I was tired

Staff were super helpful and considerate. The swimming pool and sauna were key to my selection but room and staff were so good too.

We loved the breakfasts.

The location was superb.
As you would imagine in such a central area the space was a little tight, but the facilities were excellent and the swimming pool is stunning.
The room had absolutely everything you needed.
The water machine in the corridor is a lovely touch

The lift seems to take ages to turn up!

Comfortable bed. Friendly, helpful staff . Close to main and metro station. Clean and quiet. Close to good restaurants highly recommend le ptit piano restaurant and le Klink cocktail bar. Would stay again. Thank you for adding the balloons to our room for our anniversary.

Hanging storage could be bigger.
Proper kettle would be appreciated.

Very nice place! I loved interacting with the staff, and the room was comfortable. They even placed a water dispenser just outside the room, so I could enjoy both still and sparkling water anytime. The location was also great — close to many major attractions, making it very easy to get around.

It was a bit strange that there wasn’t a kettle in the room, so every morning I went downstairs to ask for hot water. I actually enjoyed chatting with the staff during those moments, but it was a little inconvenient since sometimes I just wanted the option to make hot water in the room myself. The overall experience wasn’t five-star quality, but it was good enough for a comfortable stay. I also found it amusing and charming to casually see the staff taking a smoke outside or hopping on a scooter to go home. The only downside was that the reception staff didn’t know when my deposit would be refunded when I checked out, which left me a bit unsure.

Location and the possibility to have a Yoga class

Some staff (not all) did not know the hotel. I stayed in the room 112 and he sent us to the 1st floor without telling us to go to the connecting building.
So we had to go back to the reception to find our room.

Very nice staff. Lovely ambiance /aesthetic. Pool and hammam. Great location. Nice touches.

The key system is a little odd.

The rooms were small and not much space for luggage or items.
They need to inspect items to make sure they are working such as safe, TV, coffee machine also need to inspect bathroom items to refill as in soap, tissue box and others

This is a 5* hotel as described: the staff is kind and multilingual, the facilities are clean and nice looking, the spa is fully functioning and the whole hotel is stylish.

I expected the room to be bigger given the pictures. There's little space between the sides of the bed and the walls which is standard in Paris, but it did not show in the pictures. Do us, it wasn't a problem but other people may want to know.

I wasn't quite sure what it meant "with private access to gym and hammam". It means that you have the steam room and the gym room for yourself for half an hour every time you book (once a day seemed to be the norm). The pool access is not private but since it's max 6 people, we were often alone. All of these are in the basement and cannot be privately accessed from your room, it almost looked like that as the room pictures included the pool.

Last tip: lock when you go into the steam room as we had some people opening the door during our time without knocking nor notice. I think they were just hoping to start their half an hour 15 minutes early/ protract their stay. The staff is in the towel room if you are looking for them.

Beautiful property. Wonderful attentive staff. Lovely restaurant and bar all in a great location in the 9th. Pool and gym outstanding … cannot recommend this property enough and will definitely be back.

An extra luggage rack would be helpful but that’s all.

The location is convenient.
The team was very welcoming and the restaurant menu was tasty. The spa is nice for a relaxing break in the city.We really enjoyed our stay.It felt like a little cosy quiet cocoon in Paris.

The hotel was quiet and away from the main tourist sites. A short 5-minute walk was some nice bars and restaurants.

The pool and steam room are all small and you have to book times. This is overlooked and other people can take over your allotted times meaning that there is no room for others.

During our time a couple locked the steam room which required a member of staff to come and unlock the main door. When entering afterwards it was clear that they were doing more than just use the steam room.

Excellent boutique hotel with A-grade staff, great pool & small gym (a very unique surprise..), lovely lounge and restaurant, and clean comfy rooms (including beds and pillows!).

Room given was a decent size, not like the smaller rooms in Paris. there's an indoor heated pool and suana available for booking with guest services. we did not have their breakfast, but the breakfast corner was nice courtyard and weather was fantastic, instagram worthy place.

Lift was small, could only fit 2 with luggage but that is a small issue.

The staff were very helpful and polite.
The rooms were spotless as was the pool which we used 3 times during our stay.

On a quiet street and very close to the metro

Some appliances in the room 202 not working: a fridge and kettle. Vent in the bathroom not functioning. But the staff compensated those with free breakfast one day of our stay

Wonderful and helpful staff, I had a freshly renovated room, pool and spa are great - the hamam is fab after a day working in Parks-, everywhere super clean and good smelling.

Loved everything

Great location, one minute walk to metro Cadet, 10 minutes walk to other 2 metro stations nearby. Walkable to Lafayette commercial area and Montmartre. The hotel itself is fabulous designed and decorated. Room’s comfy and clean, the Amenities are quality.

Loved pretty much everything about this place.
The staff were INCREDIBLE.

The only thing we could have wished for is a slightly simpler room service menu.
Not that we wanted to eat in much, but the menu could have done with a few more basic items, like fries, or a simple sandwich.
My partner doesnt like truffle, so she couldnt even have the toastie.

Hotel staff are extremely friendly, our son was unwell on our checkout day and they were extremely helpful allowing him to relax in a quiet area at rear of foyer, providing plenty water and allowing use of faculties next to the pool.

Rooms are comfy and spotless clean. House cleaning staff do a fabulous job, thank you!!

Breakfast excellent with lots to choose from, both hot and cold.

Hotel is ideally situated a short walk from central Monmatre, and a slightly longer pleasant walk from Louvre.. Metro station is literally a couple of minutes away.

Thoroughly recommend this hotel and we won't hesitate to book again next time we visit fabulous Paris..
