Stayed here several times always great funky boutique hotel in superb location. Thoroughly recommend. Good big breakfast if a tad expensive. Try it 😀

Very quirky hotel friendly staff good location and value for money

The hotel is located at the bustling Museum Quarter in Vienna, surrounded by all the marvelous landmarks. Amazing restaurants and cafes are in walking distance. The rooms were nice, well-designed and clean obviously. And the breakfast was amazing!!!

20 euros a night for a pet was a little much, considering that our pet is a Chihuahua.

Location. Fun design. Mostly friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Very good sound insulation to outside noise. Super good pizza in restaurant.

Construction work in the reception also involved one of the elevators, so long wait times, and with the staircase in the other end of the building, made it a bit inconvenient. Overpriced breakfast. Shoe horn should be standard in room.

Great location, room was very cozy, not the fan of the ilustration on the wall but it is classy :) Fantastic breakfast with many options to choose from and rooftop bar with a great view at the city.

Did not like the designer bathroom window, which was overlooking to our bedroom, there was a wooden plate to cover it, but the plate came with holes in it. Otherwise the room was perfect for two day stay. Be aware of the 75 EUR deposit on card.

It was a lovely stay and the staff was very kind and helpful, they also gifted bottle of wine for my 30th birthday which I think was very kind of them. The spa is also very big and spacious.

25hours hotels are always very unique and I really like their commitment to environmental sustainability. The need was comfy and the staff was super friendly.

We absolutely loved this hotel, the character and charm was very refreshing to see. We loved the room and facilities. The bathroom was great, the bed was comfy, also free mini bar was a great surprise. Which allowed me to try Fritz Kola and then I got hooked on it! Wifi was perfect, location was good with underground bus nearby

This is such a quirky hotel -- circus themed all throughout the property including our room's walls! We understand that this design choice will not appeal to everyone but it definitely tickled our fancy. The breakfast was superb and location fantastic being a short walking distance to museums. The room was clean and quite spacious.

This hotel aims to be at the forefront of sustainability which is fantastic. Because of this, they do not service the rooms everyday and room refresh has to be requested at the front desk. It was okay for us but to be honest -- we prefer our rooms done up and serviced everyday. It is a tiny issue compared to how superb we were looked after but thought to put it here in case it important to other future guests.

Location and the style

Building renovation and Construction had blocked direct access from the street to the lobby, making it extremely difficult to move luggage from the street to the temporary lobby at level basement. We had to drag our luggage via stairs to get to the lobby. This was not disclosed before our booking.

Nice room and good breakfast.

First, I like the location as it's at the heart of the city. Second, the toilet floor is warm so it's comforting after shower. I love it actually. 3rd, free coffee is availble at the lobby.

The hotel should have informed us that it's under renovation.

everything is great and the staff is amazing (speaking numerous languages and letting us to have late check out).

You can hear the party from the rooftop bar on the higher floors.

the hotel promote a "Roof Top Bar", but in fact it was a Night Club for external guest, so could not be used unless you wanted to be at a night club, with all that means.

Nothing, all great. However, the breakfast costs 30€, which I find completely overpriced, and the price for one night for a single bedroom was high.

We liked the location, girl at check in was lovely and very helpful.

The fact that you have to tell at the reception each time hou need the towels yo be changed.

Great location, in the heart of the city, minutes away from all the attractions. Excellent rooms with exquisite design, great lounge with refreshing water and lemon to quench your thirst. Impeccable breakfast, honestly, one of the best I've ever had: champagne, fresh juices that you could prepare yourself from their fruit and vegetables, instantly, all sorts of salads and charcuterie as well as cheeses, impossible to taste them all, much as you might want to. The Gigantic panorama room we had for 2 nights was worth all the money, the view was absolutely breathtaking, you could see the Parliament building and the park near the hotel. Comfy stay with free minibar( but there was not much to enjoy, I admit and they didn't replace the drinks daily). We found parking some 5 minutes away from the property, at a lower price( 28 euros/day) and we were able to leave the car there and this was a big advantage.

The day we left I asked the receptionist to prepare some packed breakfast for the 3 of us( we booked 2 rooms, a double and a single one) and they were kind enough to do it, but they only gave us two pieces, although there were 3 of us. Also, we changed rooms at one point and as we were waiting to move into the next one, one of the receptionists told us he would let us know when the room would be ready, but forgot about us for 2 hours so I asked another receptionist about the state of the new room and I found out it had been ready for some time( during this time we waited at the reception desk with all our luggage packed). The hotel restaurant offers a very narrow range of food, so I'm not sure if I would recommend it. Sometimes they only cook certain dishes starting with a certain time, so you can't rely on it too much, although the atmosphere is very cosy and the view a very pleasant one. These are small things and I'm sure they will deal with the negatives and make every experience unforgettable for each guest, they are only one step away from this!

Finally a hotel with great fantasy! We enjoyed every cm of our room. The bathtub on the balcony was great. After a difficult and hot day the bath above Vienna was refreshing! The breakfasts was great!

The location was excellent near the Museum Quarter and Neubau district with a lot of shops and restaurants. The bathroom was beautiful and functional. The decoration was fresh and playful with a cosy lighting. There was a great party vibe and stunning views from the rooftop terrace. Both pizza and breakfast in the hotel restaurant were great!

Our room was quite small with no sitting area.

Room was a bit stuffy. The hotel puts a hold of 75euro deposit and cost of room on credit card on arrival. If you only have a debit card it leaves your account and on check out you pay the cost of the stay again. So we paid 525 on arrival and 450 on checkout for a 450 stay. The 525 has not been returned to bank account 24hours after checkout so make sure you have alot of money in your account if you dont have a credit card. Don't get stung like we did

The privacy, exceptional helpful staff, fine choice of meals. I realised I had left a diamond present for my wife in a coffee restaurant near the opera house. forgive me but I cannot recall the ladies name (staff) at reception in her own time overnight recovered it.
