Hotel Marina Bay Sands, Singapore

No explanation needed - as amazing as you would expect! The pool was absolutely brilliant as was the room. If you can stay here, do it!

We loved the Japanese toilet, view, amenities, staff, balcony, shower, bed. We loved everything!

The service was beyond exceptional. They provided complimentary black car transportation as part of Premier service. The room was phenomenal with attention to details that I have not seen in any other hotel.

Housekeeping was amazing and way above anywhere else. Food for breakfast buffet was ok, but staff was somewhat slow and not looking at customers but the ground all the time. Overall facilities were great, and staff everywhere very polite and helpful, Going back soon to enjoy more.

It was a special night, MBS gave us an unforgettable experience!! Firstly I got an upgrade to a Sands Premier Suite, and seconddly got a complimentary access to Paiza Lounge. What a night we had, really happy to stay here. Thanks Erika and all the staff who helped us having this great time, p.s. she said yes when I proposed to her!

Beautiful hotel inside a beautiful city!

Perfect from the moment we arrived until the moment we left.

Exquisite! It’s a phenomenal venue with immaculate premises and professional staff. A lot of complimentary items in the room. The view was unforgettable. MBS is connected to the Gardens and with the infinity pool you can easily stay 2 days without leaving the property. Check in and check out processes were a breathe.

Water pressure from the waterfall shower head in the ceiling could be a little bit stronger. But otherwise everything is perfect.

This was a dream of mine to stay here and it exceeded all my expectations. Our flight from Sydney was four hours late, I called Marina Bay Sands and when we finally got there, approximately at 1:30 am, our room was waiting for us. I swam in the pool, I gawked at the beauty of the hotel and from my balcony I was the Gardens by the Bay do a light show every night. I LOVED everything and while it is expensive, I’ve spent money before and never had such a lifelong memory. There was nothing I disliked. Our room was beyond clean, it was perfect.

Maid service excellent. Front desk very good. Assistance every where very cordial n helpful.

GST refund information at airport would have been helpful. If we knew, we would have requested hard copy of bill instead of online receipt.

Amazing stay with Gardens by the Bay view! Amenities are great and property is clean. We loved the accessibility to mall and MRT.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at. The attitude of the staff was exceptional, the views, food - top notch. There is few room for further improvement but worth mentioning anyway - 1. the advantages which hotel guests have at restaurants, clubs, bars, facilities part of the Marina Sands complex could be better communicated and 2. To nitpick a bit more - the photographer services at the rooftop pool are ridiculously overpriced.

The best hotel ever with high quality rooms and great customer service

Queuing for a significant period of time for breakfast at Rise. This restaurant is small for the number of guests looking to eat breakfast there. Additionally, the breakfast options at Sprago were good but only being able to order once from the menu, was disappointing.

The entire staff was very friendly. Mark at the pool was exceptional, also I believe Edwin? (early morning life guard) greeted us with a smile and made sure we were informed of how to make the best of our time at the pool. Our room was cared for with attention to detail and I loved that. Concierge and Porters to the whole staff being available to help us with any questions was exceptional.

The infinity pool is amazing and we loved that it stayed open late to take in the city views at night. We were staying for our honeymoon and the hotel gave us an upgraded room, the hotel rooms are exceptional and we loved our stay.

This certainly lived up to the hype! The staff were superb and 2 steps ahead with what they could offer us to help make our stay better. The room was super spacious and immaculate. The attention to detail in the turn down service was wonderful. It was worth every single penny!

Stunning property, good location. Everything in the one spot and so much to choose from. Would recommend the restaurant on pool level for breakfast delicious. We were extremely lucky with our room and great full! This will be one hotel and experience I’ll never forget.
