It's an amazing hotel in a great location. Got our upgraded room for small money. Advice - take the room at least on the 4th floor with the center view - it will make your stay much more convenient!

Breakfast doesn't worsen the price - 2 types of eggs, hot sausage, bacon, some sorts of cold pastrami, and cheese. So, my advice - go to the cafe where you will have a better choice.

The hotel is very nice and the employees are great. Also, the location is excellent because it is very close to restaurants and landmark.

Great hotel, nice location

Staff is helpful but has too much attitude.

Hotel is quirky, great area, lovely restaurant attached, great breakfast. Roof terrace bar gives fantastic views of the city. Good transport links.

Member of staff at check in was only interested in trying to get us to upgrade our room for extra money. Then the room we were given was substandard. This was exchanged the following day and everything was great after that. A member of staff Kaya rescued our stay, she was brilliant and so helpful.

Loved the location - super close to heaps of awesome bars and restaurants, the Neubau area is very cool. The hotel is super comfortable, lots of small touches made it great and went above and beyond - eg the Freitag bag available for your use during your stay, free minibar with a small selection of drinks and a chocolate bar. The rooms were colourful and had a good vibe. Bathroom very clean and stocked with amenities.

Aircon was not super strong which was a slight negative during my stay and as I had to leave it on given it was 32-34 degrees each day overnight, it was noisy and disrupted my sleep a bit. The double bed was two singles pushed together so couldn’t sleep in the middle of the bed as there are two wooden bed frames side by side. Laundry was extremely expensive so didn’t use the service even though I would have liked to and it would have been convenient (eg 4 euro for a pair of underwear, 9 euro for one shirt). This may have been formal dry cleaning though perhaps, I didn’t look into it further once I saw the price.

The lifts are heavily occupied by patrons of the rooftop bar that do not stay in the hotel. The towels and the pillows are old and tier.

Breakfast was great. Lots of tasty options to pick from, while including the more typical options as well. The location is great for visiting Wien. Several important landmarks are within walking distance, and there's several public transport options close by as well. The room was fairly normal for this type of hotel. The on site rooftop bar is nice as well.

The bed was comfortable but very very tall for some reason, so it was almost impossible to sit on it. The on site restaurant was short on options. Two nitpicky complaints but, at this price point, it should be better.

In love with hotel concept, simply incredible

25hour hotels always have the it factor. This is also usually why when in doubt, it’s the easiest option. Everything is easy, seamless and chic.

This time around we were surprised that the bed in a queen room was 2 singles shoved together and so we kept falling through the middle! Just an opportunity to improve this little “details“ that make a stay fantastic!

Impressive spread. A wide variety of hot and cold choices. All tasty. Served in a relaxing and well decorated restaurant.

I truly have only positive memories of this stay.

Everything from the excellent staff, to the roof-top bar, dog-friendliness and the extremely convenient parking,. Our first 10.0 after soon two decades travelling with Booking.com. We are definitely coming back next time we are in Vienna!

The location is perfect very close to everything downtown. The room is charming, comfortable and specially designed. The hotel has a closed parking lot for bicycles, I liked it very much

The hotel wants you to charge 70€ at check in to charge you the possible costs you will have during your stay. You can decline it to the check in operator if needed. I find this “provision” quite cocky and rude but you can quit it it easily when you ask. The hotel charges you 20€ if you want to check in before the 3pm.

Cozy atmosphere, excellent location, fantastic breakfast and restaurant.

The room wasn't very clean (there was some dust and hair in the bathroom). Also, this kind of wall painting is more suited to a hostel than a hotel.

Friendly staff and we had a discounted upgrade to a larger room with a view, which was great and well worth it. Loved the quirky hotel design. The hotel is in a great location, close to the Museum Quarter and transport links.

No free tea/coffee facilities available.
