BIO-Hotel Villa Orange, Frankfurt

Courteous staff, attentive, friendly and caring. Rooms are clean and nicely appointed. My room had a great and charming bathroom. Good breakfast, all fresh and something for everyone.

Parking is non-existant. However you can park very close by the hotel in the hospital parking lot. Runs about 25€ per night. To be fair, parking is difficult in all of Frankfurt I found. Almost better to not have a car if you plan to stay, excellent public transport is everywhere.

Location. 1-2 min walk to a nice little park that goes to the city center. Close to metro station. Close to nice bio supermarkets, to a nice bar, to nice restaurants. 15 min walk to the main shopping etc street Zeil. Very nice personnel. Clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. Very nice breakfast with a non-milk / vegan choice.

Wifi work was not stable. It did not spoil our stay at all since We had and used LTE.

We are a Japanese organic farmers group. I heard that there is a BIOHotel in Germany and stayed here on a business trip. More fashionable and comfortable than you can imagine! Minimal amenities that consider the earth. Room tea is also organic. Breakfast is served on a beautiful table with lots of organic options. Don't forget the fresh blueberry juice.

it’s a gem of a place. perfect combination of boutique hotel. rooms on the ground floor are exceptional. if you are all about wall to wall carpets and long hall ways of the corporate hotels this is not the place for you.

Super nice personal. A room with books is an ideal place to relax or work. Great breakfast, seats for children.

Two beds side by side instead of one large. It is easy to get into the gap between the beds if you are used to hugging each other during sleep.

This relatively small hotel is a real jewel. The breakfast was great, everything is exceptionally clean. The staff is very police and friendly. I will certainly consider this hotel in the future if visiting Frankfurt again.

I am a bit disappointed the room did not have a little refrigerator.

Do yourself a favour and stay here whether you’re on business or not. I spent too much time in corporate hotels like the Maritim, the Marriott and the Fleming. This is a lovely hotel with an excellent neighbourhood Italian pizzeria (that does amazing fish as well!) across the street. Friendly staff. Cab rank 50m away. Just do it!

The breakfast was good. The size of the room was good. The staff were polite and attentive.

We booked a double room but it basically was a room with two single beds being pushed together and with two single duvets. Also toiletries in the room were extremely basic. No cotton pads or toothpaste or shampoo or conditioner (there was a combined shampoo and shower gel product in the bathroom). I understand that it may not be necessary is all rooms but they could at least be available in the reception.

Location was good for this time. room was very clean.

I came home very tired after long day and went in bed, but it was too noisy - I found the top window was left opened ( as it was a very hot day ) I was too tired to get up and prepare chair to close it, so I was bothered by noise of outside ll night and couldn't sleep well. And Buffet Breakfast - lots of flying bug around bread and food, so I didn't want to eat them.

The location was perfect for me - 10 min from the main railway station, and 10 min on foot from the historical center. The staff was not too friendly but very helpful. They listed to my requests and helped with my questions.

Well, it's a kind of cheap hotel. The furniture was not old but it was not good-looking as if they chose the cheapest option. Breakfast was so-so.

Room was not as advertised: I booked a room with bath tub and King size bed based on description on booking.com and pictures. No bathtub. 2 separate mattresses pushed together. This is what I got 🤷🏼‍♂️ I asked the staff to change room - negative reply and pretty hostile artitude. I asked booking.com support for help - also nothing. So note this property advertises something different from what you can actually expect to get. And do not expect booking.com yo help you… Do not recommend. PS stale stink of cigarette smoke in all corridors and common spaces. Really uncomfortable pillows. A bar just outside that goes on till around 1 am - pretty loud.

Good location, quiet area, comfortable bed, large room and bathroom.

Felt more like large b&b rather than hotel. Lacked any sense of luxury. Beds weren’t made or rooms cleaned at all during a 3 night stay.

We most like the super kind people. They were super available to help.

We have been there with a person which has difficulties to walk. Nevertheless, they have switched off the elevator before we were back in the evning.

The room was clean, size of the room was adequate.

No warm meal options for breakfast, also very limited selection. Served at 7 at the earliest, so not very convenient for work. Bed was awful - very soft mattress laid on top of regular bed (instead of lamella grate as it should). Not a great location for public transport connection - prepare for 10min walk to Konstablerwache
