We booked a deluxe king which was lovely . Bathroom roomy with wooden chest under the window for toiletries. Warm bathrobes
. Comfy armchair and desk chair.
Would have loved a walk-in shower, not the bathtub that was there.

There could be more natural light for the work station and the ambient temperature was a bit too cold at night.

We enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to returning again next year!
The staff was very friendly, the amenities were inviting, we enjoyed the breakfast and took advantage of the evening happy hour.

Great hotel, shame about cost!
Lovely hotel in great location. Good to have option of picking up breakfast early, without waiting for breakfast hours.
Incredibly expensive (it was Boston marathon weekend). I’d have stayed longer but the cost was prohibitively expensive, even for Boston.

Cozy stay in Boston
This Boutique Hotel is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. The room was a bit small but very cozy and the bathroom was awesome with a large comfortable jacuzzi tub. All small details made this an amazing stay. The breakfast was very tasty and a decent variety of foods to choose from. Compared to other hotels in the area which do not offer it, it was perfect! The location is right next to MIT and the metro station (15 min to downtown). I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Boston.

Fabulous hotel and a fantastic location with staff that is exceptionally friendly.
Staff is exceptionally friendly. We had a few special requests and the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate them. The location is also right next to a red line stop which is very convenient.

Fabulous
Stayed here for an MIT meeting. It's a great choice if you prefer boutique hotels over large faceless chains. I had a lovely suite that was so comfortable and a very decent breakfast was also included.

Advertised on site parking difficult to find and then not able to be used - couldn't really get in without potentially damaging car! But local garage close by and easy to use.

I would definitely return to the Kendall!
Hotel was lovely. Complimentary wine tasting was nice. Lounge area was comfortable and several groups were able to converse easily in the evening over drinks. Breakfast was great. Room was comfortable and clean.

Comfortable and quirky boutique hotel
Quirky and fun place to stay. A converted fire station.
All round excellent staff and a fun place to be
Coffee and tea were basic - no decaf tea nor fresh milk in the rooms. Breakfast the same each day - it was good but would have liked a change after 3 days.

Parking lot was not even full.
Therefore with my 2 nights reservationi though Maybe 25$ each night or one night free could have been appreciated!

Short vacation
Great location close to the subway and only 10-15 minutes from both the centre of Boston and Harvard. The staff were welcoming on arrival and the room was large and bright with comfortable bed. Breakfast choice was excellent with a choice of eating outside or in the comfortable lounge.
A minor issue but I prefer a standalone shower rather than in the bath.

A wonderful stay! Worth the money.
Very nice place! The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was excellent, and we had an easy late check in. There were also snacks waiting for us and wine tasting at the bar in the evening.
It was a bit far from the historic sites.
