Jumeirah Hotel, Frankfurt

I travel across the entire globe and it's pretty difficult to impress me, the JW Marriott Frankfurt impress me positively! Every material is excellent, every detail is taken care, spotless clean, absolutely welcoming. This hotel is a reference for excellence.

Seems strange but there's no JW Marriott sign in front of the hotel, there's the brand of their restaurant instead, causing few people to circle around the adjacent mall and another hotel, before finding it. I have the suspicion that customers booking from third party websites are given inner-courtyard view rooms, which is, well, like having no view at all.

Location in the centre no need for car every thing around you by walking historical plcaes - river- shopping The reception was the best welcoming from mr mustafa & sherief Concierge mohamad was very helpful

Parking was not free 45 euro every night The swimming pool was only for adult my family was so upset

Staff in the restaurant at lunch need more training. Small portions in the restaurant, too expensive for what it offers

Excellent hotel location. The breakfast was great. Mohammad Hameed the receptionist was great and was very helpful. A true example of a professional 5 star hotel receptionist. A win for this hotel.

Overall excellent experience, the place to go to in Frankfurt. need to work more on AC efficiency during summer times

We stayed to a high floor corner room , it was really WOW. The view incredible. The design elements. Control panel . Japanese Toilet seat with all the controls. This was really a top tier room that you’d usually find in top Singapore or Dubai hotels. The staff were helpful and polite. The location in the heart of Frankfurt , walking 5 min to old town and 5 min to opera district and 2 min to shopping. I would highly recommend

The AC system wasn’t powerful enough and reception mentioned it was attached to next door mall and, not sure I understood that but it really needs addressing, as room gets really hot despite Ac during the day

Our room was a bit dated.

Room sizes and I would like to thank Mr. Mustafa from reception for giving us two rooms near each other for our family of four with young kids. Great breakfast and great ambience. Shopping stores are minutes away literally and there is a shopping mall right next door called MyZeil.

Driving to and from the hotel is hard due to high pedestrian traffic during the first week of the month of Aug. as there are food trucks in the main market road.

Location is perfect, big size of room and modern facilities.

The hotel was nice in many aspects, and mainly it was for its quality and to forget the location of the hotel, which was convenient as it is in the middle of Frankfurt. I also enjoyed the GYM facility, which was nice and had many machines to accommodate a large number of guests in the hotel To be honest, it was a great experience and I will book this hotel again if I'm planning to revisit Frankfurt.

Even in the lowest setting, the air conditioner does not get very cold at night. We visited in July.

Room is clean and layout good. Toilet is good size with separate standing shower and tub.

For 2 consecutive days, the room was not made up even around 3.30pm. We must request the hotel reception staff to inform housekeeping. On both occasions, we could rest when back in the room as we thought housekeeping may come anytime then albeit late. We left the room so as not to obstruct the cleaning.

Breakfast is quite expensive

The experience is unique and the stay is comfortable. This is the second time I try the hotel and it will not be the last. The location, cleanliness and comfort in general are all excellent.

The tie up with Fitness First is a double edged, the vibe may be intimidating for customers who do not usually go to large chain gyms.

staff were Great , Mr. Thomas and his colleague at the reception made my day clean , friendly staff , well organized hotel ,

The room itself was beautiful. It was large, spacious and nicely designed. The bed was a good size and extremely comfortable. The hotel was quiet, especially at night, and I slept very well. Staff were also very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is currently being renovated, therefore the entrance was via the shopping mall, which was not ideal, and the reception on another floor.

Location and staff are the best. Quality is great when evaluating only the accommodation.

The fitness facilities are in fact relying on the private gym in the building. We tried to go to the pool and we were not allowed to enter, as the gym staff claimed we were not wearing the appropriate swimming clothes, although we wear proper shorts.

The bed was one of the most comfortable ever! It was difficult to get out of it. The location is excellent, the hotel is clean, and once the lobby renovation is completed it will be even better.

The concierge service is very bad , i called the concierge gentleman twice and he said one moment then he disappeared. I had to push the concierge trolly all by myself to the main entrance
