The hotel has a perfect location - in the city center, right on the river bank. The building is old and beautiful, but the rooms was modernized and comfortable.

The room was a bit small, but I guess that's part of the building's heritage - space is luxury :)

Lovely breakfast environment

The location is perfect, in the very center of the old city, incredibly beautiful view from the windows, clean, the staff is very attentive to each guest, the beds are very comfortable, everything is clean!

Everything- every detail was crafted to to make a stay very comfortable starting from the beautiful design and comfortable beds to the highest quality chocolate and sparkling wine awaiting us upon arrival, my kid got her own gifts, the staff at the front desk and beyond was attentive and accommodating, the breakfast was amazing.

The location is great 😊 right in the middle of old town facing water. Service was excellent. Unfortunately, it rain every day, so o could not use roof top but on the 1 floor restaurant I had drinks and they were good.Also had the best chocolate cake and I don’t usually order chocolate cakes because I feel they usually are too heavy and too sweet but not this one. It was excellent.

The size of the room was pretty small, the ceiling was low I felt like I was in the attic. The bed was not comfortable. I think it was 2 beds pushed together and was very difficult to sleep because it was definitely uneven.

Best Location ever. It is located in the center of everything and very convenience. Walkable distance to all attractions. Best view in the city if you stay on the riverside. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

You will need to call them for doing the bed and changing towel.

Amazing hotel, highly central

The boat service to the other hotels and restaurants in the family. E tried multiple of the restaurants and took the boat to Herrliberg where they had a car waiting to take us to one of their restaurants on the hill overlooking the lake and mountains. It was amazing!

Room was clean, comfortable and breakfast was nice. Location is ideal.

Room a little snug but the view to the water was nice.
