Everthing. The both personal and professional welcome from reception team at arrival. The rooftop bar and pool (it was just a little packed... before 6pm... but still, just great). The breakfast with stunning views on Acropolis and the city down to the seaside. The room with a fantastic view on Acropolis. The restaurant downstairs in the garden with innovative cuisine.

if you insist... maybe it would be possible to expand the roof terrace to provide another 6-8 day beds... that would reduce rush hour. But again, even so, we would first sit near the bar... and get some daybed later.

Ower bathroom fun didn't work . It was not fixed during all ower stay.

Great location! Comfortable!

The AC kept turning itself off. The Doormen were always on their phones, and never offered help or a welcome.

Nothing wrong at all

As soon as you arrive, you have this 5 star feeling. The valet came right away to our taxi. All the staff was very nice and smiling at the reception desk. I found that the hotel lobby, pool area and roof top restaurant looks better in person than in the pictures.

The rooftop restaurant was already full even though we went right away in the morning to make a reservation for that same day

Great location with rooftop bar & restaurant with views to the Acropolis and to the ocean. Comfortable good size room. Easy walking distance to the Plaka area with restaurants & shops, also close to Acropolis.

Weak internet in room

The breakfast was delicious - the rooftop dining room looked out to the city, and the Acropolis and Parthenon and St. George’s church on top of a mountain on the other side. Just gorgeous day or night. Very close to restaurants and shopping. We needed another suitcase for souvenirs and got one within walking distance.

Friendly polite staff, good choice and picturesque Acropolis view at breakfast, comfortable accomodation. 5-7 minutes walk to all the central sights and cultural places, a lot of nice cafes and restaurants around. Liked it all about the hotel.

Some small details to pay attention (didn't spoil the general impression, but could be improved) It would be great to add porridge at breakfast menu Outside pool water was really freezing (wish it could have been heated) Only one hook in the bathroom (not enough to hang towels for all the members of the family), no special dryer system to dry one's swimsuit after the pool.

Very beautiful rooms - great view of the Acropolis from breakfast (included) and dinner if you chose to eat at the hotel. We could also see the Acropolis from our balcony.

The whole area had graffiti on it - turns out that there is graffiti everywhere in Athens but I worried at first that the area wasn’t safe.

Location is amazing, both for walking to every popular area and sites and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Roof top bar/restaurant is a stunning feature.

Excellent location in historic Plaka with an easy walk to all the major sites. Very impressed with the breakfast and enjoyed having it in the rooftop restaurant with an amazing view of the Acropolis and Athens.

Obscure entrance, not well manned. Swimming pool and Spa were closed for my stay, the alternatives were not satisfactory.

Amazing view, great service

This was a great hotel, with a phenomenal view of the Acropolis while dining at the restaurant or relaxing by the pool. Some staff were slow to check on us but, overall they were great. A somewhat larger issue was the walls are very thin! We heard several alarms going off during the night, and the bathroom was quite small with almost no storage drawers, shelving etc. Otherwise, it is a gorgeous venue and it really is close, but not too close, to all the sites and the market. And the food was amazing.

Very nice hotel, great rooftop dining with views of the Acropolis. Great shower. Really nice bed. Wi-fi was good. Free water in the room. Nice staff.

Not enough plug sockets, food/drink in the room was expensive (5 euros for a packet of crisps). Was near the lift, it was quite noisy and not very soundproof.

This is our 4th stay at this superb hotel. Firstly the location is literally a 2 minute walk to Plaka and nearby amenities. The staff go out of their way to make sure you have a wonderful time in Athens. Breakfast is plentiful, and you can enjoy your breakfast in the rooftop restaurant with the amazing view of the Acropolis. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

the Premier rooms that are more expenssive have older bathrooms, and the noise level from the construction is disturbing

One of the best hotels we stayed in Europe: cosy, location, service, breakfast, view from the restaurant, very well trained and attentive staff.

On the last day we had to leave early in the morning, 6 hours before the flight and stayed in the airport as they decided to close the center of Athens at 7:00 in the morning for a parade, which planned to be at 10-10:30(

Location is perfect to get around Plaka, Plaza Syntagma and Partenon, though not easy to access by car. Staff was friendly and food good. Views of Partenon gorgeous

Asked for twin beds got a queen. Would suggest to put 2 luggage supports

Breakfast was incredible with a magnificent view over the city and of course the acropolis! Staff is very friendly and the hotel location was amazing. It’s in the center of the city and you can get to all the important sights within minutes - it’s all in walking distance, we didn’t have to order a taxi (apart from the drive from and to the airport).

I expected our room to be a bit more modern than it was, given that the hotel is a 5-star.

It’s seems to be an old property the rooms are maintained but very old style, outdated and worn out.

We had a short but wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful, with a spectacular view of the Acropolis. Food and service were very good as well and our room has a large balcony looking out to the Acropolis as well. Would love to stay longer next time.

The hotel location is excellent!! All attractions are in 5-15 minutes walk.

Fantastic customer service , food ( dinner and breakfast ) was exceptional with a sublime setting looking at the Acropolis Room was very comfortable , with lovely toiletries and appointments

The location of the hotel is excellent. Close to all the shops. The view of the acropolis was spectacular and each morning we enjoyed the delicious breakfast with an amazing view of the city and the acropolis.

We loved everything.

The staff was kind and helpful. The location was perfect for our first trip to Athens. The views of the Acropolis cannot be beat. The breakfast each morning was a wonderful way to start our day. We will return!
