Location - was able to walk everywhere from hotel for my tours. Good value for money for this hotel and the service was excellent

The location is the best, and the service was impeccable. The staff go out of their way for you. The rooftop restaurant and the one on the ground floor are both outstanding with regard to the atmosphere and food quality. In short, a small gem.

The room was much smaller than what Ii expected based on the picture, and the hairdryer kept switching off.

A warm and welcoming hotel with excellent, attentive staff. From reception to the wonderful ladies who cleaned and tidied the rooms everyone we met was a credit to the hotel. The spa and the roof top bar were outstanding. I had possibly the best massage ever in the spa and the roof top bars signature Mediterranean Spritz was a taste sensation. The location of the hotel being in the heart of Plaka is very convenient and walkable to many historic landmarks and attractions. The rooftop restaurant with views of the Acropolis at breakfast was also a wonderful way to start the day with an excellent and plentiful breakfast selection of fresh juice, pastries, fresh bread, cheese, yoghurts, fruit aswell as bacon, eggs and sausages. Again the breakfast waiting staff were both friendly and professional.

Perfect location, lovely rooms, great breakfast, and a wonderful atmosphere. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The hotel is right in the city center, within easy reach of everything.

A wonderful terrace bar where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast and amazing cocktails with a breathtaking view. You can also savor a cup of coffee in your room while taking in the same stunning scenery. Housekeeping service checks and cleans the room three times a day without disturbing you.

Front desk/concierge staff amazing, could not be more helpful. Superior room worth it for unforgettable view. Cleaning staff very helpful, regularly topped up with water. Good outdoor pool. Nice but small indoor pool.

Spa staff very helpful the first day when we went to swim. The second day we were told there was a reservation system for the pool. The pool is small but can handle more than two people. This was very disappointing.

It was a nice, clean, friendly; hotel, the staff was friendly and especially the ladies who supplied the room. The view from the breakfast/dining area was to die for - the Acropolis and the Parthenon, overlooking all of Athens - charming.

IT was in a good location (once we found it). Apparently there are a variety of Electra Palaces, and when we told out driver that it was Electra Palace, he dropped us off at Monastaraki Square, where my "maps" app said sure, there was a hotel there, but where it pointed us, there was nothing of the sort. We talked to people, they said go this way, which we did and NO hotel. Finally, hot and tired, we got someone to call another cab and it wasn't even close. Mostly it was my fault because I gave the driver "Electra Palace" hotel without giving the specific street address. The hotel he found you had to walk to, which we thought was odd - but the "real ELectra Palace" was on a street, not far from the Plaka, which I enjoyed very much. So, it a warning to me, NEVER give the name of the hotel without giving the location too.

Perfect location, we had a quiet room on the backside. Great breakfast with a perfect view of the Acropolis. If you need to park your car while staying in Athens, consider staying at this hotel, as it has a perfect underground parking facility.

Rooms are a bit small, considering the price.

This was a beautiful hotel with lovely staff members. The area however was not for me. I would have preferred to stay in town and been able to stroll around without paying the ridiculous taxi charges. The gym was adequate for what I needed. Breakfast at the hotel was very good.

There wasn’t anything to do at night, no where to walk or stroll around. Taxis were required to go into town at a cost of 20 euros each way for a ten minute ride.

Beds were very comfortable but the pillows were terrible and too thick and hard.

Location easy for tourism, the food for dinner and breakfast was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful particularly around organizing a taxi.

All was good really. It is quite expensive compared to other hotels we stayed in in Europe so is marked down for value for money.

We had an Acropolis view room with balcony. Got in late the fist night. After a long day of travel, what a treat to walk out on the balcony and see the Parthenon lit up on the hill! Breakfast was the best of 6 places we stayed on the trip, by far. The views from the restaurant were icing on the cake. ALL service interactions were perfect. Truly excellent service with a smile. After us old folks went to bed the last night, the "kids" stayed in the bar upstairs and got to know Lazarus. They think he's one of the coolest/nicest people they met on the whole trip. The beds were comfy, the HVAC quiet, and the hotel quiet. Nothing bad to say.

I am not a pushover, but I have nothing to say here.

Location was excellent for walking to different attractions, shopping and restaurants - couldn't have asked for better.

Really everything was great - if I had to point out one thing and so insignificant - the third bed (pull out couch) kind of slanted a bit

We are arrived late in the evening and were welcomed with cake and a drink which was appreciated after our long day . The staff were exceptional. Breakfast was great . The room is clean with wonderful views . I liked that the room had a coffee machine with pods . The hotel is in a perfect location for sight seeing . I will stay here again on my next trip to Athens !

Our room was facing a school yard. It was very noisy during the morning. Actually it wakes us up.

The hotel location is excellent. The restaurant had excellent views and was very comfortable for breakfast, drinks and dinner. The breakfast buffet is substantial with a great emphasis on Greek foods. The staff are very helpful and well-trained.

The pool bar closed quite early even thought it was still light and warm enough to remain on the chaise by the pool. There could have been more non-alcoholic options at the pool bar. The furnishings generally are a little dated, but are in good order.

Absolute luxury at every level. We had been travelling for a week so it was lovely to have a night here to reset with every need catered for. We had a lovely couple of hours lounging by the roof top pool before a cocktail at the bar, amazing views and cocktails. We were very grateful for our room upgrade too. Just fabulous.

This was our third stay at the Electra Palace. Although not cheap, we opt for this hotel because of it's pool, location and views from the roof terrace. The rooms are a little dated, but kept spotlessly clean. The hotel has recently made some changes and moved breakfast up to the roof level - what a spectacular view in the morning - the Acropolis and the hills surrounding Athens accompanied by a good breakfast. The staff were great, looking after us in every aspect. From a location perspective it is great - close to Plaka and also a few blocks away from the Metro at Syntagma Square. The environment is safe to walk at night and the main shopping district also lies a few blocks away. Good restaurants abound close by.
