The hotel Is beautiful. One of the best hotels I have stayed at Europe. If you are in Warsaw it’s worth the trip to just stay at this Hotel. The staff, location , and amenities leave nothing you would want . Outstanding car service at your disposal. 5 stars in every aspect.

We felt right at home at the Raffles. From the very moment we were picked up till we brought back to the airport. We loved our room, it had a separate dressing area, a separate desk area and my favorite, its own water closet. Breakfast at the Raffles, the buffet was always my favorite. The yogurt is Warsaw is delicious. The fresh blueberries and strawberries, yummy and juicy. They had a mixed fruit salad that didn’t come out of a can. Their breads and pastries are to die for. The butter was already softened. The cheese selection was divine. Often times we found ourselves in The Long Bar, having a cocktail, cup of tea and splitting a sandwich of having a couple of appetizers. You canning go wrong with anything you select to eat. The food never disappoints. The staff, we loved the staff the concierges, when we needed suggestions for restaurants, find Tylenol, anything, they found it. The waitstaff, they knew where we liked to sit and knew what tea we wanted. Everyone went out of their way to provide excellent service. You could tell they all enjoyed working there. After many hours in the air we both had 90 minute massages. I give it 5 stars. We enjoyed our stay so much we are returning next year.

That I couldn’t find an English channel. Which in hindsight was good!

Great hotel at a great location

Our first stay with the Raffles brand, and we were absolutely blown away! From the moment we arrived, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The staff were truly outstanding—attentive, professional, and always going the extra mile to make us feel welcomed. Their warmth and dedication made a real difference in our stay. The mattresses were incredibly comfortable, and the overall cleanliness and attention to detail were close to perfect. Despite the minor breakfast issues, this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. We will definitely be staying here again when visiting Warsaw!

The spa was incredible—an oasis of relaxation with top-tier facilities. However, a smoothie bar or something similar would have been a great addition to enhance the experience even further. Breakfast was generally very good, though there were a few minor details that could be improved. The eggs were a bit overdone, but this was quickly solved. The coffee comes from an automatic machine, which slightly takes away from the luxury experience. Also, plates weren’t cleared from the table until we were about to leave. Small things, but details matter in a hotel of this caliber.

Its very noisy outside too much, the room i got was facing in a small street where all the night were noisy i dont know what was there bar or what People were shouting Fighting or what they were doing there i dont know

so far one of the top/best luxurious places in the city. earlier i've skipped it because there was no clear info about the parking, but their valet parking works like a charm. breakfast could be better, but still eatable.

The breakfast starts at 7am! The room service order was incomplete (missing items from an early breakfast) so had no time for them to rectify it.

I wish there was a unisex sauna along with same sex sauna, so I can enjoy it with friends and also my other half.

There is too much to say about this hotel. Absolutely amazing. The price is no where near to what you would expect for any hotel this quality and luxury in Europe. Although Warsaw is not as beautiful as Krakow, I would recommend visiting Warsaw just to experience the delight staying here.

The staff was very friendly and helpful; they provided good service. The bed was very comfortable, and the walk-in shower was nice. The interiors and design were good as well. It was a nice touch that they wrote a note by hand to wish me a good stay.

The water in a pool was little bit cold, but jacuzzi was good.

surprisingly poor selection at breakfast. At the current cost of the hotel (three times more expensive than any hotel in Warsaw), the choice, unfortunately, does not even amount to four.

I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Warsaw. It has perfect location: a park nearby, close to the old town, lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, a branded clothes boutique across the street. Amazing service, very friendly personnel , clean room, very lovely interiors, amazing breakfast. This will be my main choice when visiting Warsaw.

This hotel is by far my favorite that I’ve stayed at. The rooms are just magnificent. The bed feels like it’s custom-made for you. The sheets are divine. You have your own butler. What more can you ask for? Stayed in the Raffles Room and it was amazing with your own space to work and make delicious coffee. The breakfast is also amazing every morning. Will definitely stay here again. Worth every penny.

Everything All the staff are ALL amazing, they are a real credit to your hotel however your Concierge is exceptional. The thoughtfulness from him towards my little friend Eric (which I only found when I was at the airport this afternoon) was such a lovely surprise. I was literally blown away.

These days, a hotel worth the price you pay is no different from another. What then sets one hotel apart? The manner in which the hotel treats its guests. It’s human touch. Raffles Europejski Warsaw has abundance of this. I must commend all the ppl fm the Reception and Concierge including Magda, Michael, “Voitek”, our Butler “Franceska”, and a lass trainee who checked us in expediently and others whose names we do not have. Mr Bartek fm Concierge was particularly outstanding. All the breakfast staff were excellent too, especially Jacob. The housekeeping and other hotel staff also did a very good job!!! Tq too to the Front office Manager Mr Arkadiusz Walfisz for his hospitality and professionalism. We had a wonderfully happy stay!!!

Our stay was a little crazy idea on spending New Year's Eve (not participating in the ball organized by the hotel), and it turned out to be the perfect idea. Everything was great - the staff were so nice and so helpful (without being overbearing), the SPA was amazing, the food and drinks beyond this world and the room super comfortable

The hotel is very well located on the edge of the old town, near theatres and museums. The public areas are beautiful, the staff very helpful and the bedrooms large and very comfortable. The bed was huge and made sleeping easy
