Check in was fast

All the powerpoint was not working except the one on the table. We had to use that for hair dryer and charging our devices. Matter was reported but not resolved immediately.Request for change of room was not handled over properly by change of staff.Follow up solutions provided by Nora was ridiculous and she does not seem sincere in solutions and instead conversations with her has some sarcasm.

If you enjoy showering in a stand up shower that does not drain and leaks into the bathroom floors this place is for you! (A five-minute shower took over an hour to enable drainage each time water was turned on). But at least there were enough towels to spend your relaxing time soaking up all the water leakage from the base of the shower: what a waste!

Breakfast great and staff was excellent.

I stayed here for 1 night during a business trip in March 2024, the hotel was recommended by my client due to its location. Once you find the entry (which is located on the side of the building), I was greeted by a courteous and friendly staff. The overall design and installation of the hotel made me smile at several occasions, there are many "gadgets" and it would appear that most rooms are designed according to a specific theme (mine was a "bank safe"). Lots of plugs ... but the desk is too small (see below). Breakfast was very good, also the restaurant on-site had a good tartar for a reasonable price. Personnel, however, seems to have a "varying degree" of attention to clients.

- The hotel claims to be a "business hotel" but the desk in my room could barely fit my (small) laptop and a sheet of paper. Overall, the room was dark (dark brown furniture, dark grey walls). Some furniture takes up a lot of space without being useful. - There were well-visible scratches on the wall. The blinds on 2/3 of my windows were broken and could not be moved up or down. The windows have not been cleaned in a very long time (see photo) and there was even a layer of dust in the wardrobe (see photo ... yes it's dark). - When I showed these two photos a few minutes later at the reception, her only reaction was a robotic "we are very sorry for this", with a tone that was not surprised at all. No excuse, no proposal how this could be fixed, no action - hence my downvote in the "staff" rating. This is seriously below the standard that I expect for a 4**** hotel. I have seen 3*** with better rooms and a better grasp of hospitality.

The employee are so friendly and helpful. Especially the Greek friend took great care of us. We thank him.

The bed matrass was banana shaped. High at the head side and feet side, low in the middle. The instant coffee in the room is just not what you expect in a hotel like this.

The staff was extremely friendly and made sure our stay was a wonderful one.

I expected more from a 5 star Hotel. The Rooms were wayyyy too small with too many bulky things around. The rooms were basically too congestes. Not recommended for someone with claustrophobia. There was no space to put the luggage and open it. We had to put the bags on our beds. The rooms smelt fishy. I dont know what caused that fishy/eggy odour but it was really extreme. We booked for 5 adults. They put an extra temporary bed in one of the double rooms which was way too small in length for an adult. The Temperature was too high and the AC didn't cool down the room at all. The car park is of the Hotel itself but not free! For just over an hour i had to pay about 6 or 8 euros. I didnt really like the stay there at all.

Nothing. It was just perfect for a couple in vacation.

Note: when you arrive from Zurich Airport and wanted tram transport chose Glittpark for other option you need to type it . Then direct zone . Price CHF 4.80 in 6 to 7 minutes you will reach Kameha hotel.

No Air conditioning during night I was sweating. Can't change the temperature and noted its not hotel fault but it's city law. The breakfast is very limited option with too expansive price. Prefer more food options for breakfast satisfy all taste of hotel guest.

ZERO VALUE FOR MONEY NO SECURITY , INDIAN PEOPLE ROAMING THE CORRIDOR ALL NIGHT SCREAMING THEY NEED A CHANGE OF MANAGEMENT THIS IS A TWO STAR HOTEL AT BEST

I paid for breakfast included but the hotel told me that it was not included and it was quite expensive to buy so I paid for breakfast outside of the hotel. I raised this with them but they did not offer a refund.

I was locked out of my room because the battery in the door lock was flat, the TV did not work.

Beautiful design - but as usual with these fancy hotels, it’s form over function…nice designed room. The price was attractive and the amenities were acceptable.

Deluxe room: 1. According to the pictures AND the description on the booking, a coffee machine is available in the room. Surprisingly there was only a kettle and instant coffee available. I was promised at reception that it would be rectified - and yes, I’m still waiting. 2. This has a bath, but if the bath plug is not functional the water leaks out - so what’s the point. Complicated lighting (and possible bluetooth) - couldn’t solve it satisfactorily without an engineer’s talents. Reception was a pain. Bar was so-so. This whole area smelled of smoke from the fumoir Cleaning is not up to standard - my wife discovered some hairs in the bath and around the basins. The sauna was only open from 15:00….

The hotel is well located, roughly less than 15mins to and from the airport and about 25mins to the city centre. It was a convenient location, close to the tram stop and the supermarket, etc. The staff were friendly and approachable. We’re grateful for the early check-in since our room was ready. Can’t really comment on the restaurant or bar as we spent most of our time outside. The hotel is kept clean and the rooms are uniquely designed and the beds are comfortable.

