They didn’t put water,coffee,tea enough on the room we have to call every day to provide us . Furniture old

The room was great, most of the days I even received a wonderful gluten free bread on breakfast, the team was extremely nice and professional 👌, very kind, coffee in the hotel is not cheap. , in general we loved the hotel, highly recommended, very clean and great area 🙏🏼😇 thank you

The bar was closed when we were there so unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy it, also for the steam room need to notify 30 minutes before and we had not enough time for that unfortunately

The gym! It is poor in therms of appliances.

Top class hotel, great location within walking distance of everything, room was lovely with great views, breakfast was amazing with so much choice, staff were so helpful with all our requests, would definitely stay again

Location is great, and the Hotel is a lovely historic building. The overall experience is that of old school, discrete charm, yet with a very modern twist. I cannot comment on Breakfast as we didn't eat at the Hotel for that meal, but did have one dinner there which was really delicious. We had one problem at the hotel, but that was dealt with very quickly and professionally, and to our entire satisfaction. In summary a very classy, relaxing experience..........thank you so much to all the Staff.

There is nothing we didn't like!! The hotel is beautiful, the location is great, staff were exceptional and food was delicious. Our room was gorgeous and the hotel really do go out of their way to make the Valentine Package extra special. It was amazing value for money and our only regret was not staying longer. We highly recommend a stay here and will definitely be back.

There really wasn't anything, if I had to be picky it was the swimming pool is quite small but as it is winter we weren't bothered as no plans to use it.

The best location and best hotel we stayed in Barcelona. It’s so clean and nice and historical. The staff is the most helpful and welcoming I’ve met.

Great location on Passig de Gracia. 15 minute walk to Sagrada Familia. Wonderful shopping and restaurants in the area. Lovely restaurant on site!!!!

On arrival it was amazing. Staff were really friendly and accommodating. We were able to check in early. The staff were accommodating when my partner felt ill after eating over salted scrambled eggs by extending our check out time.

No openable window which without fresh air upset our sleep. The bathroom, generally not maintained well for this standard of hotel. You have to climb over the edge of the bath to take a shower which was difficult as I have a very unstable knee joint. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Sadly when ordering scrambled eggs they were very over salted and caused my partner to be unwell.

Lovely location and historic hotel

Reception staff on our arrival were a little abrupt. Our room was spacious but furniture was looking tired. There was a huge/ugly TV which took up a huge amount of space in our sitting area of the room which was out of keeping with the decor/period of the hotel

Great location, excellent staff and services, beautiful building and comfortable rooms

This was an iconic modernism hotel in an elegant neighborhood. It was luxurious without being overly pricey. The staff cleaned the room beautifully every day. The support staff was always courteous and helpful. The location was within walking distance of three of the iconic Gaudi houses. The Gracia neighborhood was upscale with many great restaurants within walking distance.

The only nit, and it is a small one, is that the bathtubs were a little difficult to get in and out of. Anyone who is short or has mobility issues would not be able to take a bath easily.

The staff was tremendous. The greeting staff and Bell Man were fantastic. Jose went above and beyond to get a taxi and reservation. It was extremely busy this weekend and he kept us on time. Thank you Jose!

The toilets are difficult to flush.

Entering this hotel felt like you were entering luxury. Lovely lobby with entertainment piano bar. The food was very good. We ended up having dinner there as well as breakfast is for both days the breakfast fabulous fresh eggs, omelettes anything champagne. The choices were very good. The service desk and the concierge were very nice recommending where do we eat for dinner? Very helpful to navigate. The bedrooms are very nice luxurious you won’t be disappointed overall from the mailman to everyone very nice hotel.

Toilet was very low to sit on if you had bad knees and I’m not sure how elderly or shorter people find getting out the bath as I struggled as a tall person

The fragrance at the lobby of the hotel which is very intense and unpleasant for our taste. Entering the hotel was our only negative experience. We’d recommend using something lighter.

The room was clean and was organised all the time. The rooftop was very nice. We liked that there is fully equipment WC around and outside your hotel room. Breakfast was very delicious and the crew was very nice.

The AC was set globally and without any option of fine tune it locally in our room. It was hot
