PURO Centrum, Warsaw

This is a really nicely designed hotel in a very central location, just a few minutes walk from many bars, restaurants and cafes, as well as tram stops. The rooms were spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable, and we found that they were also very quiet. We really loved the free coffee/tea station downstairs! Our 5-night stay was completely faultless and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Nothing! The only thing I think could be improved is the space for storing clothes as it was a bit limited, and some of the cupboards in the room were locked.

Hotel Puro is a fantastic hotel chain with consistently friendly staff and very comfortable beds. Everything was spotlessly clean. We were given a corner room with windows on both sides, which was a lovely bonus. We also received a voucher for the hotel bar - possibly a Christmas gesture. Overall, it’s always a pleasure to stay at this hotel; it’s just a shame we didn’t have time to make use of all the facilities.

Nothing—everything was very nice, including the free coffee. The only thing maybe that hotel is quite low compering to other buildings around so you don't really have a magnificent view.

At breakfast, there were midges flying around some dishes. The greens were stale. I think it's better not to put at all if it's wilted.

The Christmas dinner was not very varied and not prepared well enough, but the breakfast was excellent. The massage was quite expensive. Not really that satisfying as it was very cold in the room, which makes it difficult to relax.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! The decoration is absolutely beautiful and warm , the room is wonderful and very clean, and the food was delicious. Actually even better than in the photos. The location is excellent, close to the station, the mall, and the city center. There is 24/7 available free coffee and tea

Everything exceptional. Was there on a business trip, but would have loved to stay longer. In particular the rooms are so well tought through, namely the desk and the power stations! That‘s rare nowadays. Also the rooftop bar seems to be a popular location in Warsaw

Please check the control tablet in the room as it did not light off even after turning off all the room lights illumination. Had to cover it with the towel to minimise the brightness

I've been staying in Warsaw hotels for about 3 years for a project and haven't had the best experiences. A vendor recommended PURO and it didn't disappoint. I had the most comfortable pillows, bed and blankets. My corner room was amazing and gave me the room to spread out for a week stay. The "regular rooms" that my coworkers had were on the smaller side (FYI).

I couldn't figure out the thermos. My room never cooled down, but I was able to open the windows during the day. It was too noisy to keep open at night.

Beautifully outfitted hotel, staff were helpful and friendly and the facilities were great. Lived the decor and hotel vibe!

The air conditioning control needs to be more clear

2 minutes walking to city center. All facilities are new. The restaurant downstairs is pretty nice. Friendly staff.

All lights are controlled by a pad, including the curtail. Sometimes not easy to control.

My room was not ready so i decided to wait in restaurant, I was sat on the table with menus but after 20-30 min nobody followed up to take the order. so i left.

Tv without youtube/nextflix, so why don’t you have smart tv. It’s weird to be able to watch only polish tv channels

I like the delicious and varied breakfast, the modern rooms, and the care for pets.

Poor sound insulation in standard rooms; you can hear what’s happening in the corridor, especially when noisy neighbors are walking to their room.

Modern, stylish hotel with great complimentary coffee station, staff was very helpful and nice. Location is great too. Our short stay was perfect! Definitely will stay in PURO the next time we’ll come to Warsaw.

Beautifully designed interiors + rooms. The lobby + restaurant are both welcoming, warm + cosy. Staff were always friendly and helpful. The spa is also well worth visiting - I had 2 massages + they were so good. Sauna + steam were added bonuses that I valued given how chilly the weather was outside - great to relax at end of day in a sauna.

I liked everything to be honest - all I would say is that 'vegan options' which are listed on website (or maybe booking.com) are very limited in both the breakfast + the dinner menu. Ideally to see more options here would be good.

No coffee machine in the rooms. There was a communal coffee machine in the lobby. At this price point guests do not like an all in one shampoo and body wash. No body uses the same product in their hair as they do for their body.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its comfort, style, and perfect atmosphere—I absolutely loved my stay. I love everything about this hotel. Every corner and space is well designed. The common areas & my room are impeccable & feel luxurious. Close to everything like shopping & restaurants. The breakfast has plenty of selections. Excellent service. Location is fantastic. Rooftop bar is lovely, so is the garden restaurant. Delicious food. We left our son’s beloved plushie behind and the hotel staff kept it for us and it got shipped across the world back to us.

Very nice hotel, in a good location. Rooms not big, but nice. We had dinner at the italian restaurant twice, the food was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful.
