Staff were really, really superb! Friendly, helpful, courteous and professional. I don’t recall everyone’s name but everyone made our stay a delight. Room was very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast room and lunchroom/bar/terrace on the roof were lovely, as was the food. The concierge set up a splendid day trip to Valpo and Viña for us! Our great thanks to the whole staff. :)

An incredible hotel, in an incredible location, with incredible staff. Nothing short of an amazing stay.

The Singular is a lovely boutique hotel in central Santiago. Many of the tourist sites of Santiago are within a short walk of the hotel, so it is ideally located for visitors to the city. The staff of the hotel were without exception utterly charming and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The rooftop restaurant and bar were also excellent. Our room was reasonably sized for a central city location and comfortably appointed. I throughly enjoyed my stay.

excellent location. the street literally around the corner is full of lovely restaurants. walking distance to the central market and other museums the breakfast is all-you-can-eat table service. we love it, especially for the special juice of the day. we had guava , strawberry, custard apple juice! the pineapple jam was excellent too. room service is decent and tasty. room is spacious. we both liked the mattress and enjoyed our sleeps. all staffs are friendly and helpful.

Our stay was lovely, the staff were incredibly helpful. the room was a great size and very well appointed and the location was fantastic.

If I am being picky, we arrived late so got room service and thought the food could have been tastier. Breakfast was delicious although we struggled multiple times to get the waiters' attention.

The service was fantastic - they really go out of their way to welcome you. The hotel was beautiful including rooftop bar and the spa. We loved our stay here and would definitely come back.

- location is great/ Lastarria, close to old part of town, walking distance to cute little restaurants. Mercado centrale, Santa Lucia Hill, etc. - great breakfast/ poached eggs were my favorite - food in the restaurant was awesome/ ceviche is fantastic and must try, - pamper yourself with pisco sour in a hotel bar on a terrace with a great view of Santiago and San Cristobal (funicular) - very helpful, nice and kind staff - they gave us great advice about everything whatever question we had!

The staff there is amazing! Everyone was very helpful and the service was impeccable. Martín (hopefully I remember it correctly) at the front desk was very patient and explained the facilities etc to me carefully and gave me some very good suggestions. I also like the ambience and decoration inside the hotel but It is the people there that will remind me of this hotel for many years to come!

The facilities could be better. During my stay, the steam room was not working. (Again the staff was so friendly and even asked me if I wanted a bottle of sparkling wine.)

The Singular has an exceptional location. From the hotel the tourist can walk to most of Santiago's attractions. The service was impeccable and respectful. The concierge, Senor Martin, was most helpful

All of the staff are so lovely and friendly. Always happy to help with questions as well. The hotel is located in such a great interesting and lively area. It was so great to walk out the door and have so many fantastic choices of restaurants. The Hotel restaurant is hard to beat with the most amazing view! The Pisco Sours became a daily treat! We stayed for 10 lovely days and recommend a deluxe room with balcony. We were in 606 and it had a beautiful view of San Crystalobel.

It’s really beautiful and very well kept up. Very sedate and classy. I had a balcony room and it was just lovely, very spacious. The staff are really what make the place. I’m not sure I have ever stayed anywhere where the people are so kind and helpful and knowledgeable and just incredibly nice. It really made my stay special.

Beautiful, clean and relaxing

The hotel has a great location in Lastarria and a very fine restaurant on the room top as well as comfortable and well appointed rooms, but what males it special are the staff, especially the front desk and concierge staff. This is what staying in a top class hotel should be like. All of the staff were excellent and really made our trip to Santiago exceptional. This was our second stay and I can’t wait to go back. Highly recommended.

Beautiful, stylish and comfortable hotel for a spot of luxury after 2 weeks travelling around Chile. The room was spacious and equipped with everything we needed, including an adapter plug which was a nice touch. The staff throughout the hotel were exceptional. We used the rooftop pool area/bar which was a relaxing suntrap, and also ate in the rooftop restaurant (due to it being a public holiday, so not a lot of other places were open for dinner). The dinner and breakfast the following morning were of a high quality. It’s also in a great location - we loved the Barrio Lasterria.

Where does one start? Pros: From the moment we arrived the attention to client was wonderful. We were met at the concierge desk and upon a quick check in we were off to our room. The room was a good size for our final night stay in Chile. The bathroom was quite large with a separate toilet and shower which one does appreciate. The staff were so lovely to leave us a bottle of champagne and note which we didn't expect and truly appreciated. We had dinner downstairs and Angela (from Peru I believe) was just the most delightful young lady. Service was spot on (I work in events/catering so I am always looking for the standouts) and the food was excellent. Compliments to chef and back of house. I made the mistake of not booking two full nights since our flight out was very late the next day. The staff extended our checkout and made every accommodation for us during the day. "You are our guest until we send you off to the airport" was what we were told and it was true. We had a few hours in the spa (ask for Isla) and ended up on the rooftop for a late lunch, taking in the sun and surrounding area of Lastarria. Took a lovely walk about the park and then the concierge Martin, found us a private car after our original driver had a mix up last minute. We would very much tell anyone going to Santiago to stay here. The staff are wonderful and patient with our poor Spanish. Have dinner here and definitely do a spa treatment but make sure to schedule ahead of time. Also if you have a long wait for an evening departure (US and Europe) add that extra stay on to relax in your room. Take time to walk about they have amazing Art Nouveau/Deco buildings*

We were told upon arrival they would take care of the luggage, which we took to mean our luggage would be taken up to our room. We had to call to find out were it was an hour or so after arriving. Very minor issue and they were so apologetic. Breakfast was included and we just made the end of it however we did order for my husband and though my breakfast came out his did not. The kitchen was closing but I enquired where it was and they made an exception and got him his breakfast. He didn't want to make a fuss but we did actually order it with mine so it wasn't an extra. Small hiccup too. Not a big deal at all at the end of the day. These were such minor bumps.

The staff at this hotel are exceptional. Probably the best in all my travels. They were courteous, respectful, accommodating and friendly. The furnishings in the rooms and common areas are beautifully done. Breakfast was delicious and all needs met. I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

A little more light in the bathroom would have been nice, but it was not terrible.

Beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast.

Wonderfully located and luxurious design. Fabulous rooftop with equally fabulous food and pisco sours. Good gym (big!)/spa. Tasteful à la carte breakfast. But the best thing are the members of staff: all extremely friendly and going out of their way to help.

A few more beds by the pool would have been great.

Gym area smelled funny

The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. When the airline lost our bags they called them on our behalf to help retrieve them. Due to an airline workers strike, we needed to take a long car ride to our next destination instead of flying, and they were very helpful in arranging the car serve.

The only thing that could've been better was the service at the rooftop restaurant, because for example we had to ask for bread several times before it came.