It started well but we had a number of issues during our stay. When we went in to our room, it looked well and the concept was quite unique, which we thought was nice as it was different. However, half of the curtains was barely hanging on and no one seemed to have fixed this. The TV wasn’t working and when I told reception, I was told to check if the remote had batteries, which it did but even after pressing the actual button on the TV, it still wasn’t turning on. There was only 1 set of amenities and towels, when the room was booked for 2 people and so I had to go down to reception and ask for another set as they weren’t answering the phone. After the issues we encountered on our first night, they moved us to a different room, but this time the TV was working but the mini fridge was not, and we needed it as we were staying for a good few nights and therefore, wanted to put in a few things that needed to be chilled. As for the amenities, it was the same issue as the first, and again I had to go down to ask for it, in which reception apologised again. Lastly, controlling the lights in the room is quite complicated, which is not exactly ideal but I guess you’ll get used to it eventually. There’s always room for improvement, so I would suggest that before rooms are allocated, please ensure to check that your electronics in the rooms are all working and that the amenities in the room are set for the no. of people booked in it, because it can be quite inconvenient to have to go down and ask every time.

Room was nice, bed was very comfortable and it was close to the airport. Pretty quiet. The gym was nice too and it did have an onsite Spa

No bath in bathroom. The TV also did not have built in casting ability (IBIS Styles Zurich does) where I could cast a streaming service from my phone onto the TV. The Bar was poor as was the food menu and staff did not know how to poor a pint correctly. No real atmosphere at the hotel, Quite boring Also, no swimming pool

Night parties internally until morning running sound through the rooms. Could not sleep at all. Air conditioning was not working at all even when it was set at the lowest with full fan. No European sockets nor loan adapters available at reception.

Interesting design of the room and doors.

The room wasn't ready at 15.20 We waited in the lobby more than an hour and they didn't even offer a coffee. The ventilation in the room didn't work, it just made noise. We opened the window wich was worse because of the airplanes and the kerosene smell. We were 2 and there was only one pair of shoes and one bathrobe.

Nice personnel, knowledgeable and friendly to help you. Breakfast has a good variety with fresh fruit and cooks who can make special dishes. Rooms were spacious and luxury.

The sliding doors between toilet and bathroom looks like a construction malfunction. It doesn't do the job and needs attention. The parking is very expensive and should be included in your total package. The cleaning standard should be equal, 1 room had bath-robes and slippers and the other didn't.

Asian style, modern, clean business hotel with good bed (mattress and linnen) very nice modern spacious shower and all amenities. The breakfast was outstanding for Zurich standard.

My room had not much natural light, I suppose it goes out to a terrasse of the inner yard. The location is a bit far from the center, but close to the Zürich airport in Oerlikon.

Very beautiful and comfortable room. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The restaurant and bar both close too early in my opinion. Especially since with the hotel's location there are not too many other choices if you arrive in the evening.

Condition doesn't work properly in the gym Quite difficult to work out in hot room. Gym also doesn't have any stretching area or even mats. What is really worrying is communication and sorting out queries. I've booked the room for 2 days with breakfast included in the price. I was really suprised to see 2 additional charges for breakfast on my bank statement. I've emailed the property admin and also sent the query through booking.com. It was done on 19/05/22 with the follow up on Saturday 21/05/22. Today is 24/05, nobody still hasn't got back to me. I don't think so awful communication should be maintained by the hotel graded by Forbes really.

Nice welcome, very nice design and space in the room. We loved the idea to leave the fridge empty and give a bottle of water as complementary. The room soundproofing was very good. At the reception, they helped us and let us do the check-in earlier which was very useful.

The curtains had some stains and the wooden part of the bed board wasn't clean. We didn't have the hairdryer in the room and we didn't receive an extra towel for our kid (the cleaner gave us a small towel). The fire alarm rang at 1 in the morning which was not so relaxing, but that's not related to the service that the hotel gave us which was very nice.

F&B and Bar concept made absolutely no sense to us. you need to order at the reception bc bar is closed but they serve you at the bar. it takes ages.

Breakfast was overpriced and didn't meet 5* hotel expectations. Room felt like being locked up in some kind of mental health facility due to the upholstered doors everywhere. Bed was okay.

The layout of the whole room. Minibar and mini safe were presented in a 'fake' big safe but it took up too much space. Then, the many mirrors which were back-reflective made me nervous. You couldn't sit on the toilet without being 'watched' by the person who showered and vice versa. Doors were all upholstered and had these 'safe' style handles, bath tub was not necessary and crowded the small bath.

Cleaning services (not room, more in general e.g. lounge, hallway, etc. Expensive parking fees, Bar closed, Quality of food in Restaurant (bred was like gum), restaurant closes early (21:30), one bottle of water in mini-bar, GUI of Entertainment system and room lights. Do not disturb button ist next to the light and hard to see. As a consequence the room will not be cleaned and you don‘t see in the room that DND is switched on. Waiting time at reception, fire alarm due to burned pizza, unprofessional staff. Worst condition of a five star hotel I‘ve ever seen in my live.

Breakfast is exceptional, in term of variety and quality. Rooms are clean. Very convenient.
