Amazing spa

Excellent breakfast with fresh products.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in, including when I was a travel agent for 10 years and went on familiarization trips all over the world. The staff was absolutely exceptional and made us feel welcomed and cared for, not like this is a job for them, but actually like they enjoyed us being there. I can't say enough about the subterranean Roman-Irish spa, you have to experience it yourself, words don't do it justice. The roof-top heated pool was as wonderful as you can imagine it would be. The rooms was clean, modern yet cozy. Dinner was delicious, breakfast was great. Our waiter for dinner was charming. The renovation to merge the historic brewery with the needs of a modern hotel was utterly well-done. I can't say enough about this hotel and the staff. It's reason enough to go to Zurich and an absolute no-brainer to stay here if you are in Zurich anyway.

Friendly staff, great location, easy access to thermal bath & spa. Maybe the best hotel in Zurich, for families with children to relax. Definitely thinking to re-visit..

The spa is incredible and a must must!! Perfect to have direct access from the hotel. The hotel lobby is stunning and perfect to sit any time of the day, evenings are most special! The breakfast is healthy, simple and delicious omelettes! The deluxe rooms ar delightful, loved the open shower concept! Large spacious and lots of natural light. Nice distance from the city and the views from the rooftop pool are totally worth it!

Phenomenal hotel! Super friendly and helpful staff, beautifully designed and spacious rooms, gorgeous library/bar space. Breakfast is excellent. Strongly recommend to visit the spa as well. By far the best hotel experience I've had in Switzerland. Will be my go to from now on!

The staff are insanely friendly knowledgeable and genuinely nice!

Our bath plug was broken and couldn't be replaced, so subsequently had to shower baby at the bottom of the shower where I found quite a lot of mold spots......which can easily be bleached and wiped away when I tried. Although a good bleach will keep from returning. Saying that I'd stay again, so that says a lot. besides above the rooms were truly amazing and beautifully & thoughtfully designed. They arranged a baby cot and even a baby towel which was sweet, oh amazing Nespresso machine (the good one) and lovely complimentary drinks in the fridge!! The hotel food is stunning!!! And breakfast is just wonderful and I have high standards! Eggs to order are divine....but now I will have other scrambled eggs to compare to so ruined me!!! Amazing chef!!

Beautiful hotel in a convenient location in the google campus but close to Wiedikon

My first room was a handicapped room which I asked to change and got a single bed room instead that had some loud noises. After talking to front desk i got another room the next day that was what i had booked and was perfect.

V modern and clean. Excellent breakfast.

Hotel took a £430 deposit without telling us. Refunded but we had to call them to ask what was going on.

Eating in the library was wonderful. The eggs were cooked perfectly. The coffee excellent.

Absolute exceptional customer service at this fantastic hotel. Great breakfast in the library and the Roman bathing facilities were brilliant. Definitely recommend doing the Roman bath therapy circuit. Will definitely be back. Thankyou...

Staying at B2 was a great experience. The hotel is beautiful. The room very comfortable and the staff absolutely amazing and friendly. The spa area is excellent and the rooftop pool is great. Both are easily accessible from the room using the lift. Also, dining in the library restaurant was memorable. The food was truly outstanding. It takes about 15 minutes to walk down the river. The city centre is a longer walk.

Beautiful interior spaces and rooms, connection to spa is excellent to decompress after a day of traveling.

Exquisite room, tall ceilings, two large windows, and great light, very airy, spacious and very clean. The restaurant room is beautiful Breakfast was included and very good, with eggs/omelettes made fresh on order, and a buffet of fresh bread, cheese, fruit etc.(the usual) Dinner was ok, menu a bit bare. Really lovely staff. Valet parking is on site (extra cost). Access to the spa a is very easy (extra cost).

Nothing, this hotel is perfect. Good to know: The spa/pool areas are independent from the hotel, and don't offer the same level of service. It is open to the public, and was way too busy (and quite rowdy!) when we went - we didn't enjoy the experience as a wellbeing escape at all.

Beautiful hotel in a great location, staff extremely friendly with nothing too much trouble. It was spotlessly clean and had a lovely calming atmosphere. Great choices at the continental breakfast. The location was perfect with in good walking distance of the city, old Zurich and the fantastic lake. Would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to stay there again.

The property was unique, had wonderful amenities, and within an easy walk of the train station. The most impressive part was the staff. The front desk staff and servers at the restaurant were exceptional in their kindness and professionalism.

We loved our experience at this hotel. We stayed here for 1 night after we flew in on an overnight flight from the US. My friend and I arrived on different flights, so the spa was wonderful to hang out in while I waited for her and our room to be ready. The infinity pool overlooking the city at the spa was the best view we had of the city our whole trip! Also, the food in the spa was surprisingly reasonable cost-wise. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and provided a personalized experience. We had drinks and dessert in the restaurant surrounded by all the books and it was a great evening. We loved our time at this hotel and would return in a heartbeat.

The one draw back was the hotel is a little further away from the city center and train station, which comes with the territory to have the great city views at the spa. It was an 8 minute walk to the nearest public transit train station and then 2 stops to downtown, so all in all not a bad location.
