Stylish and friendly

The only thing we could criticise is the small and slow lift but u expect that in these buildings

The service was great and kind, the room was clean and cozy and the lobby was beautiful.

Was exactly what you expect from a Parisian hotel. Quirky features, small but thoughtful details. Location was great - felt more ‘local’ than other areas we’ve stayed.

Only issue was the car we booked to head to Gare de l’Est at the end of our stay. We asked for a van as we had 4 large bags. A small taxi turned up and expected us to use it. We ended up organising a van directly with Uber, but it did make us later to the station than we wanted to be. Suspect this was more about the taxi than the hotel.

Tight space, everything very miniature. But that's also what to expect and part of the charm of center of Paris.

Located on a quiet street in the 13th arrondissement, the Henriette is a homey refuge in the city. Close to the Les Gobelins metro and a short walk to the wonderful food vendors and street market on the Rue Mouffetard. The rooms are on the smaller side, as is the lift, but there is a whole vibrant city to explore and the common spaces, like the garden and lounge, are lovely places to read a book or work. But it is the thoughtful details, warm hospitality, and friendly staff at the Henriette that made the stay feel more like visiting friends. There was a list of recommended local restaurants and bars, a note welcoming you to the city, and even an Olympic kit with a complementary tote bag and water bottle.

Modern, friendly and relaxed. Away from the tourist areas a little bit so not as busy, but still a short metro journey to get to most of the attractions.

The rooms were very comfortable, the breakfast room was beautiful and breakfast was delicious. All of the staff were kind and considerate, and the location had a real neighbourhood feel to it.

The only critique was the window of the room on the sixth floor was difficult to open and close and only appeared to open wide (rather than having the option to open a bit).

Hotel is located in a great location. It is very close to 2 Metro stations. Front desk staff were very nice and friendly. There are many restaurants nearby. Our room was fine. We thought the breakfast was very good, too.

There was a odd odor in the hallway.

Our room was lovely with a comfortable bed and good size bathroom. The breakfast was awesome so we didn't bother to eat anywhere else. All the staff were really helpful and friendly.

Simple, functional rooms with a touch of french playfulness and a very nice patio for the breakfast (or just relax during the day).

Clean, pleasant room. Lovely staff and snacks and breakfast great.

Rather cramped (for the price) and proper bedside tables would have given more storage space. Also only mirror was in the wardrobe which was difficult to access! There was an obvious space cut a mirror by the door.

The staff were so friendly and helpful- excellent customer service. The room was compact but very clean. The breakfast choice was good and very fresh. Location great for metro and getting around Paris.

The room could have been painted brighter but nothing negative.

The stairway is too narrow, but luckily the hotel is equipped with a lift.

The staff served so good hospitality!! And room,amenity, patio, they are stylish!! It is the 3rd time to staying here, it’s always nice ;)

Super friendly and helpful staff. Great communication before we arrived and they went out of their way to help us when we were there. Our room was spotless and a good size, we were staying in room 54 on the 5th floor. The neighbourhood is pretty quiet and felt very safe in comparison to other areas of Paris that we've stayed. We wouldn't hesitate to return!

If I'm being picky, it would have been great to have a coffee machine in the room.

Visited during Paris Olympics, they prepared pretty gifts and a message card for us. Amazingly Friendly staffs. Definitely would like to revisit;)

Perfect location, great rooms, exceptional staff

The decor is adorable, great location and near the metro which is the best way to travel in Paris.

Peaceful area and well situated for metro (80m). Wonderful staff who were exceptionally helpful and cheerful. Rooms were simple but absolutely fit for purpose. An excellent boutique hotel- just what we needed!

We loved the decor and the whole atmosphere of Hotel Henriette. The quiet location is such a lovely break from the bustle of the city, and the rooms are some of the most spacious in Paris! Breakfast is lovely, especially the option of having an express version, and the outdoor terrace was a beautiful place to sit in the late summer evenings.

As a solo traveler I felt safe and comfortable in the area and at the hotel.

I didn't like hpw far it was from the main sights of Paris but there was a lot of great places to see and felt more authentic being away from the busier areas. Not a negative for me as I wanted to be close to Gard Montparnasse.

Rooms are really small, house keeping team starts to make noise around 7:30.

Very chwrming decor, nice staff, excellent breakfast, Epeda mattress, newly renovated bathroom. Enchanting backyard. Perfect location.

Curtains were not wide enough to block sunlight completely (it matters to me but to everyone). Room rather small but ok, nothing major.

Another wonderful stay at Hotel Henriette. The standards of care and service are always consistently high and it feels like a home from home in Paris!

the only (minor) thing would be the bathroom faucet which was very small and water dropped on the floor every time I’d wash my face.

Rooms spacious and clean, staff very friendly, location is perfect and the breakfast buffet is wonderful. This is our second time in Hotel Henriette and we will come back !

Pricy but nice breakfast and friendly staff, but do not pass the counter! The only savoury part was boiled eggs and cheese. The staff is professional and helpful. The shower was great.

The bureau in the room was too small to fit a laptop, while there was plenty of space for a larger one. The rooms are not soundproof. My neighbours were not too loud, so it was fine. I could also hear the elevator. Still I would go back, great value for money!
