Not a good memories
Always was like a dream to stay here, BUT i think its overrated, nothing special for such a rate for a night
Firstly they give us the worst room of the end of the floor, saying that it is fashion week
Then “upgraded” us to another room
And every 1 hour we were receiving

Very old property, old doors, windows, stains on the marble. Doesn’t worth the price unfortunately. Spend same amount somewhere else. Street is very busy as well.

worst experience ever
There was an African summit / conference at the hotel for our entire stay. You could not use any facilities in the hotel and the hotel was constantly over crowded. This was the worst 5 star hotel experience i have had. To make it worse the staff where very matter of fact and offer zero solution to this - guests should be infirmed when booking of such events which turn a luxury hotel into a conference venue
