Great location. Very central, close to zloty mall and to nice walking streets Breakfast is good, though the gluten-free bread was not tasty (tasted like old) , got a lot of other gluten free options.

Find better gluten-free bread for breakfast :) The bed cushions are too soft.

I loved this hotel. Such beautiful, comfortable details. And breakfast is incredible.

Really lovely property. Very hip and lots of lovely touches. Spa was nice and breakfast was great. Though one staff member tried to overcharge me for my daughter.

The property is not in old town, it is the business center. This is not bad, just not something I realized until we got there. Transport links are easy to figure out though and it’s a quiet street.

The air conditioning broke and leaked water over our luggage. However, they fixed this after we told the staff about it. There did not seem to be a way to adjust the room temperature which also made the room very cold (and perhaps this freezing setting was too much for the AC to handle?). I hope this was a one-off incident and it did not have a major negative impact on our stay.

We first stayed at Puro in Kraków — that was our first introduction to the brand. And from that moment, I knew I’d be looking for Puro hotels in every city we travel to. So here we are in Warsaw — pure delight in every corner. And they have packed us an excellent breakfast to go for our early departure.

Location and room design

A bit pricey.

Absolutely loved everything about this place! Beautiful design, super aesthetic and stylish. The food was delicious, the atmosphere cozy, and the whole experience felt very thoughtful and comfortable. Perfect location, too — calm, but close to everything. Would definitely come back again!

This hotel is very well-located, offers great service, and serves delicious breakfast. The modern and clean interior makes it a comfortable place to stay. We’ll definitely be returning next time we visit Warsaw.

The room’s lighting system was intricate and challenging to operate.

There were two three things missing in the room. E.g. tissues or body lotion. The room was slightly small. But very clean and neat

Ventilation in the room was bad. Couldn’t turn off clima at all.

This hotel is the best in poland, very clean very friendly staff, sauna, spa working in the high maintenance . You can take free bike from there to discover the city

All great, the staff at the front desk is exceptionally kind and tries their very best to help with any request.

Puro is my usual and favorite place to stay in Warsaw and it never disappoints. The things that I personally really love about the setup are wooden floors in the rooms and an option to directly choose hypoallergenic bedding. Tablet-controlled lightning and blinds in the rooms are also very convenient. But what is really the best is the staff. All are always so kind and helpful, really 11 out of 5. Will definitely be back :)

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with anything needed. The room was spotless, cleaned daily, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the hotel itself was very private and quiet — perfect for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was simply amazing — everything freshly cooked, delicious, and hard to resist! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Warsaw — it’s an absolute must!

My favourite hotel in Warsaw. I keep returning to the Puro and I have enjoyed each stay. I like the clean and contemporary design and the urban atmosphere. The room was comfortable as always and the breakfast buffet inspired and inviting. This place is a gem for aesthetes.

Prior to my stay I was invited to provide my credentials electronically in order to speed up the check-in process. To my surprise, though, I had to provide the exact same information once more at check-in. No big deal but it should be improved.

This was my second stay, so I knew what to expect. I had a room with a wonderful view. At first there was a problem with the curtain but the staff fixed it so smoothly. Perfect size room, perfect working corner and perfect location between the business district and the old town. Best part is the breakfast, everything delicious and optimal variety. I'll definitely stay again.

Bathroom is a little small, I got everywhere wet while washing my face. Would love to have a close up mirror for putting make up, also with good light.

Excellent location. The hotel is located in the heart of Warsaw. Clean and cozy rooms. A coffee machine in the lobby is a great perk of this hotel. Nice staff.

During breakfast, there was a long delay in refilling hot dishes, e.g., scrambled eggs, and we did not even get until the end of our breakfast (we were there around an hour or so). Very little SPA area. Tourists from other parts of Europe are not necessarily comfortable using the sauna naked (without any swimwear), which is encouraged and really common in Poland, as we understood. We felt really awkward. There are no bathrobes in the rooms. The price for parking per night is way too expensive.

Their flexibility is the keys why I select this hotel time after time. My travel times are exceptional but the stuff tries to adjust with those. Facilities are modern, stylish and very cosy, the food is very good. I simply think this is the best hotel for me in Warsaw and I have tested quite a few of those in there, so it is easy to compare.

This is a great hotel with a perfect location (close to old town but also new part of the city), very nice staff and all the amenities that you could wish for. I would highly recommend it for a short or longer trip to Warsaw.
