I feel very welcome in this hotel, the staff is sper freindly and the style is nice. I like the rooftop bar and the fiew from the frontside room. The location is perfect to reach the center and the nice destricts 7 and 8.

The location is perfect and near of most venues and attractions. The decoration of the hotel is one of a kind. The breakfast was excellent and with many options. We loved it.

We loved the location. We loved that it was close to transportation. Close to the Museums area. Loved the quirky accents of the hotel. Unique decor. Loved the rooftop bar. It gave us a smile. 😊

This hotel is an interesting place to stay, in addition to being convinient, in great location, and fantastic breakfast, and lots of people use it. The design of the lobby and the rooms is very nice, also with good sence of humor - which I liked very much. Fantastic breakfast, with everything you can think of, and plenty of it. The same place is italien restaurant in evenings. Free drinks from the minibar added to the great experiense. The staff was helpful, friendly and professional, and handled all requests with a smile. Overall, great experiense.

There is no place to unpack, we have just used our opened suitecases here and there on the floor and it was not comfortable. Beside that, everything was OK.

We we're a little upset at no tea and coffee making facilities but then on the info screened on the TV we saw we could go down to the mermaid area to make free tea and coffee. We went down and there was none. Asked to be told we can't go down there. That was quite disappointing. When we met the young man hovering the 2nd floor I asked him and he was my saviour, he got me a kettle. For me, this is really important.

I loved everything

It is a very modern hotel, rooms are really adorable. During our stay there were ongoing work at hotel lobby but still there was no sound at the room. Definitely i would choose this hotel again while staying at Vienna.

Only thing that i personally didn`t like is the very high price of Hotel parking. It was i think 40 euros per day which is very high. You have a public parking on the opposite side of hotel so you can use it. Do not made a mistake as me. :)

Great location - right next to the Museum Quarter. Stylish decorations, all with the circus theme.

Why does the shower have a big glass window looking right at the beds? You can close it (from outside), but there are holes in the shutter. I get the sex jokes and all, but not everyone travels with their partners.

The front desk staff were very invitational and helpful. Everyone was kind and seemed to put their guests' stay at the top of their priority list. The restaurant staff were outstanding and the food was very good. The layout of the room was perfect for two people. The little extras, like a blue tooth speaker, made the stay very relaxing.

Great Hotel, Location is good enough! Especially for the price.. there was work going on when we went, so put a small dampener on it, but the room was great, and the rooftop bar and club!!! For the price I could not recommend this more!

Location, very handy in Museum quarter. Great roof top bar with views over the city. The restaurant served lovely food and great pizzas. Bar staff were chatty. 13A bus to/from train station drops you off 2 blocks away.

No wardrobe space

A very fun and quirky (in the best way possible) hotel. The location of the property is wonderful, just 5 minutes away from the city hall and 10 minutes way from the center, you have everything you could possibly see in walking distance. The facilities and cleaning are great, the design is very fun and the property itself is very quiet. The hotel itself has a very distinct and fun vibe, and the rooftop bar is a nice place to hang out. It’s a really nice place to stay if you plan on visiting Vienna. We totally recommend it!

I love the design of this place, the rooftop bar is great and the rooms are quite special.

The gym looked great but wasn’t particularly functional. Payment for extras (parking, the dog) was not well organised, several attempts were made to take the funds from my account, even after I mailed the hotel to suggest that the amount be subtracted from my deposit. It took a few days for the situation to be resolved after we had checked out, and I wasn’t contacted directly at any point. I felt that was quite unprofessional.

Great hotel with friendly staff. Well located. Silent although you can also party if you want to for the bar upstairs. Good music too and the Italian food was nice and not overpriced. I also appreciated the réactions when I said I broke a glass by mistake.

Stayed here several times always great funky boutique hotel in superb location. Thoroughly recommend. Good big breakfast if a tad expensive. Try it 😀

Very quirky hotel friendly staff good location and value for money

The hotel is located at the bustling Museum Quarter in Vienna, surrounded by all the marvelous landmarks. Amazing restaurants and cafes are in walking distance. The rooms were nice, well-designed and clean obviously. And the breakfast was amazing!!!

20 euros a night for a pet was a little much, considering that our pet is a Chihuahua.

Location. Fun design. Mostly friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Very good sound insulation to outside noise. Super good pizza in restaurant.

Construction work in the reception also involved one of the elevators, so long wait times, and with the staircase in the other end of the building, made it a bit inconvenient. Overpriced breakfast. Shoe horn should be standard in room.

Great location, room was very cozy, not the fan of the ilustration on the wall but it is classy :) Fantastic breakfast with many options to choose from and rooftop bar with a great view at the city.

Did not like the designer bathroom window, which was overlooking to our bedroom, there was a wooden plate to cover it, but the plate came with holes in it. Otherwise the room was perfect for two day stay. Be aware of the 75 EUR deposit on card.

It was a lovely stay and the staff was very kind and helpful, they also gifted bottle of wine for my 30th birthday which I think was very kind of them. The spa is also very big and spacious.

25hours hotels are always very unique and I really like their commitment to environmental sustainability. The need was comfy and the staff was super friendly.

We absolutely loved this hotel, the character and charm was very refreshing to see. We loved the room and facilities. The bathroom was great, the bed was comfy, also free mini bar was a great surprise. Which allowed me to try Fritz Kola and then I got hooked on it! Wifi was perfect, location was good with underground bus nearby

This is such a quirky hotel -- circus themed all throughout the property including our room's walls! We understand that this design choice will not appeal to everyone but it definitely tickled our fancy. The breakfast was superb and location fantastic being a short walking distance to museums. The room was clean and quite spacious.

This hotel aims to be at the forefront of sustainability which is fantastic. Because of this, they do not service the rooms everyday and room refresh has to be requested at the front desk. It was okay for us but to be honest -- we prefer our rooms done up and serviced everyday. It is a tiny issue compared to how superb we were looked after but thought to put it here in case it important to other future guests.

Location and the style

Building renovation and Construction had blocked direct access from the street to the lobby, making it extremely difficult to move luggage from the street to the temporary lobby at level basement. We had to drag our luggage via stairs to get to the lobby. This was not disclosed before our booking.

Nice room and good breakfast.

First, I like the location as it's at the heart of the city. Second, the toilet floor is warm so it's comforting after shower. I love it actually. 3rd, free coffee is availble at the lobby.

The hotel should have informed us that it's under renovation.

everything is great and the staff is amazing (speaking numerous languages and letting us to have late check out).

You can hear the party from the rooftop bar on the higher floors.
