Pleasant
The room needed a refresh. The closest was broken, the furniture was wearing out and dingy and the beds were very firm. The restaurant tables always needed to be wiped down

Perfect for Cryto arena
Beautiful. Lovely pool. We stayed when we went to see LA Lakers ate crypto arena! Felt really safe in surroundings areas.
Paid £100 accidental deposit and had to dispute it to get it back!

Very good
The big rooms, with even bigger bathrooms. The lobby. The proximity to Crypto arena and shops. The fast and numerous lifts.
The restaurant. The service was non-existent and the food was very average for the price being charged.

Modern and generous rooms, friendly staff
The location is perfect for catching a Lakers game as the Crypto arena is about a 10min walk or a few mins in an Uber. The hotel has a great lobby bar and comfy seating for lounging to wind down in the evening. The rooms are spacious, fresh and clean, no carpet which I love. The beds are comfy as are the pillows. There is a seating area to chill in which is a decent size. The bathrooms have a roomy walk-in shower and the full size bath and shower product bottles.
The lobby stocks amenities and snacks for purchase via a kiosk system and water bottles are complimentary at check-in. The rooms also have complimentary water bottles.
Valet parking is efficient and also assist with bags. Friendly staff.

Breakfast was delicious although when I booked it said Beeakfast included, and I only got 60 USD for the whole family (4 people) and is 30 to 40 USD more of charge.

Great Place to Stay in Downtown LA
I liked the location of the hotel. It was within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The view from the room was great. It was also very festive for the Christmas season. The staff was helpful and kind.
The hot/cold water in the bathroom seemed to be a bit off. Also, the barn door for the bathroom was heavy and awkward.

Best bang for your buck! Great place to stay at when in LA.
The location/view is great. The price is more fair than surrounding hotels. The beds are cozy.
The shower in the bathroom smelled a little musty and the handle of the shower came off when gently pulled. The hot water was also luke warm when turned all the way up but towards the end of the shower it seemed to get hotter.

Unique design, smaller more intimate
Several problems getting into a room, and got moved around a bit. One employee was not at all sympathetic or apologetic.
That said, managers made up for it really professionally.

Great location, unexpected additional fees
Location is great. Welcoming staff, nice decor.
There is also a resort fee which was not obvious to me when I booked. Expensive valet with a tax on top. Pricey but this is downtown obviously.

Good, but not worth the high price for the inconveniences we experienced.
The décor and staff were lovely. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.
We requested early check in at booking and they advised they would do their best to accommodate. However, not only were they not able to give us an early check in, they were late for the regular check in and we had somewhere we needed to be. It was very disappointing that they didn't have the room ready at least by check in time. Additionally, they put us on the 17th floor directly below the nightclub. The music bled through into our room until 2 am. We were not made aware that this could be the case at check in. This was not good.
