Hotel Marina Bay Sands, Singapore

Everything was perfect, but it’s really the customer service that sets it apart from the rest. Can’t beat it.

We enjoyed all the room features from automated curtains, bar facilities and turndown service. The infinity pool area was fantastic.

We had an incredible stay at the Marina Bay Sands and still cannot believe our overall experience actually happened! We had a Premier room with Garden view booked for one night to celebrate our 10-year anniversary. We just wanted to enjoy the hotel and have a swim in the infinity pool and didn't have much else planned. When we arrived, we were kindly greeted by all the groundstaff and were checked in by the lovely Melissa. We chatted throughout the process and mentioned it was our anniversary (but not expecting anything, we were already so happy and excited to be at the hotel!). Melissa's manager Joseph then joined us and, after making a few phonecalls, upgraded us to a Paiza Signature Suite with City View! This also included access to the Paiza Sky Residence, with food and drinks available throughout the day. We were mind blown and couldn't believe it! Actually, it made us both a little emotional, so we were both in tears at the reception desk... When we arrived at the 44th floor, we were immediately greeted by Leslie and David, who were so friendly and walked us to our Suite. We couldn't believe our eyes when we walked in, the most beautiful, luxurious Suite we've ever seen, from the bathroom to the giant living room/ dining area/ fully equipped kitchen, marvellous bedroom, separate powder room and... Karaoke room! And we were staying in it! Our afternoon swim in the infinity pool was a dream coming true and when we came back in our room, we were surprised by a beautiful display of anniverary balloons and the cutest cake. We absolutely loved it! At the Sky Residence, we were warmly greeted and introduced to Daniel, who has taken care of us so well throughout our stay. After the best sleep and a delicious breakfast, we were able to use the facilities after check-out, which was so appreciated! Overall, exceeding expectations is an understatement...

Everything! Every detail blew my mind; the chocolates and personal message in our room, the glasses cloth and wipes next to our glasses, friendliness of all staff, infinity pool and all the extras and small touches. Thank you for the most memorable stay ever!

This is a marvellous hotel, everything about my stay was amazing, the room with a view of the gardens by the bay was beautifully appointed, the bathroom was fantastic, the beds where so comfortable the linen is lovely, the staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them, for an extremely busy hotel you cannot fault the service from the poolside service for food and drinks to the splendid restaurants its just perfect

The cost was almost prohibitive to stay there again. Whilst you couldn't fault the stay itself as even down to small touches it was so well thought through, for us the price was disappointing. But it was a bucket list destination so we were expecting expensive. The whole of Singapore is expensive though.

Being an exceptional Hotel, the only barrier for us in the future or to stay longer is the price. The Buffet Breakfast at the facility was very expensive, compared to anywhere else that we have stayed. If they could make longer stays and breakfast more affordable, we would probably be looking at booking this Hotel for a 1 to 2 Week stay so we could explore Singapore further. Unfortunately, this experience will most probably be a once in a lifetime for us and we will look at a more affordable options for a longer stay in Singapore next time.

Pool was class. Restaurants and bars were amazing the whole experience was amazing the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Will hopefully be back one day again.

Everything was amazing, the staff, the restaurant, the food, the location of the hotel ...

The problem was the ongoing construction next to the hotel and also the reconstruction of the hotel itself, when all day long, if we were in the room, we heard hammering, etc... The second problem, the fitness center was not in the hotel, but outside and very small for the capacity of the hotel.

Amazing hotel, incredible attention to detail in the rooms and the staff who clean and present the rooms do such a beautiful job. The bathroom was incredible from the huge bath and shower to the amazing Japanese toilet... And the nice complimentary toiletries including a pack of children's toiletries for our young child. The facilities in the rooms are top notch and the pool is beautiful. The staff are highly attentive and very helpful. Great views from the observation deck. Nice location in Marina Bay for all the activities there and easy access to the enormous shopping mall with a reasonably priced and very varied food court at one end.

Slightly surprised that showering before going into the pool was not required or recommended...I think the water in some other hotel pools in Malaysia and Singapore looked cleaner!

The property was majestic has all the amenities we needed. A great variety for the buffet bfast and above all very luxurious.

Is this hotel expensive, yes. Yes it is worth the money? Yes. Everything from start to finish is just unbelievable service. Amazing and friendly staff, amazing facilities.

The location is perfect and very close to Garden by the bay and SuperTree Grove. Due to our room was not ready yet in check in time, we've been upgraded to Paiza Collection by a very nice reception staff: Mansor that start our great experience in the hotel and enjoy the excellent food/drinks in the Raiza Sky Residence. The awesome view of Infinity Pool is so impressive. We spent 3 times before checking out ! The hotel is must visit in Singapore !

The staff in general were very helpful at the entrance, reception and the Rise restaurant. The room was nice, spcious and clean.

I was really disappointed by the service by the pool. It was impossible to order good/drinks as there were now waiters around. I would have expected that every newly arrived guest would be asked if they wanted to order something. No such luck! There were not enough staff. The one who came after 20 minutes has just left the ordered drinks somewhere far from us, did not look around and just left. Also, we had to spread our towels by ourselves. I have spent my holidays in other 5* hotels that were not so “exclusive” as this one and the staff brought the towels to the sun beds and spread them.

The property is beautiful and excellently located. Views are fabulous. Love the pool. Rooms are magnificent and all the amenities provided are excellent.

The lobby was noisy and crowded with non-hotel guests.

The standout was the rooftop infinity pool, absolutely stunning! The room was large, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was luxurious. The on site restaurants were many & varied, but we only used at the breakfast buffet & dinner once.
