Absolutely beautiful hotel! Location was superb, near to all the historical sites, walking distance to shopping, fabulous restaurants and very safe area. Staff was accommodating, professional and were willing to assist with your requests. Rooftop restaurant was wonderful with a fabulous few of the acropolis. All and all my stay was 10 stars!

This is perfectly located within easy reach of tourist attractions, local shopping and dining experiences. The panoramic views the hotel offers are stunning and the breakfast and dining areas strategically located on the top level. Enjoying a buffet breakfast each morning on the balcony, which also has retractable blinds when required, was a delight and the food selection and quality was excellent. The pool/bar area also offered beautiful views and both welcoming after morning tours. The staff & particularly reception were outstanding, friendly and extremely helpful with directions, booking tours or transport. They went above and beyond. This was a fabulous hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Front desk staff were very thoughtful and helpful throughout my stay. Location is perfect. Breakfast very good and the view is stunning. I stayed in difficult circumstances with an emergency at home and the front desk staff were very helpful.

The air conditioning/ ventilation shaft at the back of the building is quite noisy, so I could not leave my window open, because it was too disruptive to sleep. One male member of staff in the breakfast area was distinctly unhelpful.

Excellent location, comfortable room and bed, decent sized shower, the majority of staff were very friendly and helpful.

Poor service by the pool. Sat in the garden bar for 15 minutes and received many insect bites when I hadn’t been bitten when out in other Athens restaurants and bars.

The hotel is in a great location, and the views of the Acropolis from both the Rooftop & Pool are fantastic. The staff are all extremely helpful, especially around the pool and at reception. Breakfast runs very well, and there is a good selection of hot & cold options, but I was surprised there was no ability to order anything specific at a 5* hotel.

There are also several reasons why this hotel falls short for me. 1. We stayed in the Superior room with a Garden view, however what isn’t listed on the website is that this overlooks a restaurant which stays open until 11:30pm/12am on the weekend. With loud music playing, we had to call reception to get earplugs to try and drown out some of the noise. 2. The walls are pretty thin, in our room you have the adjoining rooms bathroom right by your bed. I could hear them turn on the shower, and cleaning their teeth.. 3. For a hotel of such a substantial size, the gym is far too small, with minimal facilities including 1 treadmill for a hotel of hundreds of people? 4. There are no plug sockets by the bed, and no clock in the room; small touches but things I really think should come as standard.

There were no plug-ins by the beds for our phones. The room was tiny. The pool was tiny and not enough shade. Nowhere to sit outside in shade to relax and read.

Excellent hotel in the center of Athens, with a view of the Acropolis, a rooftop restaurant, and excellent service. The rooms are small but very cozy.

Location was fabulous, close to all the sites and restaurants! Breakfast with an amazing view of the Acropolis took your breath away not to mention the lovely spread! The girls at the front desk were great with giving us suggestions for restaurants to visit that were their favorites! Overall incredible facility!

Absolutely one of the best hotels in Athens. It was beautifully appointed, incredibly clean, and we were well taken care of by the staff. The view from our room was breathtaking, and the breakfast provided was delicious. We will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything felt luxurious and thoughtful. The robes and slippers were such a nice touch—it really made us feel like royalty. The air conditioning in the room was excellent, which made for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast spread was fantastic every single morning—honestly one of the best I’ve ever had! The views of the Acropolis were stunning, and we also really enjoyed spending time at the pool and trying out the on-site restaurants. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations. I can’t wait to come back!

A wonderful stay. The location is perfect, right in the Plaka district, walking distance to most attractions. The 360 views from the hotel and pool are awesome. The breakfast spread was exceptional.

Great Location, walking distance to many things. Exceptional rooftop restaurant with unobstructed view of the acropolis. Nice pool area also looking at the acropolis.. ample and spacious lobby and sitting areas. Excellent staff , helpful. and the food was good. Highly recommended. I would go back in a minute.

I think the bed has to be one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The pillows were amazing too. Loved the staff in the spa, the massage was incredible. There was a lot of choice at breakfast, really good quality produce. Location was superb!

The equipment in the gym was a bit sparse. The heaviest weight available in dumbell was 10kg and (i think) 12kg kettlebell. The room was big enough for a single person, but would have been a squash for two. It was a double room.

Location was excellent. Breakfast one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had - both the quality and range of food, as well as the restaurant outlook - of course, this was reflected in room rate.

The pool was a delightful reprieve from sightseeing, but got very crowded due to its size.

The hotel is located in the Herat of the city, very convenient to all historic sites and markets.

Very central and close to the metro station. Could walk to most of the attractions. Breakfast was very good with a view of the Acropolis and the hotel was clean. The staff always friendly.

We had to immediately change room to get a walk-in shower and more space. Teas and milk in room were not replenished (but we didn't ask). Pillows were incredibly thick, hard, and heavy.

The staff were super courteous from the front desk to the cleaning staff. The location is amazing. The breakfast buffet was superb. Very nice selection.

The fact that there is no plug next to the bed. I have apnea and have a CPAP machine. They did, however, supply an extension cord, but it was akward having it run across the room. I had to he careful at night not to trip. It should also be mentioned more clearly that the parking is not free or the fee should be indicated in the booking process.

The room was located close to the air conditioning machines, which created some noise. The door was right next to another room’s door, so there was quite a bit of noise as well. Also, the bathroom door was made of glass, which means you could see inside; in my case it was not an issue as I was travelling alone, but it could be uncomfortable for others.

The only drawback was that my room was directly under the restaurant, so I could sometimes hear chairs being moved and, on Saturday night, conversations and laughter.
