The location is fantastic, right in the middle of a very nice neighborhood, filled with restaurants, night life, street market and people. There's an infinity pool, a gym, fabulous breakfast, and i think it's a fair price for what you get. They charge you in USD.

in my room, shower and toilet glasses are a bit unprivate, whoever is laying on one of the beds is able to see whats happening in the bathroom area through a not so well-placed mirror. this is not important and it didn't interfere with my whole experience, but it's the only thing i could think of. Everything else is perfect

I loved the location. Wonderful neighborhood with great restaurants. Very near tourist attractions, a relaxed not overcrowded spot. The staff was fantastic. The breakfast was fresh, healthy and delicious.

The cleaning woman did not warn me that she had just washed the floor. She knocked because she left her phone and I slid and fell going to answer the door.

Nice breakfast, staff will greet you and serve you coffee, despite there being a buffet. Options are the standard breakfast, with fresh fruit, good selection of breads, and eggs + vegetables. Room was super quiet, despite the street being super busy (with a fair), which only made the stay even better, considering how lively everything was. The hotel restaurant has a good lunch option, and is as affordable as everything in the area is. Good reception as well, and super friendly staff. A definite must if you're in Santiago.

Amazing location, just in the heart of Santiago close to main sights, amazing ambience, great breaksfast with wonderful view, size of the room, super comfortable beds, perfect cleanliness. It was an amazing stay! Thank you for your dedication and attention to details!

We only had half time to enjoy our breakfast since we needed leave very early but no one told us that they could prepare the meal box for us

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The room was of a very high standard with good amenities including on demand filtered water. Breakfast was included and of a very high standard with a good range of food. The hotel was in a great location with many restaurants in the surrounding streets. There was also a street market just outside the hotel on each of the 3 days that I was here. It was particularly busy on the Saturday night I was here. However, even despite this busyness, it was very quiet inside the hotel.

The only thing needed is for their website and booking.com details to be updated to note that they no longer have spa services.

Amazing boutique-like hotel in Lastarria. Spacious rooms, super friendly staff. In front of the hotel, there are street sellers,and the street is a vibrant place with very good restaurants and wine bars. Lots of people all day and night, but that does not mean you will not have good sleep: the room is silent and the bed is super comfortable.

Could do with some milk capsules for the coffee in the room Would prefer the same taxi price if booking via the hotel as from the airport to the hotel

The beds were very comfortable, and the room had everything we needed. The water dispenser was great as we didn't need to ask for more. The rooms are probably more suitable to a couple.

Nothing really, food options could have been better. The rooms bathroom was very different. It might not suit everyone. But they are minor issues.

Breakfast could ah e started earlier; our first day we had a tour and were picked up at 7:40am but breakfast didn’t start until 8am so we missed out

Great friendly staff. Location was fantastic. We were able to walk to Barrio Italiano, Providencia, etc. Very Bohemian and safe area with many restaurants and bars close by. Breakfast was great. Lovely pool with an awesome view.

The hotel was wonderful and the location fantastic in a small vibrant part of the city and within walking distance of so many must see sights, parks & plazas and museums. The staff were amazing and the service was excellent. Thank you! We would definitely stay here again 😊

Room was lovely size, comfortable bed with TV - a couple of channels in English. Breakfast was good with breakfast boxes for early starts/early check out. Staff always in duty to help and friendly! Loved the big door going in!!! But you cannot beat the location - perfect for all the best restaurants (Chipe Libre - Pisco/food, Bocanariz - wine/food, Liguria and Mulato - you might need to book first for Bocanariz especially) as well as a little market for souvenirs. Go to the fort 5 minutes walk for sunset!

The bar shut too early on the weekends - shuts at 4 - we didn’t realise. Plenty of other bars around though and the welcome drink was appreciated.

Staff so helpful and friendly. When we arrived by cab the driver did not accept credit cards. Our mistake not to ask when we got in. We hadn't had time to get Chilean pesos yet. The hotel valet, Jorge, paid the driver for us. Outstanding service. He was so nice. Always had a big smile. Location was close to great restaurants and bars. A daily craft market was set up in front of the hotel and added a festive air. Breakfast had a good selection with many healthy options. Outside bar seating was pleasant. Close walk to many sights and the metro. Only negative was in Room 702 there was a loud fan that ran from 0600 to 2200. This was because the room was directly below the restaurant. We stayed in this hotel earlier in March, but in a different room and this was not an issue. Overall it was an excellent stay.

The location was very good in that there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance and it's in a buzzing little area of Lastarria. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms had everything you needed and were spacious. The rooftop deck was lovely to sit out at night and I imagine by the pool during the day. We did not have a chance to explore too far from the hotel so can't comment on the other things within walking distance

The breakfast was decent but not over the top if that's what you're looking for.

Great location. Exceptional staff. Lots of restaurants near by. Daily artisan Faire on the street....it's closed to traffic. Also. very good breakfast offerings.

The property was centrally located in an active and bohemian part of Santiago. Staff were fantastic.

Staff were friendly and accommodating before arrival and while there. We arrived early and they held our bags and gave us a place to change and freshen up. Nice little bar area with snacks. Food was ok- ours was cold when served.

Bathroom was a little awkward. There was a glass petition between bed room and bathroom so no real privacy so might be awkward for friends or non-committed partners. Our biggest complaint was not the property, but we had the staff arrange a city tour for us which was costly and frankly not good. Our driver left us halfway through the tour and our guide just walked us around with no obvious itinerary and not much historical background or time to look around at significant locations was given, rather she walked us around and pointed- - this is the subway station. Disappointed with this but not sure it is hotel’s fault- only the provider they set up for us.

Was a bit confusing to figure out how it all went as appeared busy and a free for all. No staff helping to assign tables which often took time to clear.

Fantastic location, we walked everywhere, lots of cafes and restaurants in the area. …lovely staff, nice breakfast. Didn’t use the pool so can’t comment.

I really don’t understand glass bathrooms….

Location, Location , Location. This Hotel was the Best that we stayed in several years of travelling. From the moment we arrived to smiling and welcoming faces to take our luggage and then a smooth checkin and then off to our well appointed rooms after a welcome drink, It just doesn't get any better. The hotel is very clean with great common areas to relax with a drink. The morning breakfast which was also included had a great variety of selection for everyone with attentive and happy employees.

Excellent location in the dynamic Lastarria district. The room was comfortable with a bonus we loved-a water filter machine where we could fill up our water bottles. We'd stay here again for sure.
