25hours Hotel HafenCity, Hamburg

Excellent room with fantastic decor, including a custom-designed wallpaper that had its own catalogue to show you the cultural significance of its features. There was a vinyl room where you could play music, hangout spaces including vintage typewriters and old skool Nintendo 64. The breakfast was good. The elevator decor was like the inside of the cargo hold of a ship. Fascinating attention to detail if you know your ship history.

I was confused about how to use the sauna and the changing space etc. was not separated by gender; I didn't feel clear on the norms when I checked in or through the ample literature in the hotel room. Our hotel room was next door to the not-sound-insulated elevators which began running with customers from 6 am and it was REALLY NOISY.

Great location in the HafenCity area, only 25 minutes walking distance from the Central Station. Really nice features in the room as well in the entire hotel. Great communal areas and sauna overlooking the city.

It was all good.

The location was perfect, just a 20 minute walk from the train-station, and so much to see nearby.
The hotel has many quirky, creative, and enjoyable design elements, and was a great base from which to explore Hamburg.

1. Shower water pressure was quite weak.
2. Shower was quite small.
3. Bathroom sink did not drain properly, even after I mentioned this problem to the maid and the front-desk.

25hours was great as always, super kind staff and great easter eggs all over the place

The location was excellent, the room was cosy and stylish. Breakfast was perfect and in the evening the bar was beautiful, great drinks with a lovely laid back atmosphere to round off a day of visiting local attractions

Friendly personnel, amazing breakfast, comfortable bed, wonderful sight from the room window to the harbour.

Light concept, it was too dark as well as the mirror in the bathroom was too far away so I could not see properly while making up.

Stylish and extraordinary look and feel! Many nice things to discover inside the hotel. Great staff, very friendly and hospitable.

The room and all the facilities were perfect for my needs. The location for the event I was attending was perfect. I would recommend this to others visiting the area

Great location close to the Hafencity dock area. Plenty to see and do. Nice restaurants close by and many of the city's attractions within easy walking distance. 15 minutes to the centre of town. Unusually decorated hotel room - quite quirky and nautical. Didn't have the breakfast or try the restaurant. Plenty of options just around the corner.

Room looked out over 3-4 levels of apartments so not much to see and we felt like we were spying on everyone.

A hotel well thought out and really cool. Rooms are well set up, spacious and comfortable. All staff are friendly and helpful. Restaurant served extremely delicious high quality meals

It was a lovely surprise to find we had been upgraded to a huge room with a free minibar! Breakfast was good, including vegan options and English breakfast tea!

Finding the right entrance to the hotel was not easy, and the bar was in a different building. This was not ideal if you arrive late in the rain!

Quirky and interesting hotel with a nautical theme and friendly staff.

Some ‘if onlys’ would’ve made it even more comfortable-
If only the wifi worked for me on the 6th floor.
If only there was a functional luggage rack.
If only the music on the 1st floor wasn’t so loud.
If only the chair was not a hard metal one.
But I still loved the hotel.

The Style was fun and inviting.The Hotel was a good vibe.

Construction unfortunately direct across the street . Sleeping with an open window was not an option. A night cap with kool Music was missing to end the day. The Restaurant was ok.

It is in a much more stylish and safe place than other neighborhoods of the city. The design of the hotel, the size and cleanliness of the rooms are flawless. The staff is friendly.

The hotel's entertainment facilities are less than other 25hours locations, but the record room is a great idea. I wish a little more attention was paid to the records
