Where do I even start?! First of all if you are on the fence about booking this place due to the price (as I was) then JUST DO IT! I promise you you won’t regret it. I never once felt it wasn’t worth it!! The whole place was beautifully decorated and sparkling clean. We were given a room upgrade and could see the super trees from our window and the view in general was spectacular with breathtaking sunrises every morning. The pool lived up to its iconic reputation and we had such a nice chilled time up there during our 2 night stay- it was never over crowded either! The staff were just incredible. Some notable names were Jeffrey who showed us round our room, Melissa and Anna at reception who made us feel so at home and a shout out to the lost and found/security department who helped me locate the wash bag I left in our room after check out (plus so many more staff members that were just 100/10). Honestly this hotel should be 7*’s because no request was too big and we were treated so well. Oh and the breakfast was incredible! There was so much selection of all different cuisines and we couldn’t fault any food station- it was all delicious! We will 100% be looking to come back again one day! Thank you so much for a magical experience!

A very beautiful hotel with the best of aesthetics😍😍, the interior, leather, marble 🔥🔥 all super stunning.

The receipt ion had no comfortable seating area for guests waiting and some of their staffs were not that friendly, uptight faces most of the time.

Marina Bay had everything we wanted and more. The location was perfect for exploring the city by foot or by ferry boat. It was top quality from the time we checked in to the time we left. A perfect 10

Can’t think of anything

The property is beautiful in had access to anything you could possibly so you didn't really need to leave. The room is beautiful by the bay, and the bed was the most comfortable that I've ever slept.

We had a situation during our stay at Marina Bay Sands that required special attention, and we were absolutely impressed by the level of professionalism and care shown by Guest Relations Manager Ella. From the very beginning, she handled everything with grace, patience, and clarity. Her communication was always respectful and responsive, and she went above and beyond to ensure that we were supported in the best possible way. Thanks to Ella’s outstanding attitude and follow-through, we left with a very positive impression and deep appreciation for the way she represented the values of Marina Bay Sands. We are grateful for her help and would be happy to return in the future, knowing there are such capable and kind people working behind the scenes.

The infinity pool was great with a stunning view. Room was spacious and clean. Massive and comfortable bed. And aligned to the pictures. Felt very comfortable. All staff we interacted with were amazing and helpful. Recognised my wife and my birthday which were close to when we stay at MBS. Amazing automated lights, blinds, and just the right automated lighting in the middle of the night

Room service missed a number of components to the dish that I ordered and was delivered separately after a while which was disappointing as I would have preferred for the delivery to be delayed but with all components. In fact, one component never arrived. Lobby is massive and had loads of people so didn’t feel like an exclusive 5 star establishment. Although that’s me being very picky. It is expensive even at the cheapest room, but it is a nice treat for 1 night the end of the honeymoon

Everything about this property is amazing. I would say Marina Bay Sands is the “heart” of Singapore and no trip is quite complete unless you stay here. The service is impeccable. The room was so beautiful. It was my second time here and looking forward to return in the future.

Everything about my stay exceeded expectations, from the spotless room with beautiful city view to the wide variety of delicious breakfast options. The hotel’s direct connection to the mall made shopping and dining really convenient. The staff were welcoming, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the overall experience was wonderful. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely return on my next trip to Singapore

There is nothing not to like, everything was wonderful. Service was good, facilities are excellent and the location is great for exploring and its near to an MRT.

Nothing could have been better the only complaint we had and its a small (but important) one is that the we had to run a full cannister of water through the coffee machine to clear the old coffee grinds.

The attention to detail in our room was exceptional, as was the level of service delivered by the staff.

We spent one day by the pool in a covered cabana whilst it was slightly raining and the pool staff on this day tended to stay under the shelter, rather than checking-in with the guests who were by the pool to order food and drinks. On 2 occasions I had to leave the cabana to find staff so I could get a poolside menu and order our drinks. Not a big issue but expect that the staff should regularly check-in with poolside guests, even if the weather is slightly inclement.

Late room service most days

Our arrival at the hotel came with some difficulties, especially during the reception and check-in process, and at first, things did not go as I had expected. However, after speaking with the hotel’s welcome staff, they truly made an effort to find a quick solution, and they ended up providing us with excellent service. Everything we experienced at the hotel even exceeded all my expectations after all! We are very grateful to the person who helped and guided us through the check-in process, as well as to the lady in charge of cleaning our suite, whose kindness and outstanding service were remarkable. I must say that this was truly one of the best lodging experiences of my life! Many thanks to everyone who allowed us to finish our vacation with the most pleasant stay I could have imagined.

It is difficult to express, EVERYTHING was excellent, service, food, cleaness, location, amenities, SPA, birthday baloons and desserts, i have eaten most delicious burger, great breakfast, its just perfect! All staff were amazing! Its worthy all the money.

The building and our room was amazing and the staff were all so fantastic. The pool, of course, is the highlight and it lived up to the hype, in my opinion. It was an unforgettable experience and I can't wait to visit again. Everyone we had the pleasure of interacting with and being helped by, from the room service staff/those who helped us with our bags, to the concierge and pool staff, and certainly the servers at the Spago dining lounge, were so kind and friendly/helpful it really made us feel welcome.

Really, the only thing I can think of that was a negative was the price (as someone who stayed here as a treat to myself/my partner). Otherwise, I can't think of anything I didn't like/that left me wanting more.

Staying in an iconic hotel and experiencing that infinity pool. Flawless room and fastidious housekeeping staff in fact all the staff were friendly and attentive.

A 35 minute wait in line for an outrageously overpriced breakfast in a 6 star hotel is unacceptable. No airport shuttle or transfers also unacceptable.

Everything was great, great staff and service, very clean, lots of nearby activities to do - shopping and restaurants. The famous infinity pool great. I would Highly recommend for anyone visiting Singapore to stay at Marina Bay Sands. The experience is amazing!
