice. Parking was easy, though expensive. It was walking distance to Union Station, which was the reason for staying here. The restaurant food was good and inventive. All staff we encountered were friendly.

No breakfast except the restaurant, which served only "brunch" on the weekend. Didn't like the "amenity fee".
