Hotel The Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai

Rooms was large and comfortable, breakfast was sumptious, and the staff everywhere went out of their way to be helpful. Everything went very well for me and my Japanese guests who were very satisfied

choice of food and overall restaurants need uplift. I used Shamiana , Souq , Sea Lounge and harbor view restaurants. All did not meet 5 star expectations.

Swimming pool changing rooms could be better

Breakfast was also good. But need more North Indian dishes ,stay was fabulous.hospitality was exceptional.over all good stay at taj Palace..would love to stay there second time & will recommend it to my friends also to stay at taj…

Overall experience in taj was exceptional…

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast spread had a lot of variety and was very delicious. The hotel was very clean and had a wonderful atmosphere.

The communication from the salon was not great. Also, at the pool side, the lifeguard did not inform me of when there was a free sun bed. At check-in, they only gave us 1 welcome drink when there were 2 of us checking in.

The hotel has its reputation for a reason, it was luxurious at every point. The room and facilities were exceptional and the attention to detail was at times amazing. We felt truly spoilt in this iconic property. The food options and quality was beautiful and the breakfast was luxurious. The historic tour of the property was well worthwhile and very interesting.

Nothing everything was perfect

The staff was great. The breakfast was amazing and so were all the restaurants. They also have a nice light show every evening in front of the pool, also worth it. Great location, we also loved the rickshaw tour. Highly recommended!

Location was superb

Long queue at the time of breakfast. They need to open some more space or restaurant for the breakfast. I was not able to do my breakfast because of long queue.

This hotel was and always will be our gate way to India 🇮🇳 the historic building always renews it self for the guests 👍👍👍

The area around the hotel needs to be more clean and more secure

The coffee sucked - but that’s the case will almost every hotel, I really don’t get why hotels especially of this grade serve up a very average coffee like Illy there was an amazing specialty coffee place behind the hotel called araku

I’ve stayed here many times. The staff were amazing. The afternoon tea is yummy. The renovations to the pool are great.

There was no Hand spray/Jet spray/bidet in the toilet.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. Our hostess Urmi was so kind and nice! Will def be back.

Everything! Anywhere and everywhere you lay your eyes on, or you opt for a service, you are to be amazed by the perfection, quality, and sheer brilliance in every detail of it! Truly the strongest hotel brand!

There is literally nothing that you can possibly dislike about The Taj and it's hospitality

Buffet night good and menu good food excellent and fresh

All was good apart from Breakfast was a bit chaotic, tables not set properly tiny side plates and not enough cutlery no small spoons, and eggs served on a plate had to ask for egg cup.

The Taj Mahal Palace is for me without a question the number 1 hotel in the world. Everything is beyond perfect. A special thanks to the General Manager and the staff for always taking such good care of us. Can’t wait to return.

The room size was great. I booked a suite and it was wonderful in size and the bed was really comfy.

The noise during the night comes from the rooftop . It was like someone shutting the door and waked me up many times. The restaurants for breakfast were very very busy and taking too long for people to be seated, they should consider having another area or extend the time.

It's a ultra comfortable, all the staff were excellent except miss dimple

Breakfast was NOT good and long waiting for even for having breakfast, and paranthas were bad...I did not like the attitude of Miss DIMPLE of souk restuarant at the top of Taj tower, she was rude with junior staff and scolded her coz we asked for fresh juice, I hope Taj management will teach her some manners and give her some good training...
