Excellent hotel, was given an updated room which was incredibly well appointed, modern but also classy. Walking distance to the MBS shops and food was a great plus.

This is an exceptional hotel. My partner and I stayed for our birthday, Anna at reception was kind enough to give us a room with a city view and even sent a cake and candle up for us. They’ve thought of every detail, this was pure luxury!

This is an exceptional property. Very clean, comfortable and in the heart of Marina Bay. The food was delicious.

The room, views and amenities

My wife and I enjoyed the endless opportunities and amenities at this property. We can’t even begin to tell you what it had to offer. Food options were endless shopping for anything and everything was at your fingertips. The incredible view from our side of the hotel, looking out to the super tree light show, and the water light show at night were fabulous. The staff were incredible with setting us up with the lay of the land. I would say it was a bit difficult finding our way around as there were so much to offer between the malls and endless restaurants. However, spending a little more time there you begin to figure it out, so have patience.

It seemed a bit much at times in the sense of a lot of people and a lot of stimulus. You need to make sure that to get into a restaurant that you book early to get a spot.

An amazing hotel with so much to do. Shopping, Gardens by the Bay. Restaurants, roof top swimming pool. You name it this Hotel has it all. The rooms are huge with king beds, great views,it’s actually bigger than some people’s entire apartment. This hotel is worth every dollar. Wish I could stay longer. Highly recommend even if you can afford one night.

Nothing to say it’s just incredibly amazing

This was once in a lifetime experience for me! Everything about my stay was perfect. I was greeted like they had known me as a friend for years and nothing was too much trouble. I had a Bay view room and this was just exceptional. Food, facilities, roof top pool and staff were all 10/10. Even though it's quite pricey, you can definitely see the value of paying as it was a faultless stay and I actually wanted to extend my stay with them I loved it so much.

I can't think of anything I did not like about this location and hotel.

when we call reception to help us with our luggage while we were checking out, we were told to wait 20 min. it was not acceptable since we were on our way to airport, so we had to do it ourself.

The attention to detail by the room attendant was phenomenal !! From wrapping our phone charging & flat iron cords with signature cord wraps to making sure ice buckets were filled to the over abundant products left on the bathroom vanity. The room was always spotless even the few leaves that fell from the terrace flowers unto the floor were removed daily. Incredible customer service at floor 57 infinity pool, Spago bar, and poolside service.

The best hotel in the world. Beautiful rooms and a wonderful view of Gardens by the Bay. This was our second time staying here, the staff were always very nice and always helpful with everything. Whenever we return to Singapore, we will only stay here, it has become an all-time favorite.

Amazing

The roof top pool is exceptionally gorgeous, we loved the views of Marine Bay from high above. Amazing food places and shopping below ground.

Absolutely fabulous. Nothing to fault . The service , the staff, next level attention to detail. Worth every cent . Stunning rooms with incredible toiletries which are restocked daily . Buffet bfast and dinner was best we have ever had .

If you can look past the cost it truly is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at and it’s not even close

The staff is truly five star and there is nothing like that pool on earth. I didn’t think I would enjoy it as much as I did

If you come to Singapore and not stay at the Marina Bay it’s like you never been to Singapore. And if you really lucky you will meet Paula for a great check in welcoming

Everything. This hotel is top notch in every possible way. The staff is incredibly pleasant and helpful. The hotel and room was immaculate. The rooftop pool is one of a kind and probably the most unique pool in the world. Loved everything about my stay.

Location was also very good to get a view of gardens by the bay through the balcony. Close proximity to major attractions. The room was very spacious and with very hi tech facilities

The long wait for buffet , the restaurant is too small compared to the size of the property. Even though you get the table late they close the buffet at sharp time. The ordering of clearing is reverse, so someone who is wanting to have dessert it’s cleared first.

The property is outstanding and this was our third stay.

The suite we had in tower one was recently renovated and is spectacular! The attention to detail is extraordinary!

Dinner at Lavo and food and drinks by the pool.

Very complicated to navigate the hotel and difficult to get into areas. Needed key card to even access the bathroom at the pool and staff at Ce La Vie very unhelpful trying to make a reservation. So much so that we went elsewhere.

Loved everything about this hotel. Location was great. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool was exceptional with fabulous views over the city.

The whole stat was great ranging from checking in to checking out. Great friendly staff and great rooms.

There was only 1 hook in the hotel room to hang the towels and the pools didnt have spare towels.

The hotel is beautiful; we traveled for our anniversary and my 50th birthday. The service was excellent, they gave us an upgrade, with a fantastic breakfast, the location is excellent, and the view is incredible. We had dinner at the Italian restaurant on the top floor next to the pool and ended up at the nightclub which was on the other side of the pool. Perfect place to celebrate half a century! 😬😂
