Beautifully designed interiors + rooms. The lobby + restaurant are both welcoming, warm + cosy. Staff were always friendly and helpful. The spa is also well worth visiting - I had 2 massages + they were so good. Sauna + steam were added bonuses that I valued given how chilly the weather was outside - great to relax at end of day in a sauna.

I liked everything to be honest - all I would say is that 'vegan options' which are listed on website (or maybe booking.com) are very limited in both the breakfast + the dinner menu. Ideally to see more options here would be good.

Super nice staff. Iron and ironing board in the room. Comfortable mattresses. Attention to detail visible everywhere. Welcome drink and rich breakfast options.

No coffee machine in the rooms. There was a communal coffee machine in the lobby. At this price point guests do not like an all in one shampoo and body wash. No body uses the same product in their hair as they do for their body.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its comfort, style, and perfect atmosphere—I absolutely loved my stay. I love everything about this hotel. Every corner and space is well designed. The common areas & my room are impeccable & feel luxurious. Close to everything like shopping & restaurants. The breakfast has plenty of selections. Excellent service. Location is fantastic. Rooftop bar is lovely, so is the garden restaurant. Delicious food. We left our son’s beloved plushie behind and the hotel staff kept it for us and it got shipped across the world back to us.

Very nice hotel, in a good location. Rooms not big, but nice. We had dinner at the italian restaurant twice, the food was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff were all super friendly and helpful! The location was really good, felt comfortable walking around even when dark. The room was clean and had room for our luggage without blocking us from walking around, and the beds were comfortable. Also great sound proofing, we were on the last floor of rooms right below the bar and heard nothing through the night. (If you can you should totally grab a drink on the roof, the bartender was super nice and accomodating) The messag at spa was great, and also the sauna. A 10/10 experience as a guest!

We really liked our stay but have a few comments. On arrival, I feel like there should be more explanation in regards to tablet controls in the room. We have only been told that you can see WiFi code on there. Later on, we figured out other options like blinds control or calls to reception. We stayed for 3 nights and our room hasn't been cleaned once, neither towels were changed. On 1st day, we didn't want the service, but Im not sure it wasn't included in another day.

The spa area has some issues, the clerk isn’t always there, if you leave key in the locker you get stuck outside naked, no available towels (always have to ask and as I said there’s not always who to ask) .. it was the opposite of relaxing just a big unnecessary mess to save a towel or two and monitor every entrance

I loved everything there - staff, design, location, restaurant. Breakfast was exceptional. We will be back there for sure.

The location, room size and cleanliness were excellent. But the most incredible features were the breakfast (worth its prize), the help of the reception people and the free services (bicycle, spa).

Good rooms and shower. Free coffee in the lobby. Very good breakfast. Close to shopping malls in the city center. Clean rooms - not too big but just ok.

Parking is a challenge. The parking garage is only accesible to smaller cars. The other outside spaces were full and street too. No public parking nearly

Great hotel, perfect location, the room was great and with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was so so good. and the rooftop bar is a great addition. The service was nice and friendly.

The breakfast was really great, and versatile. The beds were amazing, and you could even ask for a pillow that was less soft. Even had a free coffee machine and water tank in the lobby. It was really a great stay, and we'll be recommendig it to everyone going to Warschau!

We loved the design, the cleanliness, the location, and pretty much everything. The staff was friendly but not overbearing, the bed was comfortable, we had loads of restaurants around and we were walking distance from everything.

I can surely say that it’s the best hotel in Warsaw. Booked this hotel twice, and it’s always the best experience, starting from nice, friendly and understandable personnel to breakfast, location, interior and amenities. Very versatile options during breakfast, communicative staff, everything is very clean and comfortable.

We didnt select breakfast since we found it a bit expensive (around 20 euro per person per night). Nevertheless, we had coffee and desserts at the hotels restaurant and it was rather satisfactory.
