I had prepaid for the room but still had to pay a deposit on arrival which is a nuisance

These days, a hotel worth the price you pay is no different from another. What then sets one hotel apart? The manner in which the hotel treats its guests. It’s human touch. Raffles Europejski Warsaw has abundance of this. I must commend all the ppl fm the Reception and Concierge including Magda, Michael, “Voitek”, our Butler “Franceska”, and a lass trainee who checked us in expediently and others whose names we do not have. Mr Bartek fm Concierge was particularly outstanding. All the breakfast staff were excellent too, especially Jacob. The housekeeping and other hotel staff also did a very good job!!! Tq too to the Front office Manager Mr Arkadiusz Walfisz for his hospitality and professionalism. We had a wonderfully happy stay!!!

Our stay was a little crazy idea on spending New Year's Eve (not participating in the ball organized by the hotel), and it turned out to be the perfect idea. Everything was great - the staff were so nice and so helpful (without being overbearing), the SPA was amazing, the food and drinks beyond this world and the room super comfortable

The hotel is very well located on the edge of the old town, near theatres and museums. The public areas are beautiful, the staff very helpful and the bedrooms large and very comfortable. The bed was huge and made sleeping easy

Restaurant, breakfast. Small selection, boring food. It's good that the hotel is in a good location, so there is somewhere to go to eat.

Good location, parking included, great breakfast, nice English speaking staff, fancy rooms, delicious ice cream in the hotel's own ice cream stand.

A basic look and feel of the reception desk, but the lobby was nice overall. Many fake-looking people among the guests.

Wonderful hotel,design. Nice bar with modern cocktails. Tasty and healthy breakfast. Nice and big bed,at night time was very quiet. Very clean. Frendly personal. Highly recommend.

Great hotel and great staff, I always stay at Raffles when in Warsaw. Very good location and amazing facilities. There is a coworking space on the top floor so it is very convenient for work.

Settings panel by the bed was way too bright, had to cover it with paper.

First time in Poland and I could NOT be disappointed. The hotel is absolutely PERFECT. from check in to concierge taking care of your every need. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The breakfast is superb, the bar area is lively! and in walking distance to the palace and the local shops and restaurants.

Amazing hotel, location, rooms and great reception staff.

The spa experience really ruined all the birthday celebration surprise and in general, our experience at this fantastic hotel. Our booking for the VIP room spa treatments, was not found in system even when confirmed before three times, as we were told it was last week of some staff so nobody made a booking and also the room is not open. Really disappointed

really a lovely place to stay. Large, spacious rooms, modeled after the original raffles in Singapore. Very accommodating staff, with our own Butler.! good location near old town. Excellent massage. Enjoyable hot spa and Jacuzzi in the old bank vault. Very helpful concierge and staff.

The location is perfect, close to everything. The staff is great, I had a difficult request to the concierge, and they executed better than I could've ever imagined. Plus, this is the most pet-friendly hotel I have ever stayed at and I love them for this!

Nothing to dislike, but I wish raffles room had the end-of-bed bench like the photos!

The rooms were absolutely amazing, so comfortable, spacious, luxury luxury luxury. The items in the minibar were great. The bathroom was gorgeous. Definitely the best hotel in Warsaw.
