The hospitality! I loved the room and upstairs balcony. Clean and charming. Valentina was so wonderful and helpful. I hope I can stay again next time!

Charming accommodation, so nice to sit in the square and located at perfect distant to everywhere.

The hotel was very accommodating even before my trip. Through messaging I requested a car pickup from the airport and since I was arriving early they were able to hold my bags. The front desk even made a lot of good recommendations as to where to go and provided me with a map. I came to Italy spontaneously with minimal plans and I’m glad I chose this hotel because it was very comfortable and the location was amazing. Not only was I close to great restaurants, I was close to the sights. The room was very comfortable and I really enjoyed the view from the terrace as well.

The location of this hotel was excellent. We particularly enjoyed the market and surrounding bars and cafes . The staff were extremely friendly and helpful

The bed wasn’t comfortable, the curtain wouldn’t close enough to blackout the room from the city lights, and only tea options with kettle for in room service.

The Boutique Hotel Campo de' Fiori is an fantastic place to make your home while exploring Rome. The staff is welcoming and attentive. Valentina helped us with arrangements from transport to and from the airport and gave great advice on navigating the local sights on our own or with tours. The location is perfect! Everything that we wanted to see, from the ancient ruins, the Vatican, Galleria Borghese and everything in between, was within a 25 minute walk. So many of the sights are within 10-15 minutes. The Market at Campo de' Fiori is right outside the door along with a wide range or restaurants, cafes, and shops. Lots to do within minutes, but quiet at night. The room was well appointed and up to date with everything we needed. The rooftop bar has a great vistas of the city that you can enjoy throughout the day and into the evening. We highly recommend this hotel and will stay here on our return trips to Rome.

The apartment was a wonderful booking--spacious, clean, and right in the center of the city. It was perfect for our family of four. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were modern, and the kitchen was well outfitted. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

The small refrigerator didn't really keep things cool, even after trying to turn it to a higher setting. But we managed fine without it!

There wasn't a view from the window so not very light in the room but the room was comfortable and the decor was relaxing. The roof terrace didn't appear to be open when we visited - it would have been nice to have a coffee over looking Rome

Beautiful apartment in an excellent location, simple and updated! 2 bathrooms and spacious bedrooms make it an excellent choice for families. Daily market was a bonus each morning for a quick bite, fresh juices and smoothies.

4th floor walk up but there is an elevator. No laundry in unit.

There are so many wonderful comments to make about this hotel: its amazing location, the incredibly friendly staff, the stunning view from the terrace, the comfortable rooms - in whichever order you like. I can’t wait to go back and visit.

Hmm, I am forcing myself to find a negative as I have been asked, the price of the breakfast was a little high.

It was extremely clean, very friendly and helpful, ideally positioned and quiet.

If anything the room was far too hot, the thermostat was set for 25* and it couldn’t be turned off!

This hotel is fabulously located within walking distance of everything (galleries/tourist spots/shopping etc). We couldn't have chosen a better spot to stay. We loved the charming decor and the positive staff who were ready to help at all times. Our room was comfy, clean and soundproof. The hotel's exterior is gorgeous too. (Since the top floor was under construction, we weren't able to visit the roof terrace which was a shame.) We'd definitely return the next time we're in Rome :)

Outstanding property in Campo de Fiori. We loved every minute of our stay. The staff were exceptional incredibly helpful with guiding us to local highlights restaurants and tips. The facilities were beautiful. The property is in 1000 year old building but is exceptionally well kept clean and delightful. It felt like staying with family. we will definitely be back.

Fantastic staff at the hotel, good location as it was close to the attractions and walkable to many shops and restaurants. Love the room for the space, comfortable and nice kitchen as well.

Needed to navigate steps with luggage but staff were very helpful as they helped us with it.

The online photos were misleading in our case because they put us in a room in a building a block away. That meant we had to trudge at 1 am to get to our room. But that wasn’t the worst part. There wasn’t an elevator so we had to go up very very old steep steps carrying our luggage. That might not be a problem for a young person, but for a middle-aged woman with knee problems, this was no vacation. The room itself was charming in an old remote farmhouse kind of way. It even had internet, which the main hotel doesn’t. But the dealbreaker here was the shower stall. It was literally ONE FOOT off the ground. Once you showered in the 2by2 foot stall, the floor became slippery. My husband literally had to hold my hands as I stepped down, down, down because there was nothing to grab on to. We asked to be given a room in the main building, which they did after another night. The decor was funky “times past” but it did look cheap, especially the very cheap-looking wall clock from China. And the lack of Netflix was disappointing.

The staff was amazingly helpful and supportive from helping us navigate the process of replacing a stolen passport, verifying we would be fine for the next leg of our journey despite a transport strike, and making very helpful recommendations for sites in the area and good wine bars / restaurants. We can't say enough about how they made our stay that much better.

We felt like the value (just based on the property) was the lowest of the five locations we stayed during our November 2024 visit to Italy and Sicily. The price was the highest of all five properties we stayed at (likely due to its location) and the room was the smallest of the five place we had stayed at. We weren't surprised by that because it was a property in Rome and the location was in a favorable location.

Amazing Staff!! So friendly and professional. The Hotel is located perfectly, the room is beautifully decorated, the rooftop view lets you some quit thinking time. The cleaning is excellent. I Stayed with my daughter and part of the vacation experience is the amazing staff and the hotel. Next time in Rome will return there for sure!!! :) Thank you guys so much....

It would be great if there were international channels like netflix and instructions for the TV, we did get the apartment we chose online, but if you have other apartments it would be helpful to post pictures and names for each one.

It is a boutique hotel so small room but very clean and tidy with helpful staff. Nice view from roof terrace. Location to cafe's and restaurants could not be better. Easy walk to most attractions. Easy walk to HO HO stop at the Vatican. Highly recommended.

Didn't have their breakfast as plenty of options right outside the hotel. Everything was great. Wonderful and helpful staff. Location is in the heart of the historic district with many sights within easy walking distance.

Valentina at the front desk was excellent advising on areas to go and restaurants. we used the car service from the airport and the Vatican tour. both were excellent. The hotel is close enough to everything that walking is possible. The Piazza is active but the hotel is super quiet.

We loved the hotel and the lovely rooftop patio. The location was perfect for our needs. The staff was fantastic and helpful.

The hotel is beautiful but because we were 3 in number we booked an apartment. When space became available we were kindly moved into the hotel and accommodated graciously by the staff.
