St Regis Hotel, Vancouver

The staff were all friendly immediately. The concierge/doorman saw us pulling into the side road in our hire car and immediately he offered help,took our luggage and took it to our room whilst we returned the car. We had no USD on us so couldn't tip, but wanted to recognise his friendly and warm nature. Breakfast was taken to order.. fresh and tasty. Room was clean and large. Bedding crisp. Bathroom nice also. In good spot for restaurants. Hotel had nice lively bar with a fab friendly barman We also walked with our large cases to cruise terminal which took 10 to 12 mins downhill. We overtook taxis and ubers on foot! Some people may chose a hotel closer to the pier but the prices are a lot higher than the St Regis and walking was not an issue. A friendly personal property.

The location, room and staff were brilliant. Surprised there wasn’t a fridge in the room and we didn’t really enjoy the breakfasts but everything else was amazing.

Light system. Could not turn on bathroom lights without turning on room lights. Crazy system!!

I mistakenly thought this was part of the American St Regis. However it didnt matter. the hotel and location was lovely.

I love their included breakfast. It's by far the best included breakfast I've ever had.

Perfect location. Easy walking to attraction or shuttle service. Great breakfast. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable. We have already recommended this hotel to others. Love that an older hotel was updated and not torn down. Important to maintain history.

The city at night is noisier than we are used to. Nothing the hotel can do about that.

Location was great and staff was so kind. The rooms were very clean and newly remodeled. We had an enjoyable stay. The bathroom had heated floors which felt so great. The included breakfast was so amazing and delicious.

All staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially housekeeping and the porter/concierge! Our family of five was so grateful for the excellent breakfast included in our stay, it allowed us to start our day with ease.

Great location (sits right on top of two subway lines and close to bus stops that can take you to almost all major attractions in the area); excellent breakfast menu (we particularly enjoyed the omelette); very comfy room (bed and pillows were soft, shower room was spacious, and the underfloor heating in the bathroom was an extra bonus)

The building only had one elevator and it was rather small, can be a bit of an inconvenience if you have large pieces of luggage

The location is excellent Great bar and restaurant. Breakfast is very fresh and made to order. Relaxed atmosphere throughout our stay. Excellent attentive service from everyone working here.

Surprisingly quiet. Big bathrooms with nice products. Clean. Bed was comfortable. Not large rooms but fantastic for the price.

Little dodgy of neighbourhood but thar’s normal big city downtown. Pillows were to fat and a little hard.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The hotel is in a very convenient location. I don't think the elevator was too slow.

The lobby was a bit small, and there was no car park. Anyway, that's acceptable to me.

Great location close to Rogers arena, and down town shopping area. good restaurants near by. close to train station.

I loved how helpful the staff was from the front desk manager down to the cleaning staff. Gave us great ideas for things to see nearby, even recommended a place close by to exchange currency for no charge.

The drug use on the street around the hotel and how much the late night street noise came into the hotel rooms on the lower floors.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Very accessible to church, tourist spots and train station is just few steps away.
