How accommodating the staff is, EVERYONE is so chipper and seems like they really like being there and being friendly and helpful!
I didn't like that I couldn't take that adorable puppy to my room with me for a night (hehe)

It made my work trip so relaxing. Bar and food on site. And the staff were all so nice. 10/10 recommend.
Beautiful, valet parking, they brought my bags up to my room, the room was big. It had a perfect work area where I could display my laptop to the screen in the work area, the shower was perfect and the bed was comfy.
Downtown close to everything. I was there for work and it was 1 block away from the corporate office, but it is close to everything. Easy access to every direction. Very modern and clean.

It was a nice trip and I wouldn’t mind staying again even with the valet.
The location wasn’t completely in the center but we could walk to a movie theatre and convenient store like 7/11. Now the traffic was…well it was downtown but no onsite parking which was annoying but we just walked more. Parking is valet only and $28 a night so keep that in mind.
Valet parking being the only option. I’m from Tampa and there’s some free parking options but in Orlando there is none, which is at no fault of the facility.

Wonderful, kind staff & very happy with the stay
The staff were so welcoming and kind & the facility was so clean and modern. Located very well if you’re going to a concert at the Kia center like we did. They even upgraded our room when we got there just because! Even the valet staff were so helpful and kind. I will def be staying here again when I come back to Orlando

Wonderful hotel for concert night
Staff and location were really great! We were traveling with our dog and they were so welcoming to us, including treats after outside time. The best Aloft we have stayed in.

Exceptional hotel, very clean, large rooms!
Everything was perfect, we loved our room. Very clean, so large and comfortable. Our t.v. remote didn't work and we were out of body wash, but that was a minor thing. Overall, loved it! Walking distance to our concert at the Kia Arena.
